  If you really want the manual, I think that would help to identify your laptop with full p/n.

  Identify the same way I did in my signature with the full p/n, alphanumeric included acharcters.

• Replace HDD SSD Lenovo Y500 Guide?

  Hello everyone I'm going to keep it is as simple as possible. I would trade my HDD in my Lenovo Y500 with a 1 TB SSD. My Y500 has the 16 GB of cache if that helps. I think it's a 2.5 "HDD but what kind. What is an mSata or Sata?

  The physical installation, I can do easily, but what is the best way to backup and transfer things to the SSD?

  I'm pretty decent with computers and I have some knowledge on this operation. I would like to transfer all my SSD HARD drive this includes the OS(windows 8) and all the other necessary components. I would do it with a DVDR that is 4.6 GB I think. It's a brand new computer, so I have no files, docs etc that I have to worry.

  Please can someone answer my questions I would really appreciate the help of the community.

  I found it easier to use an mSATA replacing the 16 GB one with a 256 GB SSD version. It runs at 6 Gbps.

  Windows 8, I have installed from a copy retail DVD instead of imaging on the 1 TB drive. The activation key for Windows 8 is built in your bios. Windows automatically detected 8 mine installed without asking for it and active without problem.

• iCloud, sharing photos for Non - iOS users

  So, I use iCloud for about two years now, and it does for the most part, what I want and need to. However, whenever my family and I go camping during the weekend, take a vacation or just to Barbecue a Sunday afternoon, we have a ton of photos on a large number of devices. For the wife and children, this isn't a problem since we have all of the iPhones and use iCloud. But, it seems that we are facing a problem whenever someone on an Android phone has a few pictures they want help or like to download some pictures that we have added.

  Y at - it an easy way for non - iOS users view and/or edit albums shared iCloud without going through a several-step process (transfer of office, download third party app, etc..)? It is my understanding that an Android user should be able to display/change via a web browser, but don't seems to work. I looked at other cloud services and apps, and major issues, in that I continue to run are:

  1: having to pay another Cloud Computing service, when I already pay for iCloud is not economic.

  2: I find a lot of the photo-sharing applications and services give a lot of storage, but at a cost to the quality of the photos. My wife and her friends are always doing something creative with your impressions so even some 'high quality' compression can degrade enough make it unusable.

  3: I have a hard time to ask someone to download an application, not to mention of asking them to pay for one. Nor am I comfortable someone jump through hoops, just so that I can watch through a batch of photos in the hope of finding one or two which are useful.

  So, is there an easy way to do it, or I'm stuck or wait for Apple to understand a feature like this would be useful or leave iCloud for a solution amicably more cross-platform? I do not understand that Apple needs to focus on the development and support of applications and services for its ecosystem and customer, but would it not make sense to make it convenient for outside users to have a great experience too?

  I don't know what problems you encountered but the sharing Web site works fine for me.

  When you uninstall the HP, not all components printing software is uninstalled.  This can block a resettlement, or prevent a problem solved.  In this case, you will need to do a complete scrub of the software of the printer from the system.  Here are the steps for software Non-HP computers Laserjet scrubbin.  If you use the following steps on a HP computer, you run the risk of deleting important computer components.

  LaserJet full uninstall steps for No HP computers:

  1. Click on the Start Menu.
  2. Click on Control Panel.
  3. Open Add or remove programs.
  4. Delete all HP software.
  5. Click on the Start Menu.
  6. Click devices and printers.
  7. Right click on your printer.
  8. Select remove device.
  9. Select any printer in the folder.
  10. Click on server properties in the upper part of the window.
  11. Click the tab drivers.
  12. Remove all instances of the printer in the list.
  13. Click on the start menu.
  14. Click computer / my computer.
  15. Right-click on the C: drive.
  16. Select Properties.
  17. Click Disk Cleanup.
  18. Once disk cleanup is done scanning, ensure that all options are selected.
  19. Click OK.
  20. Click on delete files if requested.
  21. Restart the computer.
  22. Access to program files.
  23. Remove all HP/Hewlett Packard folders.
  24. For 64-bit computers, access program (x 86)
  25. Remove all HP/Hewlett Packard folders.
  26. Click on the start menu.
  27. Click run.
  28. Type %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto in the Run dialog box and click OK.
  29. Remove all HP/Hewlett Packard folders.
  30. Click on the start menu.
  31. Click run.
  32. Programdata % in the Run dialog box and click OK.  Note: This location will there be in Windows Vista and above.
  33. Remove all HP/Hewlett Packard folders.
  34. Click on the start menu.
  35. Click run.
  36. Type regedit in the Run dialog box and click OK.
  37. Remove any HP/Hewlett Packard folders or the registry keys.
  38. Restart the computer.
  39. Follow steps 13-20 to do a disk cleanup.
  40. Download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  If you want to lock hard drives to access through a standard or a guest account, you can do this by logging into the administrator account and perform the following steps.
   
  a. open the "computer" folder, and then click the drive that you want to restrict access.
  b. Select Properties
  c. in the properties box, go to the Security tab.
  d. you will see a list of users and groups that can access this drive.
  e. edit this list and take out everything except:
  
  "Administrators
  "System
  "Your username
   
  You may also take possession of this disc - but you will be asked which asks automatically if it is necessary.

  21/04/16 suggested that Facebook messages 'UOENO Life' husband requires to be buried with all his money [read more]... once consulted a Microsoft Windows7 error msg # w/contact for Microsoft Tech appears warning you don't not to shut down your computer, but calling an 800 #.  Recognized this as a scam online and immediately off computer manually and restarted without any problem.  Tried to access this site suggested FB messages receiving three times even put in custody, but with a Microsoft 800 different number to talk w/a Microsoft Technician to fix the problem. The figures were: 855-464-6618; 888-983-0061 and 855-983-6515. ALL three times stop us our computer and restarted. Tried to contact Microsoft to report the scam but could not navigate a number or CHAT to personally talk w/Tech. attempt to submit info scam online but box for "Details" not big enough to contain information to be submitted. We are trying to contact FACEBOOK to present the activities of fraud is made on their public domain. BE AWARE that generic "suggested messages on FACEBOOK may be a fraudulent link for phishing opportunities for criminals to access your computers and financial information online!" REPORT any such activity as soon as possible businesses are used to help others to obtain your personal information for fraudulent activities.  SOMEONE HAS ANY INFORMATION TO CONTACT DIRECT FOR MICROSOFT OR FACEBOOK?
