Stuck creative cloud update

Hello

Since the beginning of this month that my creative cloud tried to update on my mac and PC and it is just said is install the update but seems to not be something?

    No need to uninstall other Adobe applications, except Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.

    Follow the procedure below:


    Uninstall Adobe Creative cloud only.

    Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application

    Restart Computer after uninstalling cloud creative app.  Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.

    Disable the firewall temporarily.  [Optional step]

    Step 1:

    Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

    Step 2:

    Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

    Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

    Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.

    Step 3:

    Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

    Type below command and press the enter"" key.

    AppData

    Then go to the Local > Adobe.

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

    Step 4:

    Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

  • Creative cloud Updater does not open

    The Creative cloud update presents 3 new updates (in the OS X toolbar), but when I click it, the popup window opens and the wheel of progress will run until the end of time, if I click there to close. The creative application of the Cloud itself is displayed as disabled, but if I click on it, the same popup appears with the same behavior. Option to open as window opens a window. Also, I can't leave, that is nothing I do has no effect on one of these 2 apps.

    It's relatively new behavior, i.e. Since the last update to creative cloud. I did not bring any changes to the system (OS X 10.10.4) so I guess there is a problem with the latest version of creative cloud.

    So much for the update controls were not to build in the applications themselves, so that I could run Photoshop, for example, and check the updates from there instead of being dependent on these programs of buggie (why do we need these two anyway?).

    What a pain in the butt. Creative cloud updated to version 2015 and now I have to go back and reinstall all my plugins! What a pain in the a$ $. Can you people get your stuff together and stop doing things that waste my time.

    I'm trying to update my creative cloud updates worm 2.1.1.110. It happens about 50% update then the CC window opens again, saying: I need the same NVA updated again. I go to Applications, uninstall Adobe CC (I use a desktop Mac), but it won't let me uninstall it.

    I get a warning saying "unable to désinstaller CC for desktop computer. CC the applications installed on your computer require to operate properly"

    I have at least 4 apps which need up-to-date and cannot skip this step to access the new window to update my applications.

    We have a user, who tries to update through the creative application of cloud.  We tried to find what is blocked but have met a dead end.

    When the cloud creative software attempts to shout that we see a connection attempt https://ops:443 / ims/token/v1

    I did some research and the only reference to the IMS for Adobe, I could find was the IMSService.  This seems to be an authentication service.  The problem is that "ops" are not a valid domain.

    This issue seems to only affect the Creative Software of clouds as I was able to update a test computer with Creative Cloud via Adobe Application Manager.

    The user's system and our test system are running OS X Yosemite

    I ran repair disk, I run permissions repair several times. I've disabled the creative cloud together apps and uninstalled and reinstalled and it's always the same.

    Please fix this Adobe, or disclose information about how to solve this problem. I have to pay for that month and you are NOT fix every month.

    I'm from yesterdat just try EVERYTHING and nothing worked so far. For the love of christ, can anyone help me? I'm going crazy with this!     This is first of all, on a Macintosh with EL Capitan version with all updates installed 11.6 later security.

    I did two things:

    1. To download manuals for an HP Home HP printer, I had to download and install the CD Player use in SeaMonkey, my mail software.
    2. Then I opened the creative cloud, and he said there was an update I did dutifully. (BIG MISTAKE)

    Result now all my subscriptions released will be open with this error and when rejected will leave

    Well, I spent the best part of at least 5 hours, trying to follow the direction given by the support. Despite all efforts, I can't remove the creative cloud.

    It is said there are some elements of the Application is always the control. Things only I bought is the update through CC were four points mentioned in the title or

    Acrobat CC subscription and a separate photography subscription package. I have some old Version of Dreamweaver and Fireworks that I bought and installed 5.5 manually I always use to maintain a Web site I have. But cannot afford to upgrade or pay a subscription. At the point where they have been installed CC did not exist.

    I'll have to delete even the elements as well? (Whatever it is purchased before CC, not should not even be recognized by CC.)

    So I'm wasting money on both subscriptions on software I use is no longer just because I updated blindly CC. I should have left alone. Fortunately, I can still use ReaderDC

    I did not mark as answered. I found the solution through Adobe's cat.  EU empty a folder and some files and set permissions on the files were in manually. Both in the main library and the user/Library/Application support / Adobe /.

  • Creative Cloud Update 3.8.0.310 will not update on MacBook Pro

    I can't update the Cloud 3.8.0.310 creative application.  I tried everything suggested in the forums for updating the application. I tried to uninstall and reinstall.  The problem seems to be that two instances of the creative cloud are running on my computer. I tried everything to stop the two instances of the program to run. I constantly get the message that the application is running and close the running application to uninstall. I can't find the app running on my computer. Reading the forums, I tried all the tips to try to stop a creative loading to start or stop the application when the charge. Can I go back to the old version of the creative cloud and waive the new version?  I unchecked the box that says, always "keep creative cloud Office up-to-date."  If I quit the application, the creative cloud icon disappears.  What to do next?

    I thank very you much for your helpful answer.  After reading your last response, the solution to my problem clicked in my head.  I followed your suggestion and did the following to correct the problem:

    1. in the Finder , I clicked on Applications > utilities

    2. in the Utilities folder, I had two files that have been labeled "Adobe Creative Cloud" and "'Adobe Creative Cloud 3.7.0272". "

    3. I open the file titled Adobe Creative Cloud > VAC and renamed the 'Creative Cloud.app' file 'Old_Creative Cloud.app '.

    4. I shut down the computer and restart the computer.

    5. the Creative Cloud.app didn't load when I rebooted I therefore had no active incidents of the creative memory cloud application

    6. next, I used the Installer of creative cloud that I downloaded from the Adobe Web site.

    7. once I ran the installer the creative cloud desktop application has been installed with the latest version.

    I thank very you much for your suggestions and help.  I had worked on this problem for two days and many hours of frustration. I hope that all those who have a similar problem reads this message.
