  OK I need help with my HP Envy Phoenix 810-130qe desktop computer. My pc came with Windows Pro 8.1 and it had an audio panel where you can set the audio beats. When Windows 10 came out I've upgraded to Pro 10 Windows and my control panel audio beats was still on my pc and worked very well. Then, when Windows 10 anniversary came out August 2 my pc automatically updated for the anniversary edition. Everything was normal, but my control panel audio beats had disappeared and I was able to find it anywhere. Do anyone knows how I can get it back or if there is no driver I can download to get it.

  I recently updated a workstation reasonably powerful BOXX made from Windows XP to Windows 7 64 bit.  The only thing that does not seem to have gone well refers to audio.  Any application I play audio, it cuts out / falls for about one second every 3 to 10 seconds.  In Adobe first CC Pro and Adobe Audition CC, sounds cuts out.  When I play a video directly on YouTube, he stops and sometimes even lets out a nervous cry, so I don't think its a problem to Adobe.

  Workstation BOXX, with a NVIDIA Quadro K4200 graphics card.  Processors: Two X 5550 2.67 GHz; 12 GB OF RAM.

  Device Manager shows two audio devices / drivers: NVIDIA High Definition Audio; and a Realtek High Definition Audio.

  In case there was a conflict, but it makes no difference, I disabled the NVIDIA driver.  Always cut.

  Interest, sometimes when I have audio playback in Adobe Audition CC on the audio timeline, I can see the time meter stall periodically and restart, not necessarily in harmony with the cuts.  The end of a two-minute audio current reading, audio play is over, but the marker of time has not reached the end of the audio waveform display and moves again.

  None of the above happened before the upgrade to Windows 7.  Thanks for your suggestions, you can provide.

  This sounds like a driver issue, did you test if your hardware is compatible with Windows 64-bit?

• Audio distorted after upgrade to tvOS 9.1

  After the upgrade to tvOS 9.1, audio is distorted. I rebooted, reset it and tried the restore as well without a bit of luck.

  Surround Speaker running check indicates that the audio is sent simultaneously to all speakers (instead of individual flows from speaker).

  By connecting a PS3 has also checked the TV and receiver feature.

  Have you tried taking the speaker system of the equation as a test case?  That is connecting ATV to a different tv and tv only. This would help pin point root cause. I suggest that this is due to the widespread audio problem observed by many during the first 2 months.  I would say that the majority of people have seen an improvement in audio performance with the 9.1 update. ..

  I ran the windows Upgrade Advisor 7 and it says that my phone is compatible but I seem to have lost my sound. The laptop will play the startup chime when I turn on but that's all, so it must be possible to get sound to work, right? I ran all the on-board diagnostics and it says everything is working properly, but which is clearly not the case. Any help is appreciated.

  Try this.

  1. Select the CODEC Audio IDT high definition in Device Manager.
  2. Select the driver tab.
  3. Click on update driver... button.
  4. -> Select Browse my computer for driver software.
  5. Select-> Let pick me from a list of drivers for devices on my computer.
  6. Select high definition Audio Device (not IDT High Def... that's important...) and click Next. Displays warning message, but the answer Yes.

• Second monitor is not detected after upgrade to Windows 10

  After you have installed Windows 10 upgrade Windows 7, my second monitor is no longer functional. The computer is an HP Touch Smart 610-1065qd. I connect on the second monitor through a USB 2.0 Port Replicator 2005pr HP. The Replicator appears as a drive when you look at this PC and an arbitrator in him like HP USB DOCK, as it did in Windows 7. The Replicator seems to work, I can't access the SSD on the device and use a wireless mouse. The receiver is connected to the port replicator. As a result, I tried the same process with the original disc. After each test, I rebooted the system.   I finely found a fix for the problem to my question; Second monitor, not detected after upgrade to Windows 10. Not the one I was hoping. It turns out that the fault was with the HP 2005pr USB 2.0 Port Replicator. It seems that the driver may be at fault. After more than a month of waiting, I decided to replace the duplicator. I decided to buy a Port adapter to replace the duplicator. What is much less expensive experiment and see if it was infecting the duplicator. It turned out that my second monitor is back and healthy. I decided to continue to use the port adapter and buy a USB Hub to replace this part of the duplicator. I no longer use the HD Audio output, after replacing the old speakers with Bose USB speakers some time ago. I thank everyone for help.

  (2) if I use the latest Dell driver (IDT 92HDxxx HD Audio Driver) I hear initially via speakers, but as soon as I plug in headphones I can't switch back to the speakers (i.e. switching between the speakers and the headphones does not work) and my laptop computer microphone works.

  I would be happy to provide more information and help to debug.

  Hi, John. It's quite nervous of a member of the MS forum say that Dell is responsible to operate Windows. It wasn't Dell but MS who claims that Win10 has most of the necessary drivers and if not then the drivers Win7 and Win8.1 would work.

  I doubt that it is possible for two reasons. Dell went from IDT Realtek as the audio seller so probably not more a a contract with IDT, if IDT even exist anymore. A year ago IDT was acquired by another company. I do not know its current status, but it is sure that the acquiring company will not be upgrading old software IDT. Reference Dell itself does not write the audio drivers. Even when IDT was the seller I believe that Win7 drivers are the final versions - no version 8 or 8.1 I think.

  The native Windows audio driver can't stand struggling external mic. It is a MS 'known problem '. MS must implement a decision-making support, but there is no indication that it will be. Meanwhile, you have two workaround solutions. You can switch backwards between the natives and the IDT drivers. At some point Win10 could leave the IDT driver works correctly. Or get an outlet cheap usb audio to the microphone. Struggling running out-audio driver usb Windows native usb and so dependent no driver IDT.

  You should recheck the Toshiba page and download these two tools. Start with the installation of the package of added value, and then restart your laptop. After this utility installation of Support Flash Cards. Reboot once again and all the FN buttons should now work correctly.
