• Study for OCP Chapter1 ASM - help

  I just start my studies for OCP, I use the review guide book to help me study. Let me explain my simple setup. I have a Mac I installed Oracle Virtual Box, in addition to that, I installed Oracle Linux 6.5. I did all the pre-reqs for the installation of the database, but have not installed. From my understanding before installing the database, I need to install Oracle 11 g Grid Infrastructure for ASM. I need help in this area, I can run Setup for grid very well, but I have no idea of what I need to do regarding the section that is like you to select records, get the disks within the viritualbox. There was a video on youtube who advise me to use Starwind to put in place a virtual SAN/NAS storarge network:

  I tried but Starwind never sent me a confirmation email so that I can't use their trial. I found other virtual like openfiler and open-e storage but I have no idea how to do to configure these to work with my Virtual Box. Can someone advise me, if I'm going in the right direction, if yes what should I do then? Or y at - it another way that I can put in place disks for Oracle 11 g grid Infrastructure. Any advice would be much appreciated.

• Call to a single value to an output channel for A Table need help

  I filled an array that contains all the values in all the channels of my series of data. I am now looking to channel calculations to provide weighted averages and an overall average for the value of the trial. These data will be produced in a new table called 'total table. " This Total table should only have one value per channel.

  The question that I am running is 2 times. When you do the arithmetic channel, mainly channel using "ChnSum" DIAdem amounts does not truncate all data in a new set of data. It retains all values and adds the last block with the sum of all of the channel as a whole. I need or be able to get this last value dynamically (because not all my datasets are the same length) or I need to generate a new string that has only the value of the sum. Is there a way to do this?

  Here is what I try to do but kind of pointless. A screenshot of what looks like the output of the table after treatment of this code is attached.

• G6-1234SA: could not find a wireless Module for G6-1234SA, need help.

  Hi all.

  I'll have a little bit to find the correct Wifi Module map for a G6-1234SA I started recently refurbished.

  I tried a couple that are in my 'parts' box spare, but all seem to come back with error 702, module unsupported.

  I'm really hit a wall with what I can not really find any information on what card I should get.

  I'f anyopne knows a place where I can see details of a G6-1234SA, I can see what part number or a model card I need that would be perfect.

  So I have this problem, I tried to update my laptop for games graphics card. But I can hardly find much info related to my model around upgrading graphics cards. I tried to look for some time and yet I still can't find any useful resourses. I need someone to help me on wherther, I can spend my graphics card for my laptop. Thank you.

  Graphics (most of them) in the notebooks are soldered to the motherboard and cannot be upgraded. You will need to replace the whole motherboard and also only use compatible system cards. Check out this guide for maintenance and services:

  I have x 3100 (gm965) of intel and it supports version 4.0 I have installed the latest driver for VS (Vertex shader) and I have direct-X 10 installed but my vertex shader is 3.0 instead of 4.0. Windows XP does not support VS 4.0? or what. If I was using win 7 my VS was 4.0.

  Windows XP has no native support for DX10 > I posted a link to a grid to see the history of DX and supported operating systems. I hope this helps.

  I opened the compartment where the wi - fi card is, however, looks like it's easy to break the connection so that I didn't want to not mess with it because it seems that it is plugged in and sitting down, however, if I need to unplug and re - plug again, please let me know how to do this, because I don't want not to break one of the connectors. It also seems that there is a screw holding it in.

  Have you looked in the Device Manager to see if the driver for the wireless network adapter is installed and activated?

  You may need to reinstall the driver.

  Given that you have opened before, take a look in the compartment where the wireless module is installed to see what brand and model of wireless network card.

  I mention that, because there are many pilots at the Portal of suport for the web from your laptop in the section to download drivers & software.

  You can find might be easier to reinstall the driver via the Recovery Manager. (from within Windows or by the use of drive series/usb recovery media recovery)

  

  

  

  You can also reinstall the HP connection manager in the Recovery Manager by selecting the reinstallation of the software program and following the same procedure as reinstalling the driver.

  I'm almost done migrating my physical servers in an esxi5 environment consist of 3 armies of x exsi, 2 x 10 GB switches and 1 EQL IP SAN.

  I also bought a Dell r.620 with 2008 backup server installed as well as all R16.1 purchased licenses.

  The HARD drive is a pair of 146 GB 15 K SAS based raid one.

  The backup r.620 server has a connection of 10 GB to the SAN and iSCSI.

  I wonder the backup server Arcserve retrieves the direct backup iSCSI connection or through the normal LAN?

  What is the needs of backup server to have a lot of storage space in order to save the images of the VM?

  Finally, does anyone have documentation to share regarding the backup of virtual machines using Arcserve R16?

  The iSCSI config seems good. I would make sure that cards that you use for the iSCSI initiator have all links removed except for TCP/IP v4 properties. Also make sure that the TCP/IP properties are not recording is DNS - basically, you want to just pure TCP/IP connectivity and nothing else.

  If you subscribe to the iSCSI initiator volumes, then I do not think that the CA software will see the volumes more. You'd be in the LAN-based backups that will work also for what it's worth.

  If it's simply desired web banners, try using Fireworks, a dedicated web graphics application (also part of the cloud).
