  Just installed new applications of CC2014, and I can't seem to open and run.  I am now trying with Premiere Pro on a mac pro 5.1 OS X 10.9 and the first time I launched it, it froze on the start page.  I've been waiting somewhere between 10-15 minutes and it did nothing.  I tried force quit Premiere Pro, that force, close box, he said he did, but didn't actually remove the start page.  I waited maybe another 20 minutes and the computer froze, forcing a closed hard.  After the reboot, I started first Pro CC2014 again.  The application is started and crossed the start page fine.  I tried to open a permeable (7 CC) project.  Agency asked me to update the project, so I saved it under a different name.  The app has launched, with the 'Media pending' screen in the program monitor.  Save Project progress bar window hangs over the project and is now frozen without showing any progress.  Premiere Pro was frozen again for about 20 minutes.  I tried forcing him to leave the organization.  The window to leave no longer displays the body in the box, but the application window is still frozen in place.  Any ideas?

  Cool, so we'll post it here, so it will be easily accessible to others:

  1. In the finder menu, click and hold down the menu REACH.

  8. Now, go to your OS hard drive and click on users, your user name, Documents.

  12. Wait a minute.
  13. Then launch first.

  I can't use first pro cc 2015 because of my AMD CPU (version 2015.1 does not start, a known bug). The installation of cc2015.1 somehow broken my installation of cc2014.

  Now I need to install cc pp 2014. But I can't find it in creative cloud. Help, please!

• First Pro CC2014 cannot import a CanonC300 of MXF files.

  Hi, for some reason Premiere Pro CC2014 cannot import a CanonC300 of MXF files. It only happens with this file. It is may be damaged, but the file exists (I can open it and see with VLC). The structure of the file is: AA318801. AA318802 MXF. AA3188 MXF. XML AA3188. AA3188 XMP. CIF AA3188. THM AA318801. FIS AA3188. CPF. Something funny, it's the 2nd MXF file has zero byte. Media Encoder cannot import as well. I am working on Mac Mavericks. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thank you

  Hi Kevin. It turns out that to solve this problem all I needed was to copy the. MXF file on his record (where all the.) CIF. FIS and the rest of the files are). I just copied it 3 levels upward and now first Pro CC can be seen. The previous version of CC and later.

• Loudness Radar fails in first Pro CC

  Trying to activate Loudness Radar in first Pro CC for Master level tracking. I apply the effect in the mixing of Audio tracks on the Master Fader and the settings appear on the Master fader, but there is no Radar display. This window displays ever upward. Loudness Radar opens and works well in hearing CC do not put in first.

  

  Any ideas?

  I'm really confused by this apparent novelty or glitch, pp. I'm working on an old project that has been improved cs6 by CC and now the CC2014. Several of my videos have evolved at a different point in the source media, so the clip is always the same length on the timeline, but contains a completely different part of the film. When I double-click the clip in the timeline to open it in the source monitor, I get two balances on the scale of time like this:

  

  I'm quite confused by the present, I have never seen this. Especially I don't seem to be able to move one of them independently of the right section of the images enter my cup, and I can't delete any of them.

  Is this something that is due to the upgrade, or is it a setting/preference changed CC in 2014. I did have this problem in any other project before installation of 2014 earlier this week and now I hesitate to initiate other projects in the case where he made a mess of them also!

• Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015 dislikes first Pro CC 2014

  When I go to export and the Adobe Media Encoder queue I get this message: Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Please download and install it to use this feature. Go to https://creative.adobe.apps

  But the thing is, SOUL IS installed. I even uninstalled and reinstalled SOUL CC 2015. Is it possible to link these two programs? I know that I'm missing the obvious answer.

  I just downloaded ALL the new 2015 CC updates yesterday (06/17/15). I'm not using first CC 2015 because I didn't have time to put in place the way I still love.

  To the queue of Premiere Pro to the SOUL, versions must match between these applications.  Thus, you need to install the first Pro CC 2015 in order to SOUL CC2015 queued.  First Pro CC2014 links only to the SOUL CC2014.

  Hey :)... I downloaded creative cloud on my windows pc, I then tried to download first pro compared to the creative clouds. First pro only downloads up to 42% then it says failed.    I tried everything, including restarting my pc and he will stop at the same point and said failed.

  You can try to use the Adobe cleaning tool and try to download again:

  Use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

  Exactly the error message as follows:

  There was a problem installing first Pro 2014...   Failed installation.   Setup has encountered an error.  Restart the system and try again (15) 15 0 1 fatal error exit code.  Error: media DB: 12

  I solved this by doing the following:

  > Install Adobe Creative Cloud

  > Delete the directory C:\Program Files (x 86) of \Common Files\Adobe\caps

  > Delete the directory C:\Program Files (x 86) of \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  >R einstalling Adobe Application Manager.

  According to the newspapers, I had problems with the media_db.db file that is located in the directory of caps.  Removal that does not solve it however, so I tried to reinstall the AAM.  Who had problems replacing the OOBE directory, so I deleted that too.  Then the things installed smoothly.  None of this worked until I also have installed however CCA.

  I hope I saved someone a few hours!
