stop synchronization

Deletion is very slow as it seems to be deleting on the server and pc. Can I place the synchronization process in order to quickly clear on PC and then leave the server and Pc sync later

Worry not re light. MSSE is very basic and I have not used for a long time. So take what I say with a grain of salt.

Usually there are exclusions for 'real-time' or 'on access' (which is causing your problem) scan and a full analysis of the system (something a good anti virus will do every week or so while you sleep usually about 03:00)

For the region, which does contain any programs or files that can be "executed" is not entirely missed, just excluded the problematic time.

  • need stop synchronization before finishing to avoid ipod classic remove

I've updated to itunes version 12.5.1, as well as Windows 10.  If I let my ipod classic finish syncing, everything on the ipod is removed.  So I have to restore the ipod in disk mode so that itunes recognizes the ipod and avoid itunes gel settings.  I found the only way to keep my music is to stop synchronization before it ends or the entire contents of the ipod is removed, and I'll have to go through the process of restoring ipod to factory settings again.  During synchronization, I disable the Windows 10 firewall and anti virus as Apple support told me that it could interfere with itunes.  What is - this with the finishing of sync that removes my ipod?

It's weird...  Hard drive it is possible to the iPod becomes unreliable and is damaged during the synchronization process.  What happens if you set it up to only synchronize a small number of songs, instead of "all"?  For example, on the settings screen of music from iPod in iTunes, rather than choose to synchronize the entire musical library, choose the option to synchronize playlists, artists, albums, and genres, and select only a SINGLE album.  These songs always get deleted at the end of synchronization?

  • Mobile (Android) Lightroom stopped synchronization to the desktop application

Shortly after the first use of the latest version of Lr for Android, I put it to Sync only to Wifi, and now it has stopped synchronization of photos added to the desktop version. Sync is turned on on the desktop app, and my first pictures are there, but nothing since.

The photos are taken using soft camera by default of the Galaxy 5 Note, then I use Add Photos to add them to the folder of the camera to Lr Mobile. On the desktop app, the first images have been added to my catalogue in any folder, and the phone has been added as a "disk" as Samsung SM-N920V. I think that unit has been automatically added to the catalog because it has been connected by USB at this time there.

In addition, even if I take photos in the 'Pro' mode with the RAW option, Lr adds only the JPEG version. Any suggestion? Thank you!

With the help of Windows 10.

Thank you. Solve the problem himself apparently. Now when I add Photos, raw photos come beside the JPEG images with a small tag on the icons in the gallery who said DNG. I certainly do not want to Auto Import on with photos of phone!

  • gel syncing to iTunes (iPod Classic 160 GB stops synchronization)

I have about 19000 mp3 files in my iTunes I try to sync my iPod 160GB Classic (2009). I've updated to the latest version of iTunes and my iPod is updated to 2.0.4.

The iPod is recognized and synchronization starts as usual and files begin to transfer... BUT iTunes crashes at some random file and stops the synchronization. ITunes basically says it's still sync (but stuck on a single file) and the iPod shows the screen 'do not disconnect - please eject before disconnecting '. It seems to me that the iPod think it's done, but iTunes is still trying to synchronize.

I have to close iTunes and restart the computer to get iTunes working normally again manually. I can close iTunes, but cannot get it to open again before restarting the computer unless I go into the Task Manager and terminate all the processes iTunes manually. If I have this and go back to iTunes and then start resynchronization, synchronization is completely blocked on the first song, while the iPod does not sync at all.

If I restart my computer then start again so I can start the synchronization, but the same thing happens again.

Moreover, I had an iPod touch 3G on this same computer with iTunes and have never had a problem syncing like that ever.

Here are some of the things that I've figured out and to try to solve this problem:

    • I deleted all the songs (files) in iTunes which can not find the program on my hard drive more.

    • If it freezes, the songs he says were be synced with the iPod are not actually on the iPod. Only 2-3 of the first songs sent when syncing remained on the iPod. Well most of the time. In manual mode, they seem to "stick."

