Yes, it displays the users connected to a via Smart View planning application, although I always thought that the feature of statistics is not great.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry user ID

    Hello

    I'm having a nightmare!

After that whatsapp is not historical list of messages / conversations, I followed the instructions to remove and reinstall.

When I tried to reinstall in the Blackberry World, I couldn't hold back my Blackberry ID password, so I reset it.

I tried to come in with the new password, and it read "enter the username associated with this smartphone.

If I go into Options, then third, then Applications Blackberry ID, it ignores the form and takes me directly into the blue user ID / interface password, I get the same message "enter the username associated with this smartphone.

    Help, please!

I am now without whatsapp or the ability to download any application.

In addition, the "phone of works perfectly - email, facebook, twitter"

    Thank you!

    Rebecca

I suggested the wipe in my first reply to you. Glad you're running.

  • Absolutely new Z10 smartphone blackBerry user, a senior, new owner of the BlackBerry Z10, you have questions a little later

I am a new user of a smartphone and a BlackBerry, a Z10 with Bell, I'll give you the mandatory model number when I have a specific question.  I am 2 days in this, still getting the thing 'gesture' down pat, I'm not too good at this but the representative showed me.  Not a shot on the table-toss-away motion.  There seems to be some screen pages that don't gesticulate to the small size of box at all, as far as I know, some people, when they may be X'd OFF... but they seem to go away once as the main icon screen is in place for a bit...

I have a message for the company of BlackBerry and it is, please add some info on your User Guides and instructions on the Web pages [this is written on my laptop, I gave the Z10, a rest] for THE BEGINNERS of SMARTPHONE.  They generally speak to previous owners of older models BlackBerry or those who know the fact and not the person like me who has to learn to 'gesture' and tap and "stationary", etc...  It is covered too quickly and too not clear in videos and demos, you have online.

I fear this could cause frustration for new users... in any case, I'm persistent.

    Please persevere.

I have to admit that the Z10, great as a phone as it is, is not the beginner phone. Even I, with years of experience of BlackBerry, took some time to adapt to it. Once you get the hang of it, you'll see that it's the best smartphone that you can buy. Until that happens, I hope that you'll hang in there and give him a chance.

    See you soon.

  • is there anyone knows the equivalent of the swing component blackberry user interface?

    Hello

I just need to know blackberry equivalent of the user interface of the swing components.

y at - it someone who knows it.

There is also no equivalent ImageObserver.

Many times if I do a port that has this I have just remove because the initial goal is almost always to notify the caller when the image is done drawing/be converted (format from one image to another, etc.).

On BlackBerry, there are a total of 3 types (Image, image Bitmap, EncodedImage) the image and can relatively easily be passed from one to the other quickly so that eliminates one of the uses and the drawing is very fast or throws an error if it cannot be traced so that eliminates the use of the second.

So it is not necessary (at least in my opinion).

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry user just a few Questions

First of all, I have the Curve 8330 and it is a totally new gadget for me that I must have lived in the dark ages!

In any case what exactly is Facebook?

Also, I was wondering if the "BOLD" would be off I'm in my test with the curve of 30 days and love it except letter keys, they are really small, I do not like for them. The keyboard on the 8830 works well ut there no camera and video capabilities like curve 8330.

My phone is with Alltel and of course, everyone knows that Alltel was bought by Verizon so I'm not sure what this means to me, but I would really like the keyboard on the "BOLD", it seems that the keys are larger.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Welcome to the world of BlackBerry!

Facebook is a social networking site. Through that connect you with your friends and family and exchange of photos, messages, etc. Facebook in your BlackBerry application helps to be in contact your BlackBerry friends, read their comments on your photos, send messages and upload photos directly from your BlackBerry. Http://www.Facebook.com visit for more details.

The official launch time line Regadring "BOLD" is not yet known. Initially he planned way be launched with AT & T, but he could get behind. But Canada becomes "BOLD" first in their respective markets in the month of July (non-official sources). Like you, I'm also waiting for "BOLD"!

    Thank you

Hello and welcome! Now that your request is in the right place, we can provide answers.

