Strange timing errors, python process taking CPU

I have 5 Server freshly moved on top of Yosemite.

I migrated Server 3 to 4 and now 5.  My sites all done.  My e-mail service is very good.

I've never used the calendar service, and used to spam my system with Dingo errors log in Server 4.   I thought it would be fine in the Server 5 because 5 fixed issues for many in the nets here.

Not for me.  So I tried to turn it on.   I get this error in the calendar error log:

2016-02-14 22:45:25-0600 [---] (port UNIX ' / var/run/caldavd/caldavd.sock' closed)

2016-02-14 22:46:20-0600 [---] open journal.

2016-02-14 22:46:20-0600 [---] ControlSocket go from ' / var/run/caldavd/caldavd.sock'

2016-02-14 22:46:22-0600 [-] [txdav.base.datastore.subpostgres #error] unable to connect to database schema creation: Broken pipe [Errno [32]

2016-02-14 22:46:23-0600 [-] [txdav.base.datastore.subpostgres #critical] cannot start or connect to the postgres: md5 password authentication failed

2016-02-14 22:46:23-0600 [---] (port UNIX ' / var/run/caldavd/caldavd.sock' closed)

Is it possible that I can delete calendar and let app Server make it fresh?  I will lose no data because I've never used.

During this time, my server otherwise happy is stuck using 9% CPU for several treatments Python and postgres continue taking up 100% CPU when I look up there.   How can I go back factory calendar?

The caldavd_setup.log is trivial and seems that everything worked until the end.

  • Violation of compilation-Timing error FPGA

    Hi all

    I've been LV around for years, but I am a complete newbie when it comes to FPGA. I'm working on programming for a 9651 (SOM) using the Dev kit. I'm starting by small steps, but already tripped. I have a simple VI which retrieves a value from a FIFO and passes it réécrirait a different FIFO. When compiling, it gives an error of timing violation, and I don't know how to study. The VI is attached.

    If background for the curious... I'm working on the side of our application to signal processing. I'm passing data from a prerecorded TDMS file to a FIFO. I want to send the FPGA, treat it and send it back. Eventually, it will come of I/O, but for now, I just want to work on the processing of the signal. Before starting work, I thought I'd just make sure I can transfer data to the bottom and back. Once I get this job, I'll start to developing processing screw for between the two.

    Thank you!

    Hi thutch79,

    You can specify the version of LabVIEW you use and implementing CLIP half bridge that you use for the IO DevKit?

    It was a timing violation introduced between LabVIEW 2014 and 2015, given the way the compiler Xilinx handled VHDL which takes in charge the second port Ethernet on SOM.  If you use a CLIP half bridge that has been generated before 2015 LabVIEW (as the example of the expedition which I think begins with a CLIP called "DevKit"), then you can get a timing error.  There should be a second sample CLIP called DevKit2, I think, which was regenerated with compatibility for 2015 of LabVIEW and later versions.

    This problem has been discussed here: https://decibel.ni.com/content/thread/42711

    You can check your half-bridge CLIP in the project by ensuring that you have selected the version called DevKit2 if you have a version of LabVIEW FPGA which is 2015 or newer.

  • Error handling process

    Hello

    I started using a process to manage the final DB in our APEX applications transactions as I used to use a validation and a process with the null value; because error of process management is not very friendly to provide error messages.

    I have little of which here is a code snippet
    declare

      ex_error         EXCEPTION;
      v_Value          NUMBER := 0;

    begin
      for i in 1..APEX_APPLICATION.G_F01.COUNT loop
        v_Value := APEX_APPLICATION.G_F01(i); --Radio group
      end loop;

      IF v_Value = 0 OR v_Value = '' OR v_Value is null THEN
        :P10_MESSAGE := 'You must select an item';
        raise ex_error;
      END IF;

