substantive issue rose in the PS3
Hello
Whenever I open a photoshop file, I get a pink background that covers the parts of the canvas which would otherwise white (or another color) due to a layer of solid color, used as background layer (or rather, more than the bottom layer). I've never had this problem before and use the same copy of photoshop for months. I have not modified the parameters, but nevertheless held down ctrl + alt + shift and apparently deleted the file parameters in hope, if the resolution of this problem. but I still get the pink background. This is a quick fix to redo a layer of solid color or even remove the pink background (although it is not yet a certain layer... I can just magic wand she and delete) but whenever I open the file, the pink background reappears.
This happened to someone else? any help would be appreciated.
You have active quick mask. Press Q to turn it off.

JamieHello
1. What is the brand and model of Microsoft Router?
If you use Microsoft MN - 700 router see link below and follow the steps.

Connection of the PS3 - WRT610N - NAT Fail problems
Hi all
Since I bought the PS3 in December, I was running that it connected to my Linksys WRT610N router. The day that I have configured it first, it all detected automatically and off I went to play. A few times, I've moved to the bedroom and played wireless. In addition to entering the router WPA key, it does everything automatically.
Today, the dang thing connects to the PS network. I spent the last few hours troubleshooting 8. I will list every little thing I did, but I have to ask myself why I never had to redirect the front ports, or anything else.
I came to the conclusion that it is my router which is the main problem, because when I plug directly into the cable Modem, I have no problem. Ironically, all my other devices operate on the router - phones, laptops, desktops, wireless TV and Wii.
When I try the connection test, I get:
-Obtain IP address succeeded
-Internet connection successful
-PlaystationNetwork failed
I am able to surf the internet with the browser on the PS3 at this point, but no PSN.
When I look at the connections and status, I get:
-Internet connection enabled
-Wired connection method
-Speed and detection automatic duplex
-Address manual settings
Address - IP 192.168.1.20
-Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
-Default router 192.168.1.1
-Primary DNS 4.2.2.2
-Secondary DNS 192.168.1.1
-MAC address XX (no need to share this!)
-MTU 1365
-Proxy server do not use
-Available UPnP
NAT - Type failed
"Error code 80710092.
I tried practically all the ideas of 7 hours of internet research has to offer on the following topics: "Unable to connect to PSN" and "failure of NAT:
- -My PS3 has given a static IP address
- -Pedaled through different DNS numbers
- -Changed the MTU size
- -UPnP turned on and outside
- -NAT disabled
- -Someone said all ports are required
- -Enabled DMZ for the PS3 static IP
- -Off any other device trying to use wireless
- -Router firmware update
- -Restored by default on the router
- -Off "Filter anonymous Internet requests" (against my better judgment)
- N ' matter what firewall disabled (against my better judgment)
There are only two things that I considered that I read by train:
-Restoration of my default PS3
It does not appear that this would be the issue but because it connects to the NHP when it is connected directly to the cable Modem.
-To reset my router VRAM
Looks like a longshot.
Can anyone help me please with other ideas? It's driving me crazy!
Thank you very much in advance.
I tried all the suggestions without result. Now the problem is solved well.
Solution? The intensity of my internet cable signal was too weak for the router to divide anything. That's what the tech explained to me in any case. I was at-22dBmV and minimum of society is - 10 at the end of the cable (computer, PS3). The technology fixed a bunch of bad junctions in the House and then realized that I was at-10 in front of my computer now. He said that a line technician would be fate soon to take a look at the line coming because it is especially where the weakness is.
As soon as he left, I turned on my PS3. I got a connection NAT2. Playstation Network still not, but it of because Sony sucks and has been offline for a while. I'm sure that it will work as he recognixes the network is stopped and got a NAT2.
Thank you all for the suggestions. The moral of the story: do not exclude anything when troubleshooting. I was sure to have been the router and waited several days before calling the service provider.
If you're curious of your modem stats, most have an IP address to dial.

