  I don't know if it will work, but the CS2 activation servers have been shut down. You can recharge CS2 following the instructions on this link, so maybe try to install your upgrade.

  trying to install Acrobat 9.0 on pc win 7/32.

  First failure message was "error 1635" in which the installation is returned.

  The second, the serial number was shown as already here, but not recognized.

  Tried to re - install a trial version, same result.

  How can I get rid of that Adobe "remembers" the serial number?

  Looked in the registry but no luck.

  I just need this to print odd paper sizes. Don't have no need all super duper Acrobat version 450/xx/34

  Try to use Microsoft Fix it Wizard, available at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971187. The wizard updates the Windows registry so that you can uninstall previous versions of the program, usually install or update to the current version successfully.

  My old LaserJet 1000 still works perfectly and I would like to download drivers for use with a new laptop using Windows 8.1 but when I go to the HP site and enter the serial number from the bottom of the printer (CNCR followed of a 6 digit number) I get a message saying that this number is incorrect. It is definitely not fake.  I'll send a picture of the plate if I can enter the system of HP.

  Someone please help so that my Laserjet can live once more.

  According to this document the LaserJet 1000 model is not supported in Windows 8.1

  If you have purchased CS6 since January this year CS3 is not eligible for the upgrade version.  It was earlier than January, but not after.

  It is matter of Toshiba and I can imagine that there is a problem with their database.
  In any case, I don't see any problem there. At the bottom of your laptop you can find the model number and it must be xxxxxxx PSLS9E I think that this first part of the model number is so important to you.

  This will help you find the right drivers on Toshiba support page.
  Serial number is not so important. The only thing you can do with it is to check the State of the laptop computer and the details under http://www.toshiba-tro.de/unitdetails

  Educational license purchased after my trial completed/expired. I can connect to my cloud adobe online account. I can't activate my license and I keep getting a message "Unable to validate the serial number," what serial number has been received from Adobe via email post purchase. Needless to say, Acrobat DC does not work correctly. It's extremely frustrating. Help is appreciated.

• Could not load the LR 6 on my laptop - I get "update serial number: serial number you provided is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer."  I downloaded, from the Adobe Web site and given the serial number when I bought L

  I'll put up a new Macbook Pro the retina, bought this week, and try to install the copy of LR 6 I bought in September 2015.  It is currently loaded on my old Macbook Pro.  I understand that my license allows me to install this on two machines;  This is particularly important now that I move from an old machine to a new one.

  I downloaded the complete file of the LR6, but when I try to install, I get "update serial number: serial number you provided is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer."

  I gave the serial number under my account on the Adobe website and delivered when I bought LR 6 September 2015.

  It is said to "Select a product", but only gives me options of Lightroom 1-5, not 6.  My new LR 6 license is useless just 6 months after purchase?

  I opted to buy 6 LR on perpetual license rather than a subscription monthly CC, as my country's currency is devaluing rapidly and I need to be able to afford access.  But now Adobe does not seem to recognize the validity of the copy that I own.  In fact, it is difficult to find a reference to LR 6 on the Adobe web site.

  It shows the message you have purchased an upgrade license, and it asks you to select the older version that you upgraded and provide older version serial number as proof that you are eligible to use the upgrade.
