Why the "games for Windows Marketplace" will not be launched?

Why the "games for Windows Marketplace" will not be launched? I tried to launch the start screen appears and when you look at the Task Manager, GFWLive.exe and GFWClient.exe show, but after a few seconds the splash screen and the GFW deals disappear and never loads the user interface. I tried to reinstall the client and the .NET Framework, but which has no effect. I also tried a couple of registry cleaners, but still no change.

RESOLVED: "gamename has stopped working", games for Windows Live problem *.

OK, finally solved.

I uninstalled what is called "Windows Live ID Sign - in Assistant", as well as the usual games of .NET, MS for Windows - LIVE and games for Windows Marketplace Client, then ran a registry cleaner (I used CCleaner, which is free) and restarted.
I then reinstalled GWL from MS. site

  • Games for windows live will not yet installed

    So every time I try and install Games for Windows Live, it says it has "successfully installed, as shown here.

    Then I hit the launch, and it appears.

    I check my installed programs there. I have check the path, not here. I have no idea where it installed, if it is still installed at all, and if ever, it will install. I'm just trying to play with friends on GTA 4 xD

    I have therefore built a new PC and decided to start to buy and games to test the machine on some PCs. The first one I decided to buy was GTA IV games for windows marketplace. I did, and it appears in my thin, recent purchase history. I click on the link 'Download' and I need to install games for Windows Marketplace client.

    I installed without problems and signed in--however whenever I login and click on "Downloads" tab, I'm presented with a red error as follows:

    I signed and back in several times now, and the purchase was made about 2-3 hours ago.

    This problem can be corrected? If not, will I get my £20 for the purchase of the game I can't download or obtain the product key from?

  • Games for Windows works only with "games for windows - live» Can not understand.

    So the problem I encounter is that I can't get games purchased with the headliner "Games for Windows" to work with the software "Games for windows".  No drop-down list, no information other than a market place when I opened "Games for Windows - Live.  No ability to view videos downloaded from the software, just to go to my documents to view the downloaded content.  Installed games appear in the GAMES folder and they open and can be played.

    In particular, the game I'm playing is called "Monster Madness - battle of Suburbia".  I'd love to play and get achievements for my account xbox live and others, I love the ability to have that extends from PC to the Xbox, the other game I have is bioshock.

    All advice, instructions or ideas will be appreciated.
