Store Windows and other applications of MS is not available

I have an xbox 360 with the same account
My email is my domain
I used for MSN and Live Messenger with this account
I used for all the services of Mrs.
I installed Windows 8 on December 2012, I had access to the Windows store / music / games / Skydrive / video.
I want to update my Windows to 8.1, and I saw a problem to access all MS Windows 8 applications.
I changed my account Ms.
I called MS supports:
-wsreset
-slmgr.vbs - dli
-powershell - executionpolicy unrestricted add appxpackage - disabledevelopmentmode-$env:systemroot\winstore\appxmanifest.xml to register
-in IE: ms-windows-store: installprogress
sfc/scannow
But I'm stuck.
I change my windows to a Microsoft Account local account. But now cannot return a Microsoft Account.
I created a new user with an another Microsoft Account, I assumed that WIndows cannot connect to the Authentication Service of Microsoft, because of /XXXX_000/ in the folder of the user
I used the debugging tool:

I understand that you still have the same problem with the computer. Yes, please follow the below mentioned steps to ix the question.

Method 1: First try to solve the problems with the user account by following the link below:

Method 2: Try to start Microsoft Sign-in account service and see if that helps.

Authorization required

To perform these procedures, you must be a member of the Administrators security group on the data layer or layer application for Team Foundation Server.

To start a service that is stopped

  1. Log in the server on which the service is stopped.

  2. Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click onServices.

3. the Services Microsoft Management Console (MMC) opens

4. right click on the service that is not running, then click on start.

     

     5. Close the console Services.

To configure a service to start automatically

  1. Log in the server on which the service is installed.

  2. Click Start, point to Administrative Tools and then click Services. The Services console opens.

  3. Right-click on the account sign in Microsoft service that is not configured to start automatically, and then click Properties.

4. on the general tab click Automatic in the startup type list, and then click OK

5. close the console Services.

Method 3: Run the DISM tool and check if that helps.
 
a. drag from the right edge of the screenand then click on search.
(If you use a mouse, point to the upper right of the screen, move the pointer of the mouse down and then click Find.)

b. enter the command prompt in the search box.

c. in the list of results, drag down on or right click command prompt, and then press or click on run as administrator.

d. in the administrator: command prompt window, type the following commands. Press ENTER after each command:

a. DISM.exe / Online/Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

b. DISM.exe / Online/Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

e. to close the administrator: command prompt window, Type Exit, and press ENTER.

f. run Windows Update again.
