  In the editor, Expert tab, go to Image > Mode and select RGB color

  If that fixed it, go in Edition > Preferences > General and reset preferences, then launch program again.

• Reminders does not work in the executable LabVIEW front panel

  I have a couple of reminders in the process template that trigger an event in the event structure to update of the lights on the front panel for the user. Everything works fine until I have create an executable file. This can also be an indication of the other points, I have not discovered yet.

  Not unlike most of LabVIEW developers, I have a range of utility screws that I use over and over again. Such vi is vi uses a property node to find out what environment the application is running in, i.e. .llb, exe, development, publishing student, etc.. This vi is used because SEO screws in an executable file have a way different than when their listing in the development environment. Using this vi allows your code to reference the screws properly when developing and when the executable is built. The code still works because it automatically adjusts the referenced path of the vi. See attachment 'Path Finder.vi environment'.

  Now for the fun part! For some reason, perhaps because of the friendly character of NOR and the relationship it is with its developers :-), AND decided to change the path of the executables in LabVIEW 2009. After hours of troubleshooting and countless rebuilt, I came to the conclusion that the ' paths of the band of "work magically stopped working. It was at this time one of my friends happened to walk and ask why I had everything in my monitor across the room (figuratively speaking of course, I'm sure we've all been there). I explained what could be the only conclusion, band paths do not work!

  My friend immediately began laughing, having recently had the same problem. He explained that in LabVIEW 2009 executable paths are different and our 'find the path vi' would not work. He added that NOR, after finding this funny, however gave the developers a way to solve this problem with a check box within the app Builder. The box is called "Layout using LabVIEW 8.x file." See attached photo named "App Builder."

• The photoshop canvas has a dark shade of blue and a lack of saturation. < CS5 &gt;

  Each image that I opened Photoshop seems to have a dark shade of blue. It just happen suddenly, even if I did no changes to the settings.

  I started to tweak things upwards with a proof of installation, and when the "preserve RGB numbers" unchecked, the blue tint is gone, but it is still the Web was different from the original image because it seems to be slightly desaturated compared to the original image. The original image appears normally everywhere else, and that includes photos, the browser, the library and other Viewer. It seems even normally in small glimpses in the next menu and settings > variants box.   2. When was the last time it was working fine?

  Check first for the buttons on the monitor to change the color and the brightness of the screen to consult the monitor manually for more information.

  Also, check if the problem persists in safe mode.

• display multiple images in Labview front panel

  Hi all

  I have an application in which I want to show multiple images (say, 16) on the façade of labview (thumbnail is preferable). I want to show some information about the image (like their quality and the index number). Now if the user double clicks on a thumbnail of the image then I want to choose this particular image for further processing.

  Could someone tell me please how to do this?

  I see several approaches here.  We need to start by a group of 16 indicators of photo.  Put the photos in them.  There are several ways to scale to the size of the thumbnails.  The simplest is probaby the ZoomFactor of an image property.  One of the toolkits - Vision, I think - includes functions to resize the images.  There are also screws posted on this forum to do simple image and someone recently released most of the code to do with .NET.  You can then seek a double click on any of these images and determine where the user has clicked.  I think you can find the sample code to detect a double-click; the basic idea is that you look two mouse events down within a certain period of time by using a structure of the event.

  Another method would be a single picture control displaying multiple images.  You want to search for two clicks to the same place (or very close to the same place) in a certain period of time, then determine the image that is displayed for this place.  A good start for it would be Ben emoticon display VI http://forums.ni.com/t5/BreakPoint/Starware-A-new-concept/m-p/616094?view=by_date_descending#M4595

• Front Panel Bank of switches and related indicators

  I am the design of a test system.  I would like a Bank of the individual switches on the control panel to turn the test case.  I figured out how to do this.  And I can do banks for the indication LEDs (pass/fail) and the field of digital test result.  But, I want to tie them together.  I guess I should start by using a cluster rather than a table.  But how to get banks to act as a single group?

  As I have so far, I have a back of switches and a Bank of indicators (of the switching status) for all just play.  The indicators do not align with the switches. I'd like a match of 1 to 1 for easy operator use.  When I use 'properties' to develop the Bank of the indicator, it won't take the number.  It is limited internally somehow.

  I'll guess that you use Norton Anti Virus - or a version of Norton.  I just ran Norton upward, and these same notes popped up.  Here is the solution: Open Norton; Click settings; Backup setting; then switch "Backup status Overlay" to the off position.  Output.
