I had two single-app purchases (Photoshop and Illustrator), then wanted to get InDesign so I bought the Creative Cloud a year membership to combine some applications. My account shows a single-app purchase (Photoshop a year), as well as the creative composition of Cloud (one year). Is it possible to combine these so I pay only $49.99, not $49.99 (CC membership) + 19.99 (Photoshop a year)?

  You need to contact support and ask them to work with you to solve this problem.  You should be able to cancel the plan without penalty if they are in a good mood.

  It's just 1 single-app is 600 THB per month and 2 of the people will be 1 200 THB per month. This vs the big combo with applications to 1,500 really makes me think about how this could workout for me. I'm not, just 2. or maybe I could be pushed to get the plan of big combo T_T

• Applications of single-issue DPS with iOS8 - any problems?

  My application iPad (published) seems to have problems with iOS8. I just upgraded to os iOS8 GM and my application has serious questions, quickly crashing after moving between articles. I saw the notice on several issues apps, but this is an application only one question. There is HTML in the app, built in tumult Hype, but also scrolling images, videos and ads the zoomable maps, but I think that HTML ads are causing problems. If anyone is curious to try it, here's the app (free):

  I'll update the Viewer to the latest version of tomorrow to try to solve this problem, but until I do, are there known issues with Web content view? Most of the accidents seems to be after an ad trying to animate, which seems to point to a leak memory in reading HTML engine - but it could be another issue. Has anyone else had problems with their applications in one question?

  Regret not having seen this 3 weeks, but the re-export with the latest version of the viewer has worked for me.

  It could be one of the three solutions... Try these:

  1. make sure that you set your own country code to the Phone Dialer screen > Options > smart dialing.
  Set your country code in this format: "+ xx" where xx = country code. Some countries have two or three-digit country Codes. Do not place not the '+' in the entrance of your contact.
  * In the United States, the value of this country as '+ 1' Code and place your local area code in the appropriate box (this normally the default setting in a new BB).

  2. in the same place, change the length of National number for the number of digits corresponding to your country (since some countries have less than 10 as that set by default in the BB). Check out the total numbers, less country code. Do not place not the '+' in the entrance of your contact.
  * For example, some countries have a total number to 8 (more than 3 for the country code). You must enter '8 '.

  3. you probably have "Content Protection" located on your address book.
  Look at the Options > Security > General settings. Scroll down to the content Protection > include addresses = no

  The country associated with your Adobe ID is UK which explains why you see prices in GBP.

  If you are now based in Dubai you can create a new Adobe ID with this country, or use the solution in order to change the country but the same Adobe ID - change the country associated with your Adobe ID

• Single issue Multi camera. Cannot find answer.

  I have an existing sequence in Adobe Premiere. I have pain stakening, took the time to line up all my devices. Some of the cameras were only from time to time during the marriage. And others have been turned on and off at the wedding. (I know... not smart) Adobe could not automatically synchronize the audio because it's bad enough on some of the cameras.

  My questions how can I turn the slopes of difference in the sequence I've already lined up in multicamera mode. I really don't want to have to toggle each track to see what is the best shooter and using markers will be very difficult as well.

  Is there a way to do this?

  In all versions of PP, this is the same thing.  NID nest in a new sequence, then right-click and select Multicam.

• Free subscription strategy

  I have a monthly magazine in review with Apple that will appear in the booth newspapers, but fixing a small bug, I realized that my subscription strategy should be revised.

  The goal is to have a monthly magazine that is free to all users for the first year, while the reader/number of subscribers is built and then offer a subscription from year 2.

  Originally, I've set up a free subscription, assuming that I could convert paid at a later date. Once he is paying with a number of options (as well as single issue purchase) subscription mode, the magazine would also offer occasional free supplements as well as paid content. It would also offer a free 30 day trial.

  However, from what I read on this forum, once you use the free subscription to iTunes Connect, all subscribers who sign up for that this year for still more free, even though the magazine converts will receive next year.

  Is there a strategy to do what I'm after? Can I start with the retail subscriptions (renewable automatically, for example), but mark them free for the first year of pricing rather than use the free subscription? Some read it here shows that Apple can reject that.

  1 no, don't create a free-subscription app and then change to a retail subscription app Apple has offered a free subscription as a way for the non-detaillants apps for newsstand. Convert a subscription free app to retail is a mess that update you or download a different application.
