Startup error with hearing CC 2015
Since the update to the latest version of Audition on my laptop, I now get this error when starting it upward. Have not seen before.
Failed to LoadLibrary failed with error 1114:A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine.
I tried to reinstall Audition thinking maybe the update did something, but that doesn't seem to work.
Just follow on this point, it turns out that it was a GPU issue. My laptop has two GPU - and Intel (for the basic stuff) and AMD (for games and stuff of higher yield). Transition to AMD when you use hearing cleared up the problem.
Many thanks to Durin to help me with this!

I recently tried to install SP2 to Vista, but it failed. I tried all the resolutions posted, but it is not always correct it. Later, I started my Vista (automatically restored to SP1) and it came with a mistake, "Microsoft Mobile PC presentation adaptability Client has stopped working". I tried searching on the net for similar problems, but I could not find any solution. He comes back every time you start, after that the background, shortcuts and the system tray loaded. This error started showing when I tried to install SP2, but he failed and returned to changes. I think that something could have gone wrong and that's why it shows this message. Today I tried the system restore to the restore point JUST before I tried to install SP2, but it ALSO failed and brought me back to the State.
I'm not sure if it's related, but I'm also no longer be able to use Windows Media Center, as every time I start it I immediately receive the error message "Media Center has stopped working".

Gateway M6842B laptop

First, we will check if we get error safe mode, start the computer in Safe Mode reboot and press the F8 key for about four to five times. You'll see the Mode without failure listed in the advanced window options, select Safe Mode, and then press ENTER.
Check if the error mode without failure.
If the startup error message does not appear safe mode, I recommend you to place the computer in a clean boot state, and check if the problem occurs in a clean boot state.
To put the computer in a clean boot state, follow these steps:
Perform a clean boot
Note If the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. We recommend strongly that you do not use System Configuration utility to change startup options on the computer, unless a support engineer Microsoft directs you to do so. This can make the computer unusable.
a. log in the computer using an account with administrator rights.
b. click Start , type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click continue.
c. under the general tab, click Selective startup, and then clear the Load Startup items check box.
(The box use the Boot file is not available.)
d. on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft services check box and then click on disable all.Note Following this step lets services Microsoft continue to run. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you can permanently delete all restore points. Do not do this if you want to use to restore the system with the existing restore points.
e. click OK, and then click restart.
Once the computer restarts, check if you get the error of starting.
Reset the computer to start as usual
When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:- Click Start , type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER.
- If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click continue.
- On the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.
- When you are prompted to restart the computer, click restart.
If you don't receive the start-up error message after placing the computer in a clean boot state, follow the steps below in the link to diagnose the program or service that is causing the problem:

Unexplained error with custom events
LabVIEW 8.6.1f1, Win Vista
I have an error an once-in-a-blue-moon in my program, I need to track down.
I have it boiled down to a simple test case, where the error occurs more frequently (but still relatively rarely).
I have a program called MERS, which is separated from my main code HDT.
TCM can run on a separate machine, but for this test, it is on the same machine, running under the development of LV system.
This test simply opens a TCP connection to the TCM, calls for a "signature", it receives and stop the connection.
The part that opens the connection starts also the TCM RECEIVER running, and kill the connection stops this receiver.
Here's the code for the main event, and you can see that I get an error apparently because I get no response in MS 2000:
---------
The code to GET the SIGNATURE of TCM is here: what it does is to send a request for the signature and then waiting for an event SIGNATURE RECEIVED by the RECEIVER, or a timeout 2000 mSec.
The error that I get (-100005) comes from there. If the TCM has failed to respond, it would look like this. Indeed, this is why the timeouot trap is here.
-----------
However, here is the code of the receiver and the Panel, immediately after a failure.
It is clear from the TABLE that he received the SIGNATURE of TCM TCM.
There are NO orders in the table indicates that the receiver was still running for 2000 mSec (4 x 500 mSec) after receipt of the order.
When it receives a SIGNATURE, the code written will trigger an event. No errors are reported here.
So what's happening? It seems that the event should be raised, but it is not received (Event #0 in photo #2 reacts to the event and returns the word signature, without error).
This happens not all the time - this case is broken loop # 211 - this number is between 20 and 2000.
With all those open windows in fact do more often: without them always fails, but she performs thousands of do loops.
So perhaps it is related to the CPU bustle.
I checked that there is no error with the function SAVE of EVENTS, even when it fails.
I come back to the fact that the PICTURE in photo #3 says that the signature was received, but it seems that the EVENT did not get generated or received.
What are the causes that?
Is it possible that, since the receiver is dynamically loaded and run, that things are not really created and ready when he says they are?
OK, that seems to have fixed. -He managed 5000 loops, with the windows open and no failure.
How completely obvious it sounds, when I put it in words:
Don't ask a question until you are ready to hear the answer.
The revised registers for events and THEN asks for the signature.
So, when the answer comes, even if it is immediately, you're ready.
Don't ask a question until you are ready to hear the answer.
Don't ask a question until you are ready to hear the answer.
Don't ask a question until you are ready to hear the answer.

Anyone know why?
Try a system restore before the problem started:

I am beta testing my app and it works fine for me in all simulators and a 9530 Storm. But one of my beta testers reported the app doesn't launch and gets the error:
TFLN startup error: class 'net.rim.blackberry.api.homescreen.HomeScreen' not found
I can't imagine how that could happen. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hearing (CC 2015.2) noise reduction does not
IM on an Apple running 10.11.6 and hearing CC 2015.2
recently, I have to obtain the reduction of noise at work at all without success. I work as usual by selecting an impression of noise, and then opening the noise reduction and I immediately get a massive pop. If I stop the preview and start it again I get the same thing. There is no preview adjustments either. any parameter there is no change in the preview. If I try and select noise only it isn't even a change. If I apply the settings there isn't even a change even with more stringent parameters.
I have no idea what is going on here and I really want to use the tool.
Thanks for any help. !
Well I took a risk and just blew the whole directory to ~ / Library/Preferences/Adobe/Audition/9.0.
Not sure what was bad or something has been altered after the last update, but this fixed the problem.Hope that this thread helps out someone else in the same place.

do not save the keyframes Pan in hearing CC 2015.2.1
To recreate this bug:
Create a multitrack session 44.1 / 32-bit
Load mono and stereo files, one file per track, all start at 0 (confirm with properties pane)
Add panoramic keyframes of a stereo track (a single point, zigzags, etc..)
Save session (same name file, although that Save As keeps this bug in other tests)
Hearing nearby
Resume the hearing then reopen the session
Previously added panoramic keyframes are not present!
n.b.: the keyframes of the volume, track and panoramic volume save however!
I ran several tests with mono and stereo files at 48 / 44.1 and 24 24 with the same result. Someone else?
The filter in the scientist and Panel crash bugs that I found last year shocked me, but this is the first Red Alert, bug OMG I have ever met - and I use AA since Cool Edit in the end of the 1990s. I hope it's just me. I'll try on my Mac at work Monday. Session and files available on request!
Chris
PS hearing CC 2015.2.1
generation 9.2.1.19
8.1 win, core i7, 24 GB of RAM
Toshiba Satellite P75-A7200 (runs hot but love the big screen)
As mentioned in the other thread, that there is a problem with opening the files of .sesx is not to save them. Keyframe envelope data are stored in the session files OK, recalls just don't not on opening again.
