  Problem: It takes too much time to find a single PDF, because it can exist in a file, a folder, a folder...

  Solution: I want all of PDF files (which exists in all folders) have merged into a single PDF file. In addition, I want different Folders as bookmarks in the merged PDF file.

  Therefore, these bookmarks represents wich folder PDF files came (bookmark = the name of the folder name). Then when I click on the bookmark (folder), all PDF files that was in this folder becomes visible.

  I'm Picturing a dokument endless with bookmarks to click on, for faster browsing in the PDF file. Since there are, in the files, files in folders... There are bookmarks, in bookmarks, in bookmarks.

  Now, I have only Acrobat DC. What software do I need and what is the easiest way to set up my endless merged PDF?

  Well, certainly that is impossible with the reader. You can merge all your documents and create bookmarks with the full version of Acrobat, but I don't think that there is a way to automate the creation of bookmark to coincide with the structure of your file.   Hello, can anyone recommend settings appropriate to use for printing in pdf format of newspaper clippings from a web browser? I archive items of information in PDF format sites, which I then use later for the two reading on PCs and laptops and print devices. Specifically, what standard pdf is better to use in this case? I plead mainly because the text in PDF files that I have done so far is much less smooth and hard to read I thought it would be when viewing on pc even with acrobat 10 smoothing turned on. It makes the right edge of letters seem to be cut off. Mind you, I am interested in the pdf to 86% (adjustment of the height); When I zoom to 100%, the text becomes smooth. And PDF files also seem very clear on my portable devices. My screen is 1920 x 1080.

  If it's a graphic, then a higher resolution would be useful. You should be able to tell if it's a chart zoomed out and checking the pixels. If you capture fonts, then they should look the same at any zoom. You can, of course, that the fonts are included. As a check on some of the questions, try the press or print settings to see if things improve. The other option is to go back and change the settings for a custom, but good form to start with one that look reasonable first - or at least compare some of the settings files. There are other problems of print resolution (the default 1200 dpi value is usually much more you need).

  Insofar as a comparison of the generator and library of PDF; you are comparing apples and oranges.

  • Generator is a server side of enterprise class that runs in a JEE stack.  It is scalable/clusterable and has capacities for the management of transactions and failover.  It is designed to work seamlessly with other products in the suite LiveCycle as well (rights management, forms, output, etc.).

  I'm trying to fuse together a PowerPoint 07 ' and an Excel ' 07, both set to provisions of page A4 landscape, in Acrobat 9 Standard.  However, in the final merged PDF, the old Excel pages are huge compared to the PowerPoint presentation - about 6 times greater.

  Any ideas how I can force Adobe PDF merged into the same page size and orientation of output?

  I had this same problem. I sent someone a document 8 pages to which they signed 2 and scanned and delivered. When I tried to replace these 2 pages in my original CD (giving me a document completed and signed) the pages that I have inserted were lower than those of the original.

  Follow THESE STEPS: the mouse on the left side of the bottom of the page in Adobe Acrobat format. You can see which pages are FALSE. In my case, it was the originals that were too big. I then printed them via the Adobe PDF printer. Select "fit to printable area" (check these dimensions which will be 8.5 x 11) when the document was printed in this way, it was easy to adapt to these other pages as they were now all the same size. Not to play with the zoom which is a nightmare.

  I was wondering if anyone knew a way to have automatically Adobe Professional search a file pdf and remove/delete duplicate pages?  I merged a bunch of separate PDFs where files have pages in double... so instead of looking for the complete pdf to pages duplicate manually (500 pages), I was hoping Adobe Professional could do somehow automatically.

  There is no option in Acrobat, but it might be possible to do it with a custom script.

  iCloud drive does not have this capability. You must continue to use Dropbox or Copy.com.

  I spent an hour looking for standards for blackberry devices, everything I want to see is a list of all blackberry devices, when I choose a device I'd like to see things like what o/s, run, memory, version MIDP, CLDC version and what jsr the device supports.
