  Hello-

  On the home page of a Web site I've created, I used a composition widget to scroll recommended youtube videos. It is designed for automatic playback, sliding from the video to the video when you arrive on the page (stacked option selected), then stop AutoPlay when a thumbnail is selected.

  Now that I updated day/upgrade, AutoPlay will not stop!  Once you select a thumbnail, the AutoPlay just starts again. It is a problem because I need the user to watch the youtube video in the "slide" that they have chosen.

  Any way around this? or can it be resolved?

  We broke him in the 2.0 update. 2.1 should go live next week. It includes a fix for this. Until then, I'm sorry but I'm not aware of a workaround.

  Enable or disable AutoPlay for CD and DVD drives

  I assume you mean audio slide? Add a click box to each slide and extend its duration until the end of the slide, which can easily be made with the hotkey CTRL-E. A click box will automatically pause at its end, which will be at the end of the slide.

  Add to the first slide and set up as explained and copy the click zone. Then go on the Filmstrip, select all the other slide and paste it.

  I do not know what widget you use, but you can try the suggestions in the steps below to add videos on a site of muse.

  Also make sure you have the mp4 or webm file format.

  To import videos into Muse you can use following steps.

  1 import the video to the current tab

  Go to file > add files to download and select the file you want to import. This will copy the file into the active tab by muse.

  2. Insert the HTML code:

  a. navigate to the page on which you want to place the video.

  b. go to object > insert HTMl

  c. Paste the code below and update the with your file name

  When I hit Enter after working on one (or several) in the time line the rendering process starts. Once the frames are rendered, the whole project begins to play of the whole project from the beginning. Is there a way to prevent this? Also, is there a way to make some or all of the clips that are ready in the tasks Panel (organize / Project) who have not yet been used.

  Go to Edition/Preferences. You will see the option box to play after I visited there.

  Unfortunately, applies only to the timeline. There is no way to make the clips before adding them to a timeline - except convert DV - AVI before go you in your project.

  Click on the round to START and in the search box type "regedit" (without the quotes).  .
  Click once on the COMPUTER (upper-left) and then click the EDIT menu and click FIND.

  Type "NoDriveTypeAutoRun" and .
  In the left pane, right click EXPLORE and click EXPORT.
  Type "autorun" in the FILE NAME box, choose a folder of your choice and press the "SAVE" button.
   
  Back in the editor of the register, in the right pane, right-click on the NoDriveTypeAutoRun entry and click EDIT.
  Change the number 91 to 95.   Press OK.

  Reset.  If no joy, double-click the file that you saved, to merge into the registry.

  I don't think that there is no way around this by using the default widget, because the only way to pause/stop autoplay is to click on a trigger.

• Video playback in composition with AutoPlay

  I have a composition that has three different slides, I want him to play on auto-play when you enter the website.   With autoplay, yes the slide will change to the next slide, unless you use a custom coding to stop the video at the same time slide changes.

  As you mentioned disabling performance automatic is not an option for your project and you also want viewers to see the video before the slide changes, a workaround can be made.

  Create a short form of the video, as an intro video for a few seconds and set the transition speed of composition that video is complete before the change of slides.

  You can adjust the speed of transition to the full video even complete, but once again that applies on all slides to stay on the screen.

  So the idea would be to create a video Intro that would fully play until the slide changes and for the full version of the video, insert the video on a new page and the hyperlink in the page with a text for the full video in the same blade where users can click for the full video.

  Not an exact solution, but can be used as a workaround!