      :P10_MESSAGE := 'Process worked ok';

    end;
    IM wondering the correct way to handle errors in a display of a dynamic error message depending on where the code ends. I tried to assign an error message I'll on a hidden item P10_MESSAGE and then use it in the message of success and failure as & P10_MESSAGE. but the value assigned to the hidden element does not show, as if it has been lost due to the exception raised, if the code works however the hidden element displays the process worked ok

  • Svchost.exe several process taking high CPU usage

    * Original title: svchost.exe bleeding memory of multiple processes

    I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Service Pack 1 on decent office equipment.  Intel i7 - 2600 k, 16 GB of memory Corsair, 2 TB HD.  Recently, I noticed that sometimes the Web pages would much to slow while my 5.0 GHz network turned to 15.0 Mbs.  Also online MechWarrior gave me games much more than before lag to the point where I wouldn't be able to play.  This began about five to seven days from 29/09/14 and was regularly do worse.

    So I took a look at my resource monitor and the Task Manager and discovered fifteen process svchost.exe running and a svchost.exe * 32 running.  They were dispersed users (System, Local Service, Network Service), and we were shooting at 150 000 + K.  Sometimes there would be two consuming the same amount of memory, but I have yet to see more on the list do so.

    I'm certainly not an expert, but I take care of my computer.  My network is password protected, I ran a complete virus scan of the system that was detected (and if it is dangerous, I'm not at all more risky than Facebook sites on my PC.  I am saying that it is highly unlikely that I have no virus.)  I also checked the forums for others who have had the same problem and there were few.

    The only change I made is my network hardware, upgrade my modem and router/switch.  My router is a dual band and my computer is the only one on the frequency 5.0 but check on my computers to families that run on the 2.4, they have what seems like unusually high memory usage svchost.exe as well.  I went back two restore points, but that made no difference.

    Syschk control function run as administrator has not resolved the issue as well.  So what else am I missing?

  • Works with Windows XP SP2 with IE8. A Norton 360 process ccSvcHst.exe CPU consumption. Upgraded to version 4.0.__Now IE8 Norton is very unstable, different processes consuming CPU even with turned off Norton. __

    I opened a folder support with Norton a couple of days, for a problem with ccSvcHst.exe cripling process my system by consuming my CPU.  I found that it was a common problem, and so I wanted Norton to solve.  Their guy accesed my remote system support and made a few changes to my configuration utility and my registry files and then upgraded my version of their latest version 4.0

    After the end of the support session, I finally restarted my system and encountered an error on my configuration utility being in a State of diagnosis, then that I should put it in a normal mode and restart again.  I noticed that it had disabled the start of my services.  I selected a normal startup and restarted.

    The problem with ccSvcHst.exe consuming my CPU is now resolved - be replaced by different processes consuming my CPU and use of extremely heavy memory (or misuse).  Faulty processes are mostly explorer.exe and iexplore.exe.  Not only that, but this current problem exists even when I turn off Norton.  I tried you connecting another deal with them, but they will not address the issue, since the problem (now) exist even without Norton running.  So, basically, they made the problem worse and then pushed him on Microsoft to resolve the issue.  It's really nice...

    Anyone have any ideas?

    It seems that your computer is infected. I get this from the fact that iexplore.exe (Internet Explorer) is running. If you haven't started IE yourself, then it is a clear symptom of malware infection.

  • Runaway process burning CPU & disk hammering

    I filed a report of official bug with Apple in mid and they asked a sysdiagnose dump, but since then I have not heard a peep from their share and this problem is persistent and very annoying, so I turn to the community for help.

    These four processes have been driving me crazy for a few months, UserEventAgent, launchd, cfprefsd, mds_stores, all running under the root. In this combined order, they use more than 230% CPU on my quad-core i7 Mac mini. They always appear together.

    Worse yet, cfprefsd is hammering my drive of hundreds of times, a second creating a temporary file and then rename it to private/var/root/Library/Preferences/com.apple.xpc.activity2.plist. I talk a lot GB an hour of writing. The file always contains the same content. Needless to say that the fan runs at full speed and the whole system slows down. This occurs within minutes of the restart and sometimes clears alone after only a few hours and sometimes I just have to restart. Then it will go away a day or two before raising its ugly head again. Wash, rinse, repeat.

