Stretched display of Dell Inspiron and ST2010

Just bought a Dell Inspiron 3646. With the help of my existing Dell ST2010 monitor. When I go to the native resolution of 1600 x 900 images are all stretched horizontally. I currently set at 1280 x 1024, so I can read it, but there it goes down and I lose 2 to 3 inches on each side. But at least it's legible.

Display became stretched horizontally-how do I 'normalise' it?

Dell Vostro 1500, XP, SP3. I did something that caused the screen move on to stretched horizontally aspect and I am unable to find a way to return to normal. I played a bit with display in Panel configuration, but without success. I'm sure it's something simple, but apparently not for me. Any advice?

Maybe it's that you have changed the screen resolution.
- Click with the right button on a part empty your desktop, and then click Properties
- Click on the settings tab
- Move the resolution slider all the way to the right
- It should choose the native resolution of your monitor

When I extend the standard above mentioned display object, with a substituted view object, the region of lov throws a sql error.
I just added an extra column in the viewobject.
I also tried to extend the view object without adding additional columns to the query of the view object, and it always up with the exception of sql.
