Steam same iTunes account multiple AppleTV?

I have 5 AppleTV in my house - one for all TVs.  I bought a lot of movies over the years, iTunes under 1 account.  Each of these 5 AppleTV is connected under the same username.  We had problems with a mistake that stands up and says ' too many of your devices are contained in the itunes store at the same time. " This happens only when we have 3 devices already streaming and try adding a 4th (Fortunately for me, there are 4 people in my house, so it is inevitable that one of my children begins to look at something and he gets this error message!).  It seems that Apple limits the number of AppleTV that can spread from one iTunes account at the same time, 3.  Does anyone know a workaround or some way over to Apple?  I paid thousands of dollars and went All in on their iTunes platform for all my purchases of film and am now locked up to a platform with constraints.  Quite frustrated.  Any ideas on what I could potentially do about it?  Thank you!

Take a few moments to check the devices associated with your Apple ID.  I'm not aware of any restrictions on the number of Active streams.  But that doesn't mean no it isn't right that I'm not aware...

You can have 10 devices (up to 5 computers) associated to your identifier Apple and iTunes at the same time. Computers and devices can be associated with another Apple ID once every 90 days. Each computer must also be allowed to use the same identifier Apple. You don't need to authorize your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

I have 2 laptops, the two Windows 10 running. The most recent that I do not regularly use because he is fixed on the 'public networks' - long history. I have an iTunes account, which works on both. However, the other oldest does not show the purchases I made last month. It also shows that an authorized computer - not the case. The most recent shows 3 authorized computers.  Both have the latest version of iTunes 12.3.2 what happens?

From your account, it sounds as if there are network communication problems. Remove the two computers, and then reauthorize. Make the match of authorization counts now? Can be created for automatic purchase downloads while the other is not. Activate the menu bar so hidden with Ctrl + B then look under Edition > Preferences > advanced > store. You can also access your last purchases of music > iTunes Store > music quick links > buy > music > not in this library.

  • 1 Itunes account multiple devices

the film is powered by 2 Iphones and synchronized with Icloud.

I guess that the camera of our Imac is synchronized with Icloud.

My question is about the timing. What device or entity is the master?

What happens with the Icloud content content has been deleted on one of the Iphones?

    Thanks, Wilco

I don't think there is such a thing as a master device. There is no superiority of one device over another.

If you remove a photo from your camera, it will be removed from iCloud and all devices using this account.

If you want to keep your photos but remove them from devices/iCloud, transfer them to your computer.

  • adding credit card linked to the same iTunes account

I use an iPhone 6.  I just took my phone service, and they gave me a new.  I have updated to iOS 9.2 and then restored the phone, but my Apple pay card is no longer on my phone.  I click to add to the portfolio, but it is not pulling up from the map I linked to iTunes.  My Apple Watch was still there but it tells me that I have to pair it again and have to reset the Apple Watch first to pair.  I'm afraid to do so. I had a lot of trouble to get the map on the watch in a first time.  My card should not appear when I add a map in the portfolio?  How can I associate the map used in iTunes?  Do I have to scan the card?

  • ITunes account credit

Bought 60 pounds of good, which shows in my account on PC in iTunes, but when you try to buy an app on the iPhone, he's trying to take funds from credit card and not giving an option to use the same iTunes account credit. Credit card expired and I don't want to update the new card details since it will charge just my card. Help please!

What exactly happens when you try to buy something? If you have a credit card on your account it takes a valid card, regardless of the question if you also have a balance that covers what you want to buy.

Have you tried logging on to the account, is not trying to download something, to see if you the "none" option so that you can remove the card: change or delete your Apple ID - Apple Support payment information ? You won't get the "none" option if you are an Organizer from family to family share (family of the organizers must have a card and can't use a balance).

  • Two accounts using Apple ID on the same user account

    Hello

I just bought my two children, who are 7 and 9, an iPod Touch each. I would like to implement separate Apple ID (with the sharing of the family) then we can use and iMessage, find friends - but I don't want to set up separate user accounts on the Mac Mini that we (the two user accounts would be unnecessarily complicated for them).

All the tips I found online seems to suggest two user accounts, then someone can tell me if logging in and out of the Apple ID in iTunes even work for them (as identifier Apple is much broader than iTunes just used by Mac system)?

