Store Windows not opening due to problems of control network

Separated from this thread.

my windows do not store the opening because of chek network problems

Hi Alex,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I understand that Windows store does not open, and I'll be happy to answer your query. Let me ask you;

  • Have you tried the suggestions in the original thread?
  • What are the results of each step that you tried?
  • What is the exact error message that you receive to the network?
  • What security software is installed on the computer?

There could be several reasons for this cause and diagnose the problem, try the advice given above in this thread and let us know the result of each so that we can continue to research the issue and help you accordingly.

Also, try disabling the security software installed in the computer and check.

Important: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attack.

Hope this information is useful. Please feel free to answer in the case where you are facing in the future other problems with Windows.

Yes, the speed and connectivity of the internet must be consistent for the applications to work properly.

I suggest you create a new user account and checkif the problem persists.

    Create a new user account.

Setting up a new user account is a very easy process in Windows 8. There are two types of user accounts, a Microsoft user account and a Local user account. See this link for more information on the two types of user accounts and how to create them.

  • Windows store does not open (windows 8)

So I've recently refreshed my laptop running Windows 8.1 and after refresh, he returned to windows 8. But now all gone metro apps and windows store does not open. When I click it, nothing happens.

I tried various fixes, nothing worked! Help, please! My main concern is to upgrade to windows 10!  Right now I'm stuck with windows 8

IM using the HP envy m6 laptop.

    Hi Alain,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

When you do a Refresh: Applications that you have installed Web sites and DVD is deleted. The applications provided with your PC and applications that you have installed in the Windows store will be resettled. Windows puts a list of apps removed on your desktop after you refresh your PC.

Because you want to upgrade to Windows 10, first, you need to update to Windows 8.1 of Windows 8 and then you can switch to Windows 10 Windows 8.1.

Please refer to: Update Windows 8.1 of Windows 8

Once you have updated Windows 8 to 8.1 Windows, please see the following article in order to upgrade to Windows 10 Windows 8.1.

    Hello

Since the App Store does not open, check if the startup disk need to repair and restore OS X using OS X Recovery.

Start your Mac while pressing the command + R keys.

From there, you should be able to access the built in utilities in OS X recovery to repair the boot and OS X restore disc.

  • Safari and App Store are not open. Recently updated to El Capitan 10.11.4

Please read this message before doing anything.

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It is unlikely to solve your problem. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.

The test is intended to determine if the problem is caused by a third-party software that loads automatically at startup or logon, by a device, by a police conflict or corruption of system files or some system caches.

Disconnect all devices wired except those required to test and remove all the expansion cards from secondary market, as appropriate. Start in safe mode and log on to the account of the problem.

Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or an earlier version, or if a firmware password is defined, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can not do this. Ask for additional instructions.

Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

The login screen is displayed even if you usually connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

Test in safe mode. Same problem?

After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and make sure you always have the problem. View the results of the test.

  • RealPlayer does not open due to missing file MSVCP90.dll

I try to open realplayer and every time I get the same error message: Realplayer does not open due to missing file MSVCP90.dll. I tried to uninstall and reinstall a clean version and it's the same result every time! What I am doing wrong? How can I solve this problem? I have a laptop HP 1030NR which uses xp edition sp3 family. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

The problem is that RealPlayer needs pieces of Visual Studio/Visual C++ libraries and that is not finding them on your system.  You do not have to install all this junk - just distribution (like MSVCP90.dll) files.

You can look in Add/Remove programs and see what Microsoft Visual C++ redistributes you have installed right now (you can have none).  I installed them in 2005.  You may have none or more installed.

I would like to download the latest Package Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable and install it from here:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&ID=5555

Reboot and see if RealPlayer is happy now.

  • Windows store does not open in Windows 8

This may sound silly, but the original user that I had for my laptop has been removed. It was an accident, fortunately the other was an administrator. Anyway, everything was basically as except the apps are not installed, I tried the video application from the store back, so I clicked on the store and it crashed. I went on other questions about this problem and did the wsreset thing, and he said: ms-windows-store: PurgeCaches

Is there any way to solve this problem? I don't think I can reset it because I didn't drive come with the laptop, unless I can use a USB key to do so.

  • PC and Windows settings store will not open in windows 8 after refreshing (safe mode, boot clean and sfc/scannow do not work for this)

Don't forget to support this issue to get a faster response! : D

A few weeks ago, I was using my computer and it worked very well. Once I got home I turned it on, but it does not turn. After trying several times and get only a black screen I finally got an answer, my computer was looking for solutions, and finally I decided to update it. Once I did, everything seemed to work, but as he was warned many of my apps have been removed. Once I tried to download office, a message appeared and the dignosi said that "a problem is preventing the troubleshooting tool to start. After this, I restarted my PC, but the problem persisted. Then I tried to open the app store and it did not open at all it just poped to the top of the icon of gree. With this problem and no solution, I scanned my computer but nothing. Then I looked on the internet, it seemed to me that many had my problem. Then I tried what more said and noticed that something that I could not even do is run at the prompt as an administrator. It took a lot of my possibilities, and the problem of not being able to download anything at all do not let me even try firefox or install any kind of service. To resolve this problem, I have internet and with the help of my brother, I could do my account manager and perform the sfc can. After that he told me that I had nothing wrong. The next thing I did was try to run "chkdsk/r", after that I could download and install things over the internet so I did a update and installed everything I could. The only problem was that the store and the laptop settings cannot yet open and I tried every utility in the internet troubleshooting and recommendations, but nothing works, I can't even change my background of my photos folder. My App Store won't open on my MacBook pro. Ball guard spinning.

    Howdy Dennis,

How to test with another user account

You can find out if unexpected behavior is related to the user file or a parameter in trying to reproduce the problem to a different user account. This process includes creating a new user account, connect to it and test for the issue.

    Create a test user account

    1. In the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
    2. Click the users and groups in the System Preferences window.
    3. Click the lock icon and enter an administrator name and password.
    4. Click on the button Add (+) below the list of users.
    5. Choose a type of user in the new pop-up menu.
    6. Give the user a name and first name, account name, and password.
    7. Click OK.
    8. Close the System Preferences window.

If there are documents from your user account that you want to test with original, place a copy of these items in the shared folder in the users folder. Press the Option key while dragging a file in this folder to create a copy.

Connect to the test user account

Log out of your current user account by choosing logout in the Apple menu, and then open a session the new account that you created. If you are prompted to login with your iCloud or Apple ID account when you log in, skip this step.

    Try to reproduce the problem

Try the same steps that caused the unexpected behavior to appear. For example, if you are unable to print, try printing from this user account. If you were unable to connect to the Internet, try to navigate on a website of this user account.

If you use specific test settings depends on (for example using a specific e-mail account or an account iCloud) implemented the same test user account. For email and other parameters, you can use the Internet accounts pane in system preferences to set up these types of accounts. If your home folder files are necessary for tests, copy them into the shared folder in the users folder (/ Users/Shared). After you connect as a user test, copy these items to the same location in the test user home folder to test with.

If a problem occurs in account only one user

Is using the same steps in a user account test does not cause the same unexpected behavior, most likely you don't need to reinstall applications or OS X.

    • If a problem occurs only in a single application, check the documentation or Web site for instructions on troubleshooting specific preferences or the definition of the application files.
    • If you need help with a problem or a specific alert message, search the Apple support Web site for the text of the alert message you see.

If a problem occurs in more than one user account

If the same unexpected behavior occurs in more than one user account on your Mac, try checking for software or hardware problems.

How to test a question in another account on your Mac.

    Take care.