    None of the Voodoo has suggested that I saw in my research like turn off Bluetooth, disable extensions Safari, reboot into recovery and reset ACL, mode helped. This includes advice here: Re: cfprefsd with > 90% CPU.

    I even tried to disable /System/Library/UserEventPlugins/com.apple.cts.plugin that someone suggested. It seemed to work but it disables the Time Machine so that the 'solution' is unacceptable.

    Newspapers at the time, the event began, it seemed related to the Messages app.

  • 'System' process taking place on 120 000 K memory?

    My computer is a zombie literally. He died several times and has been reduced several times. It allows to launch Windows XP Media Edition 2005. Now, it runs Windows XP Home SP3.

    My question is if the process 'System', managed by the SYSTEM, be taking up more than 120 000 K of memory, all the time? I'm not sure that I never noticed the process using so many things before. If it's normal, then let me know, but if not, I would like some suggestions on how to make.

    The 'use of members' of a process listed in Manager tasks is not as important to the performance of your computer that the percentage of CPU cycles it takes.  If a process is not active, most (if not all) of his 'use of members' can in fact be paged out to the hard drive and takes no not all of your RAM.

    On the other hand, 120K seems high to me.  What is running?  What one / application v do you have?  AVG Anti-virus apparently can cause this symptom.

  • Check the process of cpu on a Pix 525 Version 7.2 (2)

    Hi all,

    A few hours ago I got a high CPU usage on my Pix 525 Version 7.2 (2), I wanted to check what process was taking all the CPU, but I noticed that there is no command "show processes".

    I was able to see the percentage of CPU utilization (cpu, CPU utilization show show) but not the list of processes, does anyone know how can I check this?

    Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi Alfonso,.

    There should be a command "show processes" in 7.2 (2). Make sure you have the appropriate permissions to use this command.

    There's even a command 'show proc cpu-hog' who will show you the last three albums CPU hogging deals, and when they were last hogging CPU:

    Original title: Getting a weird error message. Seems to be the floppy driver.

    Hello. This problem everything seems to start when I changed my drive letters. Finally, I think it points to my floppy drive A.

    I get these error messages when I start my computer. Windows tells me this: No. disc: "treatment of Message of Exception c0000013 parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c". It happens about 8 or 9 times then goes away.

    I have several internal hard drives, 2 optical drives, A floppy drive, a card reader and a printer. I decided to shift the drive letters down after hard drives since I have recently installed a dual-boot and needed earlier letters to the editor. The problems started before the dual-boot has been installed. Changed this example of drive letters: g-i, h-> j > I-> k, etc. The main readers have remained the same.

    I uninstalled the floppy drive and the controller, Windows re - installed after re-booting of course.

    I disconnected Ribbon floppy motherboard and the power supply. The messages stopped. I then uninstalled the floppy drive and the controller in Device Manager. I reconnected it A floppy Ribbon and power, loaded windows reinstalled the drivers and then gave me the error emssages once again.

    I have a DVD of Windows XP Home Edition 32 bit SP3. Telling me to do a repair isn't the best idea, because nobody has explained how it works. When the DVD goes in the car or at the start: there is no repair function.

    Thank you.

    Until you can determine what the 'real' problem is with your hardware, you can disable the pop-up message by making a registry adjustment.

    Before making changes to the registry, back up your registry with this free and easy to use tool popular:

    http://www.SnapFiles.com/get/ERUNT.html

    Click Start, run and enter in the box:

    Regedit

    Click OK to open the registry editor, navigate to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows

    In the right pane, check the value of the ErrorMode setting.

    If ErrorMode is set to 0, double click on ErrorMode and set 2 (2 = disabled).

    Click OK to save the changes, and then click file, exit to close the registry editor.

    Reboot your system and check the things now.

    2 to the parameter ErrorMode stops at pop - up message but still material error log in the Event Viewer log.