Hey all,.
I had a w2207 yesterday. It is a large screen, but he made some things funny with my ps3.
When I got it, it was fine. I loaded a game, made a few updates, not a big deal.
As soon as I tried to play "warhawk", the screen went on the fritz and turn itself off.
Then, I turned on my PS3 and reset the resolution settings. It automatically back to 1080 p. Looked nice.
I tried to load it again, and the screen immediately went black. I tried to reset the settings display and the PS3 again.
This time, when I chose the automatic settings, the screen went black again. I couldn't get any resolution higher than 480 p without the screen goes black. How can I get my HD PS3 look back?
-Edit-
I played warhawk on 480 p and it is fine. Is not too evil eye, but I could still use the hi-def I had.
I tested 720 p and 1080 p, and now is doing the static thing. I took a picture of the 'static ':
Unplug the monitor and hold button power for 30 to 60 seconds. Plug the monitor back in and give it a go. The monitor works with a PC?
Your TV is probably back the set video scale better than the monitor.

Selection of scene and the PS3 with XBR65X900A
Just upgraded my PS3 firmware and now when I select using my TV remote and sync Bravo it controls sensors to 'Photo select scene' and I hear no image, just my PS3. When I go to contol - Options - select scene TV, the only option I have is the picture. All other selections are grayed out. My PS4 works correctly, as does my FMP - X 1 and DirectTV Saturday.
PS3 using HDMI 3 input
PS4 using input HDMI 3
DirectTv via HDMI 1 input
FPM using input 4 HDMI
PS3 and PS4 HDMI signal transmitted through Sony receiver.
Any ideas?
Thank you
Bob
Update:
Not swapped the rec HDMI cable Sam passes to 1 HDMI XBR still no picture and the stage select switches to Photo, all others grayed. Different cable entry not using different HDMI does not Barvo Sync. Result I can't get no picture from my PS3 to my XBR65X900A. Worked before the upgrade of the PS3 this morning...
OK, I found the solution... Press and hold the power button on PS3 for about 10 seconds. You will hear a beep and a Setup program appears to set up the HDMI cable. Instuctions to follow and which will give you the video output to your HDMI cable.
Sorry for the confusion but, I thought that it was a function of the XBR65X900 while I posted here. Maybe this will help someone else.

my ps3 is dead and I have the hard drive installed internally in my pc. It has been recognized but not appear in my computer there is no way to access it. I don't have the stuff to make an external hard drive. There must be a way to read it so that I can recover about 100 GB of video I have on this subject. I don't care save games, only in the media.

Hello
I'm not aware of the capacities that the PS3 hard drive would have?
I would recommend that discuss you with other PS3 owners who may have already made a similar recovery.

lingsguest,
Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum. According to the website of Sony PS3 "file transfers directly between a networked PC and PS3 system are not possible.' http://PlayStation.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/PlayStation.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=1521&p_sid=GK6c1LJj
If your PC does not see the PS3 it could appear as an unknown device and you would not be able to access.I think that this is a security feature of the PS3 to help prevent being hacked. Mike - Engineer Support Microsoft Answers

Someone has installed xp, vista or any OS for PS3 here? I will try to find which one is the best. Please let me know.
Hello crazywife,
Thank you for using the Microsoft answers Forum
If you go on the ps3 forums they will tell you that the ps3 system is not designed for any other OS with the exception of the game platform and the Linux operating system. The material, to my knowledge, is not able to run all the Windows OS on this game system. You will need to do a search with your favorite search engine for other operating systems of Linux on the PS3 and you should have a lot of results to look through.
Let us know if this helps answer your question.

