  I said in the post on the forum but repeat here. It was a bug in 11.0.1.152 and fixed 11.1.102.55 that just came out this morning.

• Content Flash is not displayed in browsers

  I've recently updated Dreamweaver 8.0.2 version. I updated a .swf file, updated the link on my page to DreamWeaver and transferred. When I saved the page DreamWeaver a window pops up that says he has to modify the html code to work with the Internet Explorer update. The new .swf file does not appear on all browsers (Safari, FireFox, IE)
  Anyone know what is happening?

• Dynamic text is not displayed correctly

  Hey, I'm following the steps to make a random number guessing game, but I can't seem to get my code works. I use dynamic and input text to create an entry and an exit for my game.

  What was the problem, it's my button guess does not work. I don't get any error messages, but it will not output from text of the changes my if/else statement. I'm not really sure what's wrong with it.

  The first thing to always try is to embed the fonts in the textfield.  Another thing to check is that the textcolor textfield is not the same as the color of backbround.

  You should put traces in your onGuessButtonClick function so that you can confirm that the conditional statements are treatment as planned.

• SWF files do not display in browsers

  Just installed CS6 Web and Design Premium on 27 "iMac with OS X 10.7.4.  5/Dreamweaver Flash 5 SWF files display well in all web browsers, but CS6 Flash (ActionScript 3). SWF files cause the message - "Adobe Flash Player has stopped a potentially dangerous operation... "I put the folder root of the web site I'm working on approved locations in my system preferences settings and rebooted, but no luck.   What Miss me?   A big thank you to all those who know what it is.

  For some reason any darn, DW or swfobject thinks that there is a Flash player version 15... and it is not! ... at least as far as I know.

  Return the lowest version that will work, version 10 if possible... which will prevent most of the warnings 'Flash Update'.

  Change it in both places to 10 and test again

• Border style of image is not displayed in the compiled help

  Using Windows XP/RH8/RSC1.3 on a WebHelp project

  The border style, select (Double, 4px) for images displays correctly on the page of the subject and in the preview, but when the project is compiled the border style is not the same thing as seen in HR and preview.

  The image / frame as seen in HR and the preview will appear first below.   The same picture/frame as seen in the compiled help is thereafter.

  It's the nature of a WebHelp project, or something else?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  That's all.   The image appears correctly in IE, but not in FFand Chrome.   Disappointing to say the least, but at least I have an answer.  Thank you.

• Why my text is not displayed in test movie?

  I can't understand why my police (type) was not present in my Test video.

  What's the dynamic textfield? If this is the case, you have integrated the police?

  Hidden, dynamic text needs to be integrated or it will not be displayed. (Even if you rotate or fade).

  Maybe someone help me with this because I used to use PHP/MySQL, but I use for this a Classic ASP/VBScript and MS SQL Server instance and I don't know that much. The scenario is I have an old site that was designed using html tables and I do a CSS/XHTML update on Visual design. As long as we are here, there are some pages that are dynamic and use a MS Access database and we thought it's a good time to upgrade from MS SQL Server (2005, to be exact). No time/money for bringing classic ASP VBScript in ASP .NET.
  
  Overall, the upgrade went fairly well, especially just to create a new connection to the DB in SQL Server in Dreamweaver after all the tables and data were migrated to SQL Server. Almost everything works as it should. A problem though.
  
  For some reason, the data of the data type 'text' in SQL Server is not appear (or sometimes appear). I even tried to recreate the recordsets and binds fresh data and the code is more or less identical to what we had before. Anyone know what's happening, or how I can get this data to show?
  
  I think that there is perhaps some simple and double quotes in the text data and which could be screwing things up. I was hoping there is only a simple function that I could apply the code, but as I said, I don't know.

  Your text field should be the last of your select statement, as
  its not stored in the table with the other data, its stored elsewhere,
  as a binary object, should be treated differently. Its common
  the migration of the access problem.

  If you need more of 8000 characters stick with him, otherwise use
  varchar (8000) or nvarchar (4000) If you need (limited unicode characters
  4,000 cos of the double byte characters)

• HELP text is not displayed. and cannot drag and drop photos

  OK well when I insert the text it does not show, but it shows what I wrote on the side. I have contact support their answer was that they cannot help me because I'm the trial verison. I'll just buy a program if the trial version does not work its that simple. Also when I try to drag-and - drop an image a little apears circle with the line through it. I have admin rights.

  Can you make sure you check on your drivers. If they are more up-to-date, which might be the cause of your problems.

  So, I have a basic actionscript code.  It is a heritage site, so I use AS2.  The line of code is simply this:

  myField.text = "text".

  So I select the text field on the stage, and then make sure that the police is incorporated.  All the glyphs I want are checked, but then when I compile and test, the fonts do not appear when the code is executed.  Instead, the TextField is empty!  That's happened?  Where the text is?

  I should mention that the .swf that I compile is loaded in another parent .swf during execution.  If that parent .swf contains no fonts embedded, which is why it broke?  I'll try, but I just wanted to see if anyone can give some advice for troubleshooting.

• Text widget not displaying correctly

  I tried to get a basic widget to work using a widgetfactory API on Captivate 5.  Most of the functionality is there however two text boxes in the properties panel should complete two fields of text to the forecast and the time of execution.  Instead, the text is currently clipped, (almost all first letters are lost). Does anyone have suggestions as to why this is happening?

  Take a look at your text of embedding fonts controls.  You may have not integrated a complete character set if you have enabled embedding fonts.

• RichTextField text is not displayed after setText()

  I have a screen that has a RichTextField inside with an EditField which has its overloaded keyChar event, that once you type in the EditField and press ENTER, I put the text of the for the text of the RichTextField RichTextField + the text of the EditField.  After doing this and calling getText() on my RichTextField and printing to the debug window, I can see all of the text that has been added to it.  It seems that setText() works well, the problem is, the RichTextField is always empty.

  After fighting with this during so long, I found what was the deal.  Apparently even though I was defining the width of the field to the size of the screen less a few pixels, somehow in my current implementation, the width has been implemented so small that the field was invisible.  Thanks for the suggestion, BBDeveloper.

• Scrolling text does not display in the published file - 9 Captivate

  I'm working on a Captivate 9 project with several slides containing text scrolling interactions. Viewers of content and features on preview, however, appears in the published project (i.e. empty space where the marquee should be). Edition for HTML5.

  Using the basic version of the interaction with the content entered directly interacting.

  Any recommendation on why this is happening and how to solve?

  Ok. Got this working. Looks like the new update did the trick, but I had to trash the old interaction and create a new one to make it work. Presented in preview in Scorm cloud everything has worked "as advertised."

• &lt; style &gt; Sources Panel is not displayed

  I am currently working on a new site in Dreamweaver CC and I am unable to get the < style > in the Panel to show Sources. Without it, I am unable to either customize or change anything. I am new to Dreamweaver CC and it is also a learning experience for me. Any help leading me in the right direction is greatly appreciated.

• Text does not accept paragraph styles

  I changed the paragraph styles in a document that I did not create. Sometimes after I change the style, the text will not change. In the paragraph style palette, it seems that the text has received the style and does not show a sign indicating a replacement option.

  I tried to create a new barn and set the text of this new style. The text will not just change. What could be going on here?

  Check the nested styles.

  You can quickly verify this by placing the text cursor in the text and checking the character styles. There should be "carriage return" symbol and a character at the base of the Panel style showing you what the template is applied.
