  • Videos and Google street view do not work after upgrading Firefox.

After updating Firefox to 13 a few days ago, I can not play videos from any site (Youtube, Crackle, etc.) and I can't look at the Google street view. When I place the man on a street, no nothing... just shows empty!
I have the latest plugins and Java, flash, etc. are working very well! Google Chrome and Internet Explorer are works fine as well.

Until this issue is resolved, I have to use Google Chrome! Help!

I found the cure to this problem. There is a problem with the plugin Flash v11 in conflict with Firefox 13 and more. The solution is to uninstall the Flash Player plugin v 11 in programs/uninstall from the control panel. Do not uninstall the program Flash itself - the plugin. Then install Flash plugin v 10.3 web site

  • Cursor will not appear in the text fields, Google Street View mouseup does not

My wife and I have almost identical computers and update of Firefox, whenever a new version comes out.
Lately, only on his computer, when it clicks in the address bar or in a text field, the cursor sometimes does not appear. In other text fields, it appears. In the address bar, whenever you click on it, and then type, there is no cursor, and the entire address bar is always overwritten.
In Google Street View (I think he uses the Flash Player), she can begin to drag, but then "won't let go"-it's as if the mouse to the top of command is ignored. I have to drag the mouse away from the area of the image, then again, or slide it will continue.

  • Google Street Views flicker evil in whatever happened Firefox 28

Arrested upgrade to version 28 because Google Streetview (classic mode) flickers bad to any higher version. Because embedded in the Disqus post YouTube videos has recently stopped working in v28 I am obliged in a version that does not work for me. Any chance you could fix flicker Google Streetview (classic mode)?

I don't see flicker in Firefox on Windows 7 36. The classic view is certainly use Flash (unlike the view update).

The typical things you could try to Flash to playback problems include disabling hardware acceleration by Firefox and the Flash plugin:

    In Firefox:

    • "3-bar" menu button (or Firefox) > Preferences > advanced > general mini-onglet

Uncheck the "use hardware acceleration when available.

This change takes effect the next time you exit Firefox and start it again.

    Flash:

some media Flash (or the equivalent of right-click Mac!) right click > settings

Try the first small icons at the bottom of the dialog box (it looks like a very faded monitor) and uncheck the box for enable hardware acceleration.

  • Bing maps 3d with street view on surface?

Does anyone know if it is possible that the surface does not run Silverlight?

I am also surprised that seen in Bing do not work, if you run IE in the office or not, the map shows areas where the view is available but you need to install Silverlight and Silverlight is not available using our platform (Surface, running WindowsRT). The only way to have features is to use Google Maps, MapQuest or similar view via a page IE.

Finally, we need to hope that Microsoft will provide capabilities that we are used to.

  • In FireFox 13.0.1 I can't open view in Google Maps. I get a blank page. I have two users set up on the computer, (WIn 7) and the second works OK

Some other videos also will not work. I tried to run in safe mode, but that did not help. I had to use google chrome to see images.

It started when my wife logged and a message "the user profile service has no logon. Unable to load the user profile.
When I went in Firefox did not display most of the images such as YouTube. I failed in trying to set up a new user for my wife I did a system restore to several days earlier. It seemed to work, and in fact, Firefox seems to be OK. Then I updated plugins and when I returned to Firefox I can play Youtube videos but not others such as the Google Street View.

    All ideas

Thanks for the help. I uninstalled Flash 11.3 and installed Flash 10.3. Everything works fine now.

  • Adobe flash 11 is installed (?) but not detected

When I try to use google street view in firefox v. 24 for linux, I get a balloon saying that I have flash player 10 or higher. I tried to install the latest version of flash. When I restarted firefox it says that he was installing new plugins, it seemed to notice that I had updated flash. But I still get the same message when you try to view a content requires the flash plugin. I copied libflashplayer.so into each directory plugin I could find on my system, but maybe I don't always have the right one. Where firefox expects to find plugins doesn't seem to be documented anywhere.

Note that a version of Firefox 32 bits will require 32-bit versions of plugins, so make sure that you have the correct version.

Firefox also detects the Flash plug-in for me installed by the rpm Installer Flash file

As an alternative, you can install the Flash plugin (place a symbolic link) in your home directory
    / Home / < user > /.mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so

You can try to delete the pluginreg.dat file in the Firefox profile folder and perhaps as well to reset addons.sqlite the plugin registry data bases.

  • Location services does not

I have an iPad 2, iOS updated.  Recently a new internet modem to wi IFIs has been installed by the ISP.  Location services no longer works fo one of my applications.  Any suggestions as to what may be the cause and resolution.

Your iPad gave cell phones? If this is not the case, your iPad can only use location services 'wifi based' no GPS.

This means that you will get less accurate results. The wifi database will be eventually updated by Apple (or other providers). Finally, who will fix the problem.

To improve the accurate situation use a third party as an Elf of the AfDB or similar GPS device.

    http://bad-Elf.com/

Different methods are used to collect wifi location data, like Google street view cars (Apple have their own). You may be able to contribute to the speed, updates by activating "diagnostics and usage" on a device iOS with GPS, "improving the services of Apple" is a euphemism for the treatment of many types of data collected.

Share information and diagnostic use with Apple - Apple Support

  • Anyone using GoogleMaps?

    Hello my friends,.

I leave town tomorrow for a 4 day shoot (I do video production) fast cars were travelling to the United States (the rally Dustball).

The Organizer sent me links to google maps for each route of days.

I like googlemaps in that here at home, I can zoom in to an area and see the pictures of the view so that I can determine a point of view to shoot from.

Now my question: can I see these on the Defy... at this point, I can get the satellite view, but not the view.

Also, I have a older laptop but it has bluetooth capabilities. Can someone tell me if it is possible to watch all this on a laptop?

    Thank you very much

    Randy

You can get the satellite and view on the Defy. "Street View" market research for the add-on.
