Stopped Creative sync Cloud Server Error
Hello world
Since I updated creative cloud I'm unable to sync files. I can upload files, but I'm not able to sync the files download my colleges. As soon as I click 'Start Sync' I get the error message "Server error sync cloud creatives stopped." I can see all the files online, but I would have preferred to be able to sync them to my office.

If you use Windows, try the following steps. Please let me know if you use a Mac and I'll give you appropriate measures.
1. open the desktop creative cloud application.
2. click on the icon 'speed' to bring up the menu.
3. with the menu remains open, hold down the CTRL key.
4. all holding the control key, choose "exit".
5. wait a few seconds (about 1 minute).
6 remove this directory:
C:\Users\

I tried to turn on "file synchronization" and "Creative Cloud server error" 'stopped Sync' is constantly since the notification of task jump bar upward. All other features work fine except file synchronization.
I logged into my account and manually downloadd files, I restarted, I signed in and out and back CC, but always without success.

So, my CC tried to update 2 days ago. Since then, synchronize file has not worked. Whenever I try to start my sync file I get the following:

Creative sync Cloud file does not work
This is not the first time it happened. I rely on creative cloud file synchronization to work in 2 locations. Once, he simply stopped sync all together and I had to be on the phone with a technician for hours for repair. Creative sync cloud app. problem with the web application

I have some problems with the synchronization of files in the creative Cloud Files folder on my computer (I use a Mac) and the Creative Cloud Web App. practically the files I have on my computer folder do not appear on the web (and I can't create links of sharing for them) and vice versa. We have a team account and we can exchange files between us, but nothing appears on the web application. The problem applies to all members of the team.

@ursuss - what you see in the creative Cloud Files folder on your computer must match what you see on the site Active CC to https://assets.adobe.com/files.

Has happened since yesterday afternoon despite the site status saying all is well. If you're used to Dropbox, I'm afraid you'll find creative Cloud file sharing quite poor right now. He has a lot of potential but just too hit and Miss for use as a tool of good business.