AppWorld is a storefront that is installed on your BB, so there is no difference. AppWorld is designed for you only the applications that are applicable to your device... so you can normally get apps with confidence from AppWorld that they will be compatible. Goes on a site of developers, you will have to do this process yourself.

    drbb917 wrote:

    (2) can I remove certain images supplied with the product that I did not intend to use as

I read on how to do that somewhere in this forum. But they are normally in a protected area that you can't touch (at least not natively in the device - Add-ons are necessary, I believe). They take little room so I wouldn't really worry in this regard.

    drbb917 wrote:

    (3) is there a way to move some of my memory from the device to my app memory?

Nope. The app memory is fixed and protected. You can not set.

    drbb917 wrote:

Nope. The best way to ensure fully the closing an app is to press the BBKey, and then select Exit or close. Using the button previous or press the red button it will leave the app to decide how to close - and some will stay resident in memory, running in the background for some reason any. If you really want to close are done with an application, use the BBKey method.

    Hope that helps!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BlackBerry user tools?

I just read what wrote J Sanders and my experience has been just the opposite. I'm trading my tours in the storms. My brother loves her and he uses every day. My question is, I down loaded the Blackberry Desktop Manager and have used it on the Tour, and I wonder if I need to down load another Manager or if I can use the one I have?

Thanks in advance for any response.

    D Roberts

Well, there would be two installation steps. The premiera to DTM and a second install the device operating system package. In Add or remove programs from the PC, there will be something for the device software - mine says "BlackBerry Device Software v4.7.0 for BlackBerry 9530 smartphone"... If I had to begin the process, it's that I uninstall and replace it with the package of device to my new BB OS. If it isn't on your, then the whole device cannot been installed on the PC.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry instant messaging between blackberry users

I was wondering if anyone knows if IM text is stored on servers or are they diapear in the air?

From what I've heard that they stored anywhere, but I would like to know for sure... RIM will not be replied to my question unless I have register and have an account.

    Thanking you in advance!

    Welcome to the forums

BlackBerry is believed to be extremely safe devices, and that's why many companies prefer them to other smartphones. I can't Imaging RIM store such information on their servers, they essentially act as a conduit for messages from one device to the other. You can be quite certain that they don't keep this information because it would probably violate privacy laws too. The only place IM text is stored on your phone.

However, if you use a phone from the company, then the company (if it uses blackbery enterprise server) can potentially open information if they want, but not the RIM.

  • BB user new Smartphones blackBerry; Tap the Contacts icon and device service PHOTO appears

    Hello

Not only I am a new Blackberry user, I just use an older Motorola RAZR flip phone.  I know almost nothing about these 'new' phones!  Then... I printed the page 327 User Guide (327 pages - summers - you're KIDDING? and can't find the answer I need.)

When I press the icon 'Contacts', the characteristics of the camera appear.  I do NOT get a list of contacts from which to choose call or text someone.  When I press the icon 'Text', I used to get a "thread" of my most recent texts with a person, not a list of contacts to choose text.

Earlier, when I said «I used to get...» "this was the case until this morning and I pressed a selection from somewhere (Options? Settings?  do not remember) this icon not highlighted the 'Contacts' on the homepage quite... but still, when I press the icon 'Contacts' not highlighted, I have the choice of camera still come to the top.

Sigh... could someone help me understand how to get a LIST of your contacts, so I can choose who I want to call or text and tell me how to get RID of the info from the upcoming camera whenever I press Contacts?

    Thank you very much!

Always start with a battery pull when the strangeness slips into your phone. To make a correct battery pull, remove the battery while your phone is on, then replace a few seconds later. The phone must be powered on when you do this. Your phone will reboot and hopefully everything will be as it was.

Try this and post back with your results.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones quick response user first time

I have a blackberry 8800, I tried 4 different sim cards and the display on my phone says SIM ISERT CARD... does that mean that my phone is lock?  If not how do you know if its lock... Sorry blackberry user first time

Almost all carriers have BlackBerry devices locked through their network. Probably, in your case, 8700 is locked with TIM. You must unlock your device network.

