studio_XPS win 7 - try to return to factory with discs

I would like to restore my XPS studio to the factory settings.

I followed the instructions located here, but I have the following problem:
Once connected, I don't get an option «Dell Factory Image Restore", or a «Dell factory tools» options

I have two drives of system recovery I made, but I don't know how to use them. I also have the reinstallation of Windows 7 DVD and drivers and utilities DVD originally shipped with my laptop.

My current setup:
volume (no name given, just a blue bar) - OEM Partition, 39 GB
volume (c) - initialization, file, Crash Dump, primary Partition, 283 GB
volume of RECOVERY - system, active, primary Partition, 15 GB
volume (D:)                                             - Primary Partition                                                        4 GB

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If the Dell Factory Image poster not on-screen this likely the recovery Partition is corrupted. Personally, I wouldn't trust DVD Self burned earlier versions of Dell DataSafe/Dell backup and restore. Its too risky and many report likely corrupt media due to the DVD burning problems.

The first thing to try is to uninstall all versions of Dell DataSafe and Dell backup and recovery of uninstall or change a program.

Press [Windows] and [e] and click on uninstall or change a program:

This will bring up a list of the installed programs:

Double-click on any Dell DataSafe or Dell backup and restore program to start the uninstallation. Repeat if there are several programs. Restart the computer.

Then download the latest version of Dell backup and recovery from here:

http://www.dellbackupandrecovery.com/en-us/index2.html

The latest version of Dell backup and restore a lot of bugs and improvements over previous versions and may be able to repair your recovery partition. The first thing you should try is to make a recovery USB key, I have a video of example here:

http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/Dell-backup-and-recovery/

If you have any problems with Spyware/Malware and want to ensure that the system is completely clean wipe with DBAN before you begin reinstalling Windows:

http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/securely-wipe-your-hard-drive-with-dariks-boot-and-Nuke-DBAN/

Then, you can restore the factory settings of the USB of recovery as shown in one of the other videos.
