Stop Safari from insisting on the fact that I am in another country

I bought and set up my Mac to the USA. Then I traveled with it to about 7 countries and everything was fine. However, my last country was Israel and even though I've been in the U.S. (continent) for 5 months now, Safari insists again that I am in Israel.

Sometimes I see prices in shekels.

Odder, sometimes I see the price in pounds, although none of my devices have been in the United Kingdom.

My search page - default to Duck Duck Go - said Israel.

And when I am disconnected from my account to Google Maps, it is by default in Hebrew.

I have my timezone set to California.

What can I do to tell Safari that I want English?

I have been looking and tried for 5 months. In fact, more than a year because I never wanted to Hebrew. (The love of the language, but can't read it well.)

This happened at 19.9 x, remained in 10.9.5 and remains now that I'm in 10.11.5