    • I have restored my iPod back to factory settings. Who has not solved the problem.

    • I understand that this has NOTHING to do with corrupted files. The file it freezes on seems completely random (I did about 10 to 15 times) sometimes it freezes as soon as possible and sometimes it freezes later. I also checked to make sure that the files are not corrupt. which is not. I even deleted them from the list at the beginning when I first had the problem.

    • I put it to sync only checked songs and then set only 30 to 50 songs at the time of transfer. In addition to taking FOREVER to sync my iPod (don't be easier?), it can still freeze at random to where iTunes synchronization, but the iPod is not. Basically, it can happen on the song #451 or song #3. The odds of a gel are far less it seems with very few songs at the same time, but it can always happen, no matter how little I do.

    • I tried the manual synchronization... same problem. It will freeze during the update.

    • I have tried different USB cables without effect.

    • I tried different machines slot USB.

    • Reinstall windows... that he has not solved.

Looks like you did a lot of troubleshooting already.  As the hard drives used with computers, the hard drive of your iPod mini becomes unreliable over time.  So the cause can be the disc is hard not to write data at random times.  Maybe it's not the cause in your case, but it is possible.

As a test, if you have other USB devices connected at the same time, you can try to shut down the PC and unplug it all the USB devices.  You can leave standard keyboard/mouse USB connected, if used.  In order to put the iPod in Disk Mode

Put the iPod in disk - Apple Support Mode

Computer, run iTunes and connect the iPod to a direct USB port by itself.  iTunes may ask you to do a restore with a message on the "recovery."  Tell iTunes to proceed.  Once the restoration is complete, try to do a full synchronization.  If this does not help, please report back.

  • Stop synchronization of windows with the file is no longer available

How to prevent synchronization of windows trying to sync with a folder that no longer exists? I'm working on a windows XP computer that had a network folder shared on our old domain controller. It was created to "work offline". This former DC has since died, but the XP machine is still trying to synchronize with him whenever he disconnects or connects.

I tried to delete all the files temporary/offline, I tried windows Explorer and go to tools > Synchronize and then unchecking the file that does not exist. I tried to go to the configuration of the synchronization and UN-checking the folder to synchronize when connected to the LAN. Nothing seems to prevent synchronization attempt. There are also other folders that exist that I want to keep the synchronization with, so I don't want to completely disable synchronization. Does anyone know how to make so that he can stop sync with just this file?

GoTo Sync, more Options, choose the device (USB Flash DRIVE), tell him not to sync. RESET. Come back, and he's always trying to synchronize. Does anyone know the REGISTRY key, that I need to hack & slash to solve this problem?

    Catsprings,
I was walking back and forth between maybe 10 different forums.
I ended up with the enumerator Service Portable device as what was causing my problem.
    You can try this:

Follow this step to turn off the service.

    1. click Start and type services.msc in the start search box and press on enter.

    2. scroll through the list and select the service.

    3. right click on the service and choose the Propertiesoption.

    4. you can change the Startup type to disable or the status of the service to stop.

It seems to have worked for me.
    Best wishes!

  • Stop synchronization when you log in to windows 7

    Hello

Is there a way to prevent the synchronization of offline files when I log a network, without disabling Windows 7 offline files? I want to do is because the synchronization of windows 7 slowing down computers a lot when it syncs. So instead of having the synchronization files when a user opens a session, it would be best to schedule synchronization during the lunch break.

    Thank you

  • BlackBerry Z10 Z10 suddenly stopped synchronization of calendar and contact - link gives BB cannot communicate with connected mssg but displays device

I think that BB link updated the software in March 2015.  I had been very good sync with my laptop Windows 8 with the Outlook calendar and contacts, but this week it stopped.  BB link watch Z0 connected, but says cannot communicate with the device.  I tried the solution of knowledge base - leave plugged phone with a USB cable, power phone off, then back on donkey wait 3-5 minutes for the pilots to complete loading - but none help.  I rebooted the computer and the Z10 several times, but no luck with the synchronization.  Any help is appreciated!

