Reference Dell 8200 with the validation failed "VLK has been blocked by Microsoft."
I have a Dell 8200 which now gives me a message saying that my VLK has been blocked by Microsoft. I was not reinstall or upgrade. I have a COA sticker on the case. How can I get a different key? I have a computer built house with an AMD Phenom II X 3 Black Edition CPU and an ASUS M4A78T-E motherboard. I originally had Vista 32 bit Ultimate Win7 installed and running and has purchased and researched and installed the 64 bit version and received a message that the key has been blocked by Microsoft. I contacted the person I bought the package from and he has verified that the key is good with Microsoft.
Because of the problems I had with Win7 has decided to install Win XP Pro and take care of some pressing issues I use this computer for work and staff as well. After taking care of business, I decided to give him another chance, but did not delete my XP Pro problems with Win7. I used GPart to create another partition on my hard drive and installed Win 7 64 bit on it so that it forms and allocate unallocated space. I have re-installed Win 7 again with the same error code during activation.
One thing I read on this forum, is that if you use Vista format the HDD it hold the 'TOUCH' or some software folder in the BIOS and then put back on the hard disk after that he was done and I was wondering if there is a way to get this key removed to use it?
I tried all the resources that I have and no one has been able to say something but return the software or contact Microsoft. Help, please! :) I appreciate your time and your information and await your response.

Things to watch for.
Recently reported several cases of blocked MSDN keys packed with the media looking legitimate. I can not stress enough to save your packaging, media and reception, if you buy software such as this to appeal to the Bank, you bought it and report it to www.microsoft.com/piracy
If you bought a key, with or without DVD or packaging of EBAY, or any other person or seller and this could be a MSDN key because your key has been blocked you can check a few things yourself, if you have received your key with the physical product go to www.microsoft.com/howtotell and check your product, however some counterfeit software are thus convince you may not be able to identify it as such.
To check your PID press the key to victory and the pause at the same time, or system opened via the Control Panel, scroll to the activation section and properties related to computing PID will look something like this 12345-067-1234567-54321, the part that you are interested in is the section to three digits, if it corresponds or is included in one or two digits for the examples below You probably have a MSDN key.
065, 066, 067 for Ultimate, box 220 for Pro and the 230, 231 area of award, there are probably others, but they should be close to those that are displayed
If you have a similar PID, or your key is blocked and you want the confirmation message, a new thread with a report from the MGADIAG tool, download and run the tool, click on copy and paste it in a new post here and Darin Smith of MS can check your key for you. NEVER send your keys, the report will be sufficient.

Hi my name is Maria and I'm writing this message on behalf of my brother who is at his wit's end, and between us two we are not computer savvy.
My brother who's had enough of company for many years email has now blocked e-mail account (four days and more). To date, which (to me) seems to be a generic Windows Live response is that he has been blocked due to SPAM, but my brother is adamant that there is no problem with spam until that account has been blocked without any notification.
Long story short, we both tried to provide all the necessary details, but does not, he is also asked for more DETAILS of billing, we are the two suspects, because he never had to provide credit card details to set up the email now blocked account.
Last generated Windows Live response was to create a new Windows Live account, get a new e-mail account, but we are not sure how he will get her first email account is not blocked, and having him full access to his e-mails.
I was wondering is it possible for someone real to communicate with my brother or myself for a walk through how to unlock the account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
