  OK, finally solved.

  I uninstalled what is called "Windows Live ID Sign - in Assistant", as well as the usual games of .NET, MS for Windows - LIVE and games for Windows Marketplace Client, then ran a registry cleaner (I used CCleaner, which is free) and restarted.

There was my this info in my device (6 times) Manager: its an unknown device located in the ALL - IN - WONDER RADEON 7500 and it states that "the drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) "what is it and how to fix it." I don't know if I'm to disable or uninstall. As I said, these updates I got Windows update manager and I'm guessing that it was not successful.