    Thank you!

With the help of two Apple ID on the same iTunes account will cause problems as the Apple ID use two families sharing. When iTunes is connected to with an Apple ID and one of the following conditions is present:

    Download the latest purchases

    Use the family sharing

    Use iTunes game

    Use the automatic downloads

    Use iCloud music library

The device or the Mac becomes associated with this Apple ID. Once that the device or the Mac is associated with one Apple, another ID that uses one of these services cannot connect for 90 days. After 90 days, the second ID can connect, but it then becomes associated to this ID.

But if you use the sharing of family and children are less than 13 years old, then they must use ask to buy, and that would mean that the organizer would be when even pay for all of their iTunes purchases. Then why not sign Organizer Apple ID in iTunes on Mac Mini?

  • I use Thunderbird on multiple computers to the same gmail account but I have a laptop with little memory, so I need this laptop only to download a few files

I use Thunderbird on multiple computers to the same gmail account. I have a small laptop with very little memory and it runs out of disk space when it downloads all my folders. I would only download some of my file on the laptop, but keep all the folder on my other computers because they do not have problems with disk space. When I unsubscribe records in 'manage folder subscriptions' then he cancels his subscription on all my computers, not just the laptop. When I go to 'Properties' on the folder and sets 'retention individual police' these settings are not applied at all. What can I do?

All of the messages in each folder will appear in your message list. But this does not mean all the bodies of messages are downloaded, if you have properly configured the parameters of the disk. If what I described above stuck in your settings then Message body should be downloaded only 'on demand' when you click on each message.

To confirm this install the addon glodaquilla, which has a column "on the disk" that indicates if a message is on the disk. If you want, after you have installed the addon set Thunderbird to work offline, so it does not download message body when you click in the list of messages.

  • Firefox does not work for multiple instances of the SAME user account on Windows Multipoint Server 2011

It runs Microsoft Windows MultiPoint Server 2011 (which seems to be a twisted version of Windows 7)
It is implemented in a laboratory of computer science and students connect you using their account for shared room - IE multiple instances of the same user accounts are currently running on the PC at the same time.
The first student to run Firefox can work with it without a problem.
However, when another student try to start firefox they get the following message:
Firefox is already running but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system.

Cannot start Firefox using a profile that is already used by someone else.
Each Firefox instance needs its own profile or you will get this error message.

  • CD part downloads between two iTunes accounts on the same MacBook Pro

We have a MacBook Pro shared between two users

Can I share a CD downloaded on two iTunes accounts, without using home sharing?

I don't really want to download the same CD twice as that would waste space unnecessary.

    Thank you

    Without using home sharing...?

I guess it's technically possible if you put the iTunes Media folder to somewhere that is accessible from the two user accounts, but which will cause more problems than it is worth.  For example, you can add new songs in your iTunes library and the other user iTunes library will not know about these songs.  Or another user can delete music files, while your iTunes library expects that these records of songs to always be there.

  • Is it possible to synchronize music and photos from iTunes from multiple computers?

We have two MacBook Pro - one for me and one for my children.

Currently, I manage all the music and pictures via my Mac (synchronization of iOS devices), so there is a place for all the music and photos.

However, children now want to be able to manage their own music and photos.

Is it possible to synchronize music or photos from multiple computers? for example:

-Sync Mac and pictures of the other music

    -Synchronize Mac music

    Thank you

The key thing here is not the machines it's libraries. Devices can synchronize an iTunes library at a time. You have to arrange if both computers have the same library (problems with maintaining them synchronized or using at the same time), or seek a centralized service such as game or music from Apple (with her own set of questions).  The key is that the media distributors wish to exercise tight control over how music and movies can be shared (they don't care about your photos).  You can do things with the homepage of sharing with family.

Family shares - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT201060 - "family sharing makes it easy for up to 6 people in your family share of each and other iTunes, iBooks, and App Store purchases without sharing accounts.» Families with the same credit card purchases and approve kids' expenses directly from the device of a parent. And share photos, a family calendar and more to help keep everyone connected. »

«Sharing content with sharing - http://support.apple.com/HT201085 - bought family"with the participation of the family, family members go immediately to each and any other music, movies, TV shows, books and applications and can download to their devices at any time they souhaitez.*" ' * not all content and content types are available in all countries.» All members of the family must use the same iTunes Store country or region. Music, movies, TV shows and books can be downloaded on up to 10 devices per account, of which five may be computers. Apps can be downloaded from the other facilities, family member owns or controls.

