  The good news is, since you have find my iPhone, they will not be able to reuse the phone even if they are trying to restore. Unless they know your password, or you have a valid proof of purchase AGFI won't be deleted.

  When you say that you have "written to you people ', I have to imagine say you you wrote to Apple.   Here, we have no way to help you find a lost phone.   It is a technical body of the user for the user.

  And of course, Apple cannot find lost phones.   They provide facilities for you to implement "Find my phone", but if you haven't taken advantage of this I'm afraid can't do anything.   I hope that you have reported to the police, especially if you have coverage with private insurance.

(If it did, my position would be, but still off line to date) I've disabled my iphone and erased the icloud, but who is waiting. I'm currently waiting for my new iphone via Asurion, but I have a huge question. I tried to call my number again, but it does not even go directly to your voicemail. It goes directly to the busy (the constant and filled... anxiety beep beep beep) tone...

  Can someone tell me why my stolen iphone do that? The thief using my phone as we speak? I don't want to have access to my photos and apps that are very private. (Also, how I even return my lost photos?)

  He did this because disable you the phone and deleted. Since you disabled the service, the phone will go is over to voicemail. Once you've done that, there is no service of the device and you will not be able to follow any longer. If you have an access code on the device, they are unable to see your content. Buy once you have withdrawn from iCloud, they will be able to restore it and turn it on. The device has disappeared. Regarding the photos, if you do not have a backup of them, or you do not use iCloud for photos, and then they are lost as well.