Try the following steps, which will completely remove all traces of BlackBerry-link device driver entries and may solve your problem:

    1. Uninstall the BlackBerry link.
    2. Open the Device Manager by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard type devmgmt.msc , and then click OK.
    3. Click view , and then click Show hidden devices on the menu that appears.
    4. Expand the BlackBerry section by clicking on the + symbol next to it.
    5. Right-click on the following, and then click Uninstall. In the dialog box that appears, select delete the driver for this device. If more than one of each of the following entries appear, remove them as well.
      • BlackBerry smartphone
      • BlackBerry smart phone
    6. Expand the network adapters section by clicking on the + symbol next to it.
    7. Right-click on the following, and then click Uninstall. In the dialog box that appears, select delete the driver for this device. If more than one of each of the following entries appear, remove them as well.
      • BlackBerry smartphone

  • My Windows 8 mail suddenly stopped synchronization on all accounts

I've been running Windows 8 Professional on a Netbook for about 2 months now and had NO problems with the application mail until today. Now he is not synchronized to any of the three accounts set up. One is my Hotmail, one account and my Gmail account is my Exchange account to work. They stopped just a couple of hours of work. They are used to synchronize automatically or manually. When I try a manual synchronization, I just got the message "synchronization" in the upper right and that's all. The message remains there until I close the application.

Solved! Restarted Windows 8 and Mail works again.

  • Lightroom mobile stopped synchronization

I use Lightroom for mobile regularly. I have dozens of collections that have synchronized successfully. The latest 2 collections, I installed are not synchronized. Said Lightroom is synchronization, but they never do. The collection appears on my ipad but no pictures. When I logout of Lightroom on my laptop it tells me that it is always synchronize. I stopped and started Lightroom, I restarted my PC. No luck. Suggestions?

Nice to hear that it worked. There was nothing suspicious in the reports.

There are two things that could have triggered it.

    1. you have uploaded/imported of larger videos which need time to be downloaded successfully

    2. you set the request to enter in the background. After a long period of time synchronization can be stopped or the application was left by iOS in order to free up resources.

  • Sells a laptop and forgot to stop synchronization. Any solution?

Is there a way to UN-sync a computer from the list of synchronization devices?

Change the password for this account and perhaps the key to sync as well.

  • iCloud Drive - stop synchronization files back to the Mac

    Hi all

OK, so I use OneDrive for my backups online cloud. I used it in my old Windows and Nokia Lumia days before my first iPhone 4S.

To be honest its pretty * good, everything I do is download all of my digital photos since 2005 in a folder that I call my Photo Vault. These are organized into folders for each month and year and organized. Simple.

Now one of the best features on OneDrive is that even though I have over 65 GB of Photos stored in the cloud, I can choose on all of my Windows PC or my MacBook in the OneDrive records I want to synchronize with the PC/laptop/iMac/Macbook computer so that I not 65 GB of Photos stored on each device. Logic Yes?

What is the point of a storage cloud if it synchronizes all your units and their disk space fills. My Macbook Air 128 GB would be filled with my photo library of 11 years.

    So what is my question?

    iCloud drive.

I have 50 GB to 69P per month. (To be negotiated). Yes but if I want to backup my iTunes library and copy 25 GB in the iCloud drive why must it download it again in my folder of drive iCloud on my Macbook Air that I use to transfer to?

I can choose individual folders in iCloud drive and say, 'Hey no, I want to store in the iCloud drive and not on this PC/computer laptop/iMac/Macbook Air again?

For example, the only way I see doing my music at the present time is to move my iTunes folder media in the folder of drive iCloud on the Macbook Air, while I do not have two versions of the same folder.

Any help with this would be great.

    Thanks in advance.

iCloud is not a backup system, it is a system of synchronization, so it downloads whatever data is stored there to each computer and device signed in with the same Apple ID. There is no way to download selectively. There is a sync all or nothing.
