  Look on the side/back if a desktop computer; down if a laptop.

  Also look on any packaging the VistaDVD came, if you bought it yourself.

  Since your Office 2007 pre-installed with Toshiba, you should contact Toshiba to see if they will provide with Office recovery disks.

  On recent ThinkPads, the sticker of the product ID key has been moved to the lower part of the unit behind the battery.

  You should contact Lenovo support directly to ask about a recovery media.

  Vista DVD retail are generic DVDs containing all editions of Vista and the product key is distinct for the DVD, but as part of the package you purchase.

  DVD OEM system manufacturers are the same.