Windows XP don't talk to the PS3
I have windows XP and trying to get the computer talk to him about the PS3 for media sharing. The last few days while pretending to have all the boxes are checked on the computer and with WMP11 and all the setting supposed to be correct in the PS3 can't do.
The two are related to the network through wireless router and both connect to the internet.
While fiddling I chose a setting of BD in the PS3 (which I'm sure that has nothing to do with it), however the PC and laptop happened to appear on and everything was fine, well for an hour, because then a conflict of IP configuration occurred between PC and laptop and everything was lost. I have released and renewed the IPCONFIG and the net has been upward and now neither can see the PS3 and vice versa... Essentially, it works, but the IP address conflict he hit off... someone at - it ideas...
Hello
Disable the security software on the computer and check.
Important: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you do not disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time that your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Why some devices (like the PS3) connects through the 5 Ghz band? (EA3500)
Just installed a Linksys N750 (EA3500) router (WAN - LAN Configuration).
I have set the two broadband networks: 2.4 Ghz and 5 GHz with different SSID and different WAP/WAP2 staff mixt.
While some devices display correctly the two networks, I am facing problems with the 5 GHz band and wonder if it's the breath of some sort of failure:
-My iPad offered the two signals and allow me to define the 5 Ghz band, but it is showing the weak signals and stall when loading Web pages; as soon as I put it instead on the 2.4 Ghz band, (standing at the same place, of course), what's up, excellent signal.
-J' have a Mac Mini and the location of the PS3 side by side. The Mac Mini seems to work perfectly in both bands, 2.4 or 5 - excellent signal. However, the PS3 has failed his test of connection and indicates that the signal is not noticeable on the 5 GHz. But connect as a wink on the 2.4 Ghz band.
-Got on and off voltage signal of 5 GHz on a laptop; connected to 2.4 Ghz, everything works perfectly.
-iPhone 4s: I can't even see the SSID of 5 GHz, but I get the 2.4 so Guess account...
So I'm tempted to conclude that some devices can not just keep up (?) to connect on 5 GHz... But... a PS3? ... Huumm... (but true: PS3 came out in 2006...)
No logic to this?
Thank you
Rob
There are devices just wireless which are not turned on or is not compatible to work with a network of Ghz band. The WiFi feature may not be up-to-date or limited to only work with a network of 2.4 Ghz. In your case, you might want to check with Sony so PS3 can be updated to work with a network of 5 GHz.

Problems to connect to the ps3
Hello
I bought the router e3200 around a month ago and everything worked well until about two weeks ago. Now, when I go on my ps3 I get internet connection and always bad cant hardly play games online more with all the GALs. IM assuming that it is the router because the internet connection is fine when I connect the PS3 directly to the modem. But the internet on my pc seems to work fine with the router, so I'm not quite sure. I tried to connect the ps3 wired / wireless, done all kinds of port forwarding but I'm still not getting the strong connection that I use to have. At first, I just wired my ps3 directly connected to the router with its default value and out of nowhere just got a low internet connection suddenly so I don't know what went wrong. If someone could give me a kind of Council, would be much appreciated.
Thank you
If your PC is running well behind the router without delay, it probably isn't the router causing lag.
If you connect the ps3 with a cable he blames a delay to tell you, but if you are late in the course of the game only I wonder if you have other things running on your PC that can cause lag (downloads, torrents)
Sometimes it also depends on what game you play online. Some games requires you to connect to one of the other players that have a connection lag.
Also if you go to the network settings on your PS3 what type of NAT gives you in the view of the State?
If this is the type of NAT 3, you will have a chance on connection problems while trying to play a game online.
If it's NAT type 2, it should be good.
Hope this helps you solve the problem

U2713H with the PS3 is a go?
Hello
I just got the U2713H as a replacement for the old U2711. I tried to plug my PS3 (Playstation 3) to the U2713H via HDMI but I got a white screen saying "Entering power saving mode" when I put HDMI as input source. The DVI cable is connected at the same time to my PC.
If I take my PC DVI cable out (or if I turned off the PS3), the display shows as if I have not connected an HDMI cable.
I'm sure that the HDMI cable works fine, because it is the same cable that I used to connect to the old U2711. If I use the HDMI cable to connect to my PC (instead of using a DVI cable), it works too
If I want to connect my PS3 with the HDMI cable that plays around the screen. Is it a defect? Monitor is new (refurbished, I think), REV06
I tried to reset to factory default settingsThe U2713H HDMI version is 1.4, 2560 x 1440-60 Hz.
The U2711 HDMI version is 1.3, 1920 x 1080 60 Hz.Part of cable HDMI in Dell T516N
Or find locally for this: Nitho Gaming HDMI 1 cable. 4 b
One user posted this. I guess these are the PS3 instructions:
* Go to settings - display settings
* Do scroll down until you see the full range RGB (HDMI) and switch to full, otherwise the colors will be washed out. This applies to all screens
* Go to settings - Video settings
* Scroll and select 1080 p 24 hz output (HDMI) and select Off from the U2713H Dell can't stand jerking 24 Hz Blu - Ray game free back but can play movies smoothly when the 60 Hz option