Try the following sites you can collect release-

    1. GSM phone source
    2. Unloack BlackBerry
  • BlackBerry classic catastrophic autonomy

I'm just on the edge of Blackberry abandonment after being a loyal Blackberry user for more than a decade.

Until yesterday, I had a Q10 that I was very satisfied since the first day I've owned. Then the new update came last month and I've updated the phone immediately as I always do.  It's the 10.3.1.2267 operating system.

I noticed the next day that the battery life has been terrible.  It was new because I could usually 2 or 3 days of constant use without charge.  This day I could see the descending bar whenever I checked my phone for Messaging.  I checked online for 'fixed' and found the suggestion that I do a reboot by removing the battery for 10 seconds.  That seemed to work during a day, then the battery is only lasting a few hours (about 4).  BTW: the phone is hot to the touch all the time now.  I also noticed that suddenly I could no longer access one of my photos on the phone, or any or the information on my card of 2 GB data.  All the information was always there (I found it on the back-up), but I couldn't access it on my phone.

I backed up the phone on my computer and then tried a factory reset.  It made no difference. The battery is dead in 3 hours.

Visited my supplier local cell to see if they could help. The young woman said that I could renew my contract and get a new phone rather than treat a Q10 who was ill.  I bought a "Classic", loaded and then downloaded my files stored on the new phone. That went well and I loaded the phone overnight.

This morning I picked up the phone and turned on: it works really well, but I immediately noticed it was warm to the touch.  Not good.  The prosecution has dropped from 100% to 82%, before I even left the House for work.  It has been 28 percent until I'm even during lunch.  I took an hour to remove the files and returned the phone to the standards of the factory of yesterday when I bought it and am now it loads.  Its still too hot compared to ALL other phones, I've owned it all. Something is not.

I spoke at the local dealer of Telus and they tell me that there were some problems with the new update of the operating system.

I just want my phone to the way it is supposed to work. I would be happy if he just hold a charge for 24 hours.  If I can't get that, then I might as well listen to everybody and Blackberry and go to a phone system that does not die in 4 hours.

I run four separate emails, one of them my corporate email my phone is off. It is a big problem for me.

Sounds like something in your backup has damaged something in the BONE causing the high CPU usage causing the device to heat and also drain the battery. I would try to do an OS Reload link BlackBerry, then leave the empty devce for several days without having to install anything. No apps backup or whatever it is and wait to put your SD card in. If the device behaves normally, we know something in this backup is bad and you can then begin to slowly add your apps, etc. nd see what made the device.

  • Unable to connect to the Blackberry ID server BlackBerry Z10 (50504)

    Hello

I would like to know what (50504) error message is "sign in failed"? I saw several error messages (50501) on the web, but I do not understand the error 50504.

Last night, I used "Security Wipe" on my Q10 (10.3.2.2836) because I had a few errors running Android on one of the apps (TTPod) I downloaded from 1 mobile market. After correctly wiped the device and started upward, I tried to connect my BlackBerry ID can I get the sign in failure - Unable to connect to the server BlackBerry ID. Please try again. error message (50504).

What is the problem of BlackBerry Server? I can successfully connect to 'BlackBerry Protect' https://protect.blackberry.com/
So, I'm sure I'm not captures bad BlackBerry user ID and password. Since last night, I used security wiped for 5 times because it seems the only solution but so far without success. It's frustrating. Help, please!

    After the Wipe of security, I tried;
Update to the latest version of the software.
    Register through the network. (HRT)
    Many battery pulls.
Use 4G and 3G to connect.
    Home WiFi to connect.

I tried to create the new BlackBerry ID, but I still get the same error message. (50504) it seems that my Q10 is not possible to connect to the server BlackBerry ID. Please advise kindly.

    Hi sdgardne,

Thanks for your comment. As mentioned in my post, I was really frustrated. However, I found a solution by logging into "another home WiFi". When I went to my friend, I tried its wifi at home, then all of a sudden, was able to connect to the BlackBerry server. I don't know the reason why it does not connect with my wifi at home but working with her wifi at home.

If all BB users encounter a 50504 error message, I encourage them to try "another connention WiFi" for example a friend home WiFi, WiFi, etc.

I am happy that my BB works perfectly.

Again, thank you for the support.
