  In Dreamweaver 5.5 (OS 10.7) I can't suddenly FTP to remote server. I had this problem a few months ago (http://forums.adobe.com/message/5145574#5145574) and it was fixed by the following suggestion:

  Close DW.  Restart your computer. Open DW. If you can not FTP to the server, go to the Site > advanced > recreate Site Cache.

  It worked for me the last time, but unfortunately it has not resolved the problem.

  At the present time, the updated files go through the normal process to be "placed" on the server, but the changes do not appear when I check the site online. I tried refreshing the page and clear the cache. The files seem to be uploaded to the correct location (they are not put in a sub-folder or anything). I checked that I can connect to my web server. I have not changed anything in the definition of my site and that this problem has just appeared out of the blue.

  Just as when this happened to me before, there are random files that want to synchronize (even if they have not been updated), but nothing changes on the remote server. I also tried to sync in "deleting files remote not on the local disk", but it does not help.

  I think I finally realized the problem - I had renamed the local root folder.

  And once I had re - baptized back to exactly the same as the file open remote seems to work ok.

  An error message would have made things easier - to say that the "update" command did not work.

  I can't publish my Web site to the remote server, even if everything seems to work properly with the connection to the remote server.  No error message and the successful login message appears.  I emptied the cache of Safari but still do not see the updates on the site.  I work with Dreamweaver CS5.5 on a Mac Pro with Snow Leopard 10.6.8.  Very frustrating.

  Dear all,

  I solved the problem.  For some reason any Netsonic created an another subfolder in my root file and everything has been publish to this file as instead to replace the old master file directory.  When I saw what was going on in the file from the remote directory, I sent my file 'put' in the new file that had been created and everything worked fine. Furthermore, 'public_html' did not work as a root directory, either - but the problem is solved, it's essential. Thanks to all who responded.

  I am connected to the remote server and tried repeatedly to put files on the remote server. It is said either successful or not transferred, and the new page never gets in place. What I am doing wrong? I put files on my remote server before, but all of a sudden it does not work for me.

  Could you please delete the _notes/dwsync.xml file in the Website\images\ folder under the root of your site and try to put the files again?

• Can not put files

  A few months ago, that I've upgraded to the creative cloud. Since I upgraded I can't put files on my Web site directly from inside Dreamweaver.

  In the configuration of the site I can access my site. Test work. I can show my remote site in Dreamweaver. I can connect to the remote server in dreamweaver.

  Whenever I try to put a file by clicking the arrow to the top, I get the dialog box indicating "incomplete file activity. I have the files or folders weren't finished.

  Can someone tell me what the problem is. It worked fine in Dreamweaver 6.

  Hello Jon,

  The problem is resolved. The cause was a typo in the root directory information in the site manager. It has been resolved by my host company followed an attempt to send could not understand where to send the information and we made a step backwards through my configuration manager site.

  I can't say enough about my Web host "hostmonster". Their support is terriffic.

  Just checking that you can send via ftp manually from the BPEL server.

  Looks like you can use the ra.xml - oc4j wrong file.

  Also in your BPEL project, take a look on the link partner FTP and see the JNDI location, it will look something like eis/Ftp/sample.

  This may be what you want to rename, generally good naming practices puts the server, for example Ftp/ist/FtpAdapter

  To make sure that you have configured the file ra.xml - correct oc4j we can check through the Manager of the company, even though Marc has specified the correct location.

  EM-> oc4j_soa-> Applications-> Drop down choice list autonomous resource adapters-> FtpAdapter-> connection Pools

  Select the JNDI name, you indicated in your BPEL process, if there is no create a.

  Create connections as needed.

  Also a hint is to start with the base directory, for example when you connect by ftp manually, it will be where you load the files. In your configuration / (oc4j - RA.Xml) is the place of departure and / is the physical or logical path. Download this work so that you know that you have the right connection.   With DataExport or any other maxl order it is not possible to export the data to the other server.

  You can get an output on the same server (DataExport) and then do a ftp to transfer the file to another server.

• Cannot delete the file on the remote server (Business Catalyst)

  Hi, I am trying to delete a file on my remote server (Business Catalyst), but I get an error message (log of the errors below).  I can delete the other files in the same folder.  In addition, the permissions are the same on the files I can delete and one that I can't.  I can not remove this file with FileZilla, either - get a similar error message.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  This is a template file and I really need to be able to delete or modify it.  Thank you.

  The model was the one that I uploaded myself and I need to be able to make changes or delete it.  I have to go check out my Business Catalyst site and figured out I could delete templates through the Site Manager > Page Templates dialog box.  Thank you.

• Can not put the dwt /BC remote site file

  Hey... I can't put my tpl file to a site of BC.

  I got to the point where my template.dwt was ready and I put the site to a remote server. But the model goes not to remote: Templates:template.dwt - error occurred.

  Any ideas? I also tried to create a new site straight in British Colombia, but the option to import a site myself is not available:

  Then I went back to DW and decided to try and create a new template from scratch (in case I missed something before)

  Looking at the code, the problem might be that you don't have the {tag_pagecontent} tag in the editable area inside of thetag. Catalyst for business requires a specific structure of template: only an editable region in the(not to mention that the other 2 Dreamweaver creates inside of the)Tag) and this region must have the tag {tag_pagecontent}.   IMO, this is a very dangerous setting that should never be used.  Even the experts make mistakes.

  It is much safer to save first.  When you are sure that your files are good to go, press Ctrl + Shift + u to download.

  After a download session, I always unplug the remote server.

  Debugging the application, I get the following error "AUDIOMANAGER: IOException ' in the console when the application tries to connect via the HTTP URL for the location of the file:

• Disappear from files on the remote server (was: local files and remote server)

  Hi, a few days ago my remote server is different from my files the. When I put the files, the first files seem to be placed on the remote server and then a large part of them disappear (after a few minutes)

  All of them worked fine expcept since today, when I see my domain on my server to delete, I get the following message:
