I bought Adobe Lightroom, but when I connect, enter the redemption code and then click on download, it's a creative cloud Installer.  I have not bought the creative cloud service, just one single use computer.

  According to the request, I understand that when you export images from Lightroom it shows only the crops, is not editing.

  It is specific to a single image or all images in the catalog?

  Could you please let me know what file format you choose to export the images and also what version of Lightroom are you using?

  I bought Lightroom 6 (for $149.00 at Staples).  I followed the instructions to redeem my serial number.  After you enter the redemption code, I got the message of a serial number was unnecessary and I could download.  I clicked on download.  Downloaded creative cloud.  (after hours).  I don't want the creative Cloud version, I want to stand alone.  How can I get rid of the CC and get what I paid for?

• When I pine firefox to my taskbar, and then click to open a window, an another icon of firefox. Why is this happening?

  The first firefox will only open windows and the other will continue to add on if I open multiple tabs and others. This happened only since I've updated yesterday. I did what the first one is the latest version that I downloaded.

  As a result of the previous question, I did a clean boot operations, but the problem of opening other user accounts still exists. I tried to create another user account, but when I connect it shows a "Welcome" and then "disconnect" - this happens to all other accounts except for me, as an administrator.

  I tried to access other accounts with 'user account control' turned back and was to square one and had to access my account in safe mode to disable the "a/c user control. I could not access any other a/c in safe mode - it is disconnected.

  So basically I can connect only through administrator account.

  Any other ideas would be appreciated.

  Unless you subscribe to iTunes game (which is not a complete solution anyway) your iTunes Library is on your previous PC - solution the easiest is to copy from here or from a backup.  For more information, see How to move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Support .  Previous purchases from the iTunes Store may be available for re - download - see download your past - purchases of Apple Support.

  If none of these approaches allows to recover the contents of your library, see user turingtest2 on recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device library for a list of tools and methods that can be used to copy the media etc from iPod to iTunes.

  Now open a session in anticipation of history for some time see if it solves your problem or not

  -If it don't then try opening your browser's private browsing/incognito mode and try connecting to the story from there

  If you are able to connect then you should try clear the cache and cookies of your browser

  Joanne, please remove your current installation of Photoshop Lightroom by using the uninstall program located in the/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.

  You will then want to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 of Adobe - Lightroom: for Macintosh.  The update contains the entire application.  Photoshop Lightroom cannot be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application and still be allowed with a serial number.
