Standard package freezes on iOS

Hello

I meet a very odd behavior of my application (using Starling): after installing the final version of Flash Builder 4.7 this week

commercial versions (using the Standard packing method) freeze after startup on my iPhone 4 (iOS 5.01 and 6.01).

With Flash Builder 4.7 beta 2 that everything worked well.

The funny thing is that the app works fine on Android devices and even when the debug output or build using the quick packaging

method on iOS.

To me, it seems that the ENTER_FRAME event does more properly in this situation. I don't think it's a problem of Starling

because I didn't update anything.

I use the latest AIR SDK 3.5.

No matter who also have this problem or knows what I need to edit in Flash Builder or a release build also source code

works well on iOS?

    All of these were produced with CS6 with Air up to 3.4. This air is far behind the current version now available with Flash CC.

    I think we both have problems because we are packaging with an older version of Air.

  • Impossible to install IPA using a standard package in Flash Builder 4.6 (Air 3.1)

    I created an application hello world that doesn't use any external resources (it draws just a box on the screen) and I can't seem to be installed in one of my iDevices (5G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod touch run all IOS 4 or above) using standard packaging in Flash Builder 4.6.

    When I try to install the IPA file using the iPhone Configuration utility it comes up with the error:

    "Could not install application on the device. Error: a signed resource has been added, changed, or deleted. »

    If I use the fast option in Flash Builder to package then I don't get any errors and the application installs works on all devices. The problem with this option is that I want to run performance tests and obviously using rapid option packaging not give me the actual data.

    I use Windows 7 for my development - I do not own a Mac.

    My certificates and provisions are very good because I double checked the.

    That's why others can get to work in Flash Builder 4.6 packaging standards (Air 3.1) on Windows 7? If Yes - can anyone suggest fixes for the please my problem?

    Just found the answer to this by experimentation.

    Quick packaging includes AIR runtime in the IPA file and interprets the code of your application.

    Because Apple does not interpret the code in iOS applications, you cannot use fast packaging for something that you submit to the Apple App Store.  Loading an external SWF when running is not something that is permitted by the Apple restrictions.

  • Error when packaging app for iOS - Undefined symbols for armv7 architecture

    First time trying to package an AS3 Air application for development.

    App works fine on Android and is available on the Google/Amazon etc. store. The version I try to package a all references to DONKEY I use removed for simplicity.

    I use Flash Builder 4.7, AIR v4.0 and developed on a PC in Windows 8.

    When you use fast packaging no error is thrown, but the app shows just a black screen on my test Ipad (v3).

    Using standard packaging, I get the following error at 57%:

  • iPhone 6 ~ freeze after IOS 10.0.1 update

    Just after have downloaded you the new IOS 10.0.1 software on my iPhone 6, some of my applications, like sending TEXT messages, emails and other applications where you type the words, the screen freezes and I have to restart my iPhone.  I backed up my iPhone to my computer restored my phone, retelecharge 6 10.0.1, IOS reinstalled my backup files; However, my phone is still freezing...     Thank you for updating your iPhone on iOS 10! I understand the importance having a device that works is made for you. Kudos to restore the device to solve the problem. If after restoring your backup files freeze returned, the problem may be with the files itself. You can try to restore the device once more using iTunes on your computer, set up as a new device, and then test the functionality of the iPhone IOS 10. If it works as expected, try to reinstall the applications from the App Store instead of restore from the backup, then if use you iCloud you can log in and add your Contacts, calendar, etc. back to the iPhone.

    I recently moved to a new computer and already published an IOS app with flash builder 4.6.  I couldn't find the executable software to reinstall 4.6 so I moved to 4.7.  The new application that I just created works well on the Simulator.  If I create an ipa and drag it into itunes, it attempts to load the app on my ipad and then when I click on it once the installation is complete it changes to "installation" State.  If I try the approach install to USB option I get setup error: ApplicationVerificationFailed.  I tried to create new configuration files and make a new development .p12 file as others have suggested helped, and I still have the same problem.  I would like to know if anyone has a solution for me.  Thank you. - Scott

    So I solved the error by creating a new project and packaging by copying the code of the new project.  Still, it has no load on USB with PackageInspectionFailed error but at least it loading by copying the ipa in itunes now works.  Is a strange thing, I still have to solve in the simulator of the layout is superb for ipad but on the device real all tabs are pushed about 1/2 width available on the landscape.  Does anyone know how to remove this variation?

  • Game Center (still) freezes with iOS 9.3

    For some time I m affected by the famous Game Center where the Game Center screen remains white.

    When I try to open the Game Center, I get a white screen. When I go to settings and click on Game Center, all of the settings menu freezes.

    I tried the following:

    • Close all applications and restart the iPhone;
    • A soft-reset of the iPhone (now the Home button and Power at the same time for a while);
    • Turn the iPhone into airplane mode, reboot the iPhone and go to settings-> Game Center... but then I get the error message "connection to the server isn't possible (NSURLErrorDomain error-1009). When I click on OK the message disappears and I can send my e-mail address and password, but then I get the loading symbol that goes on and.

    I don't really know what to do more. I heard that the last solution is to do a hard reset and set up the iPhone as a new iPhone but I have a lot of applications and settings I have to re - configure so it would be really my last option. I also heard that even a hard reset is the solution in some cases.

    Is there anyone who has had these problems and solved in some way? Any tips or suggestions?

    I really hope that Apple will solve these problems of Game Center. I've heard rumors that they will stop Game Center so that is perhaps the reason why there is little attention to this bug.
