Still not activate under creative cloud
I installed creative trial Cloud (Mac Mountain Lion) and after 30 days of paid subscription upgrade. First works very well and I have a project. Now I have urgent need to burn to DVD, but still keeps asking for a serial No. Of course, there is no one; and yet is not available as a standalone download of CC. If still is included in the CC and Adobe does not massively clear, but it is without a doubt, there is even some confusion about knowledge.
Many people report this problem but it doesn't seem to be a standard solution. Adobe themselves have not posted a useful answer I can find. Adobe need to address this issue, we are all paying for the program and should get appropriate help when it does not work. We would not have to hunt around on the internet for answers random other users when we pay handsomely for a professional product.
Haven't tried anything this either yet - I think Adobe should contact me and tell me what to do, or sort their end.
But it seems uninstall first & still (do not know how to do this) then re-download of CC would work - someone at - it any success with it? Adobe?
Please go before uninstalling, make sure that you select Delete prefrences option during the uninstallation of the Premier Pro and Encore.after uninstall reinstall Premier Pro family using Adobe Application manager is expected to be activated.

I just purchased Premiere Pro CC 2014 as a single application
and I'm trying to find out how to get the option to view the Premiere Pro CS6 so I can install to get installed yet.
I have followed the docs online on how to do, but can't see an option under Apps to view previous versions, I just find new applications tab on the left and right all the Apps on the right, when I drop down all it gives me is an option to display the list of Apps like filter > applications Audio/Video, etc.
In the show The installed at the top that I just listed
First Pro CC
Adobe Media Encoder
classified both as everything up to date.
I started with a trial of 2 above Apps, but have now just bought a license for single PP monthly App, I tried also incidentally loging in and out of the creative clouds, but always the same resutls.
I wonder if the CC desktop application has changed since the tutorial yet?

When I drop down all it gives me is an option to display the list of Apps like filter > all Apps, Audio/Video, etc.
Down by the ETC and you will find the previous Version.

InDesign CS6 not activate without creative cloud
I have a paper copy of the Adobe Creative suite CS6 Design & Web Premium set, I bought and installed on my computer. All products seem to work except for Indesign, which, for some reason, won't open for me until I have renew my subscription to creative cloud. I'm not creative cloud. I don't need. I have the programs: I bought them - so I expect to be allowed to use them. No other programs Adobe do this; only Indesign. Why is this going on?
Open your desktop app cc and disconnection.
Then, open id and see if you can find an option to connect. If you can, use a non - cc connection. We should then be asked to allow your id (using your serial number).

Pre-installed applications of CC (2014) are not displayed in Creative cloud Panel
Hi, I'm under creative cloud on an iMac 2009 end 27 ", latest version of Mac OS X installed Yosemite.
All applications I use (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), I had installed via installer creative cloud, but for some reason any they appear is no longer in the Panel as installed (Acrobat DC always there)
Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign all work always perfectly, but I'm unable to update (obviously)
Reset, did not work, reinstalled creative cloud (and no individual apps) did not work, and when I click on install it started redownloading again (which I really don't want to have to do)
Any tips or suggestions?
In the Cloud creative application, change the Setup for different English language.
For Ex: English (North America) in English (International)
Then check with the applications tab.
If it still says: install change again instead of updated parameters.
Note: Let me know if you recently made to the Adobe directory under application Support / Adobe.
As remove or rename the caps folder or the Media.db file?

My apps to say that I am not connected to creative cloud, but I am. I tried to delete the opm.db file and connect again, no luck.
I had no problem with this problem until today when I rebooted my laptop to install a driver for the tablet.
Check your hosts file.

I bought a license for Adobe Lightroom 6 software, however when I followed the instructions, enter the redemption code. And he said: 'You have redeemed successfully from Lightroom 6.' but when I click on download it comes up with a CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg (I'm on a Mac). I just switch to CC to photographers. I downloaded and uninstalled Manager creative cloud several times and whenever I do tab apps under creative cloud wrote "the installation is no longer functional. Uninstall and reinstall... I continue to do this with the same results