If you do not see your family sharing content - http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5449 also: http://apple.stackexchange.com/a/146077 - exit iTunes Store and App Store apps and start over.

  • An iPhone two iTunes accounts

Suggestion to deal with two iTunes accounts and an iDevice.

iPhone more 6s since last year.

attached to the Prodigy/Yahoo email account iTunes account. Original when you first use iTunes when it started first.

iTunes attached to Mac.com launching .mac account.

Here is my Riddle. I didn't know or had forgotten for a long time, I've created a separate account. Mac. For many years, I like probably 90% of my purchase of music via iTunes. Recently, I found a song that I forgot I had, Barenaked Ladies, it prompted me the password for the @prodigy.net/yahoo.

After resetting the Prodigy with an e-mail account account different I am now invited by my iPhone to connect to that account after the backup and restore of my iPhone recently. I can no longer listen to previous music unless I connect to another account and vice versa for the other music. Need less to say I have a playlist with the music of these two accounts. When I disconnect one I have a change in my playlist. When I log on the account of other changes playlist again. Assuming that it is change the tracks associated with the account.

I could just burn all purchases from the old account @prodigy.net/yahoo on CD and import them into iTunes to avoid this problem. Cannot do the same with a few purchases of film, but not a real loss. I will have later.

Someone has another suggestion, aside from that, I'm about to try? Thank you

    Robert,

It's exactly what I would recommend.

Having more than one iTunes account, it's always a problem.  In addition to the problems that you already mentioned, you can (depending on what you are doing) travel easily in the 90-day lockout.

  • IPhone and Itunes account help please

    Hi all

Huge thank in advance to anyone who can tell me what I need to do to fix this, I Googled, but have not found a complete answer.

My wife and I have Iphones, I had mine a while when she got hers and I plugged it into my itunes account to put in place. Since then we have had to disable imessage for the number of other people on each of the other telephone, etc.

We would like to divide that his phone is so entirely separate with its own apple etc ID, but she paid for certain applications so would of course keep these if possible.

We, ideally also want to (on the same laptop) have itunes running with its own playlists, music, etc. (and not have all my music showing that we have different tastes)

Any help is appreciated as to what steps I must take to address this issue!

    Ali

Yes, it must have its own code of Apple. She also needs to have its own user account on the computer. It is the only way to keep his music, contacts, playlists, etc., separate from yours.

All app (and music) purchases made on your Apple account, you can set sharing of family and allow her access to your purchases.

  • Apple ID iTunes account

I bought a MacBook Pro last month and Setup everything under a new Apple ID I created.  I didn't on my existing iTunes account, which I've had for years using iTunes on a Windows PC and the synchronization of an iPod.  My iTunes account is a different e-mail address identifier Apple for my MacBook.  I know that you cannot change the e-mail account on iTunes.  When I tried to connect to Apple (https://appleid.apple.com/?localang=en_US) with my iTunes email address and the password, he acknowledges.

An identifier Apple is different than an iTunes account?

What should I do to activate iTunes running with all my music purchased on the MacBook?

An identifier Apple and iTunes account are actually the same thing, just different ways to refer to an account - you should be able to log on to the account on http://appleid.apple.comand your Mac in iTunes, iBooks and Mac App Store

What should I do to activate iTunes running with all my music purchased on the MacBook?

All the content that you have purchased on your old account will always be linked to this account, the account that you need to allow your Mac to play/sync iTunes content - account > permissions > dropdown menu option allow this computer to the latest version of iTunes, Store > authorize this computer on older iTunes.

I know that you cannot change the e-mail account on iTunes.

You can, by logging into the account on http://appleid.apple.com (you cannot change the e-mail address that is already used as an id on an account): change your Apple - Apple Support ID

After changing (you would prefer disconnect everywhere you use the account before the update and return with the updated version later): what to do when you have changed your Apple ID email address or password - Apple support
