  The command used to open sticky notes on the command line is StikyNot.exe. To use this command, try the following steps:
  a. Click Start, type cmd and press to enter.
  b. in the command prompt, type StikyNot.exe and press ENTER.
  c. you should now see a sticky note.

  DeadManWalking86 although it right technically you can't change fonts, you can go into another application, type a letter, change the font, then copy / paste into your stickynote.

  Now, it will use the new font you have selected.
