sufficient privileges to create NETWORK RDF
HelloI use the user scott to test a database of rdf using oracle 11.2.0.2 contained in oracle developer days. I granted resources, create session, create table, and create the tablespace to scott. I am able to create a tablespace under scott. I also used the Panel OEM granting many privileges in roles, access privileges and privileges of the object to scott. However, I am still not able to create the network rdf under scott. The error indicates sufficient privileges to create the NETWORK of RDF. How can I grant a privilege to scott to create a network of rdf? Thank you very much.
Hong
Salvation Hong,
Yes. It is in order. You must first create semantic networks as a user with DBA privileges. After that, you can build semantic models with a less privileged user.
You can find more information in the quick start Section of the user guide:
http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/E11882_01/AppDev.112/e25609/sdo_rdf_concepts.htm#CHDEDFFA
Hope this helps,
Matt

The user lacks sufficient privileges to install Adobe Flash Player 11
When you try to install the latest Adobe Flash Player 11 installation crashes and the message "the user doesn't have sufficient privileges to install Adobe Flash Player.
I understand that it is a matter of administration, but I'm not clear where to go next, 74, semi and only read and write in "computer" questions It is a personal laptop, Windows 7 from Microsoft, no one else and no wireless network connected.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

On the adobe forum - http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1151497
Basically manually download the newest version installation file, right click and "run as Administrator". See if that helps.
You can also go here - https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ click on the Player Download Center, UN-click the 'offer in option' (generally chromium) unless you want it as well, click on install, save it to your desktop, right click and run.
Verification of the AV
It can be worth updating your AV package and run a full scan and then download, install, update and run a full scan with (free) Malwarebytes . Just in case.

Adobe Error 1303. The installer has sufficient privileges to access this directory:
Adobe Error 1303. The installer has sufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Programs Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0 when you try to update Adobe Reader 10.01 on a Windows 7, 64-bit machine. What I found is that once I have let Adobe Updater download updates, the 1.0 folder is created under the ARM. As long as I don't start the update, I can access this folder. Once housing starts to update, if I try to access this folder I get an access denied message and the installation is defective with the 1303 error message. I tried to make me the owner of the folder, try KB947821 running, turned off the firewall and close UAC, none of them running. My guess is that there is a problem with the update itself changing the security.
Someone has other ideas beyond to wait for the next update, that will hopefully work better than this one?
Thank you!

I had FF 3.0.10 for two years. My preferences are set to automatically check updates, my for a reason, it apparently never worked. I am the administrator for my Mac and have read/write permissions. The manual "check for update" under the menu help is disabled and will not work. " I tried to reset the permissions, quit and restart several times. At a given time, the window ' check for updates ' seems to be enabled, but froze when he started the download and came back to grey again. I tried to download 3.6 on your site, but when I try to drag FF in the app, I get a message that says "the operation cannot be performed because you don't have sufficient privileges for some of the items. Through it all, I noticed that my download folder is gone from the dock on my screen

- Trash the current demand for Firefox to do a cleanup (re) install.

Right-click on the downloaded installer and use run as administrator.

The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.
Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.

I received the following message, try to reinstall iTunes (because it stopped working) can someone tell me how to fix it? «The installer has sufficient privileges to modify the files in C:/program files/iTunes...» "Thank you in advance for your help.
XP Home or XP Pro? Are you logged on as administrator?
Make sure that you have sufficient rights on the C:/program files/iTunes folder and its contents. See the typical instructions here: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-1321-or-1309-install.html (do the same for your ITunes folder & files)

Hello services did not start, check the sufficient privileges to start system services
I have a Dell desktop computer - over 6 years running windows xp. I've been using itunes for several years, update without problem until a couple of months ago when I got this error "Hello services could not start, check the sufficient privileges to start system services. I tried to delete everything from itunes etc following the instructions from apple forum - but still get the error. I tried to restart Hello in the service of my computer menu - but now it doesn't show even Hello - I have tried to load Hello - same error... help - I don't want no Hello == I just need the latest version of itunes - now I have nothing. !
Hello the long beach of dl,
You need not run Hello service to have iTunes on your computer.
You can look in the event viewer and see if there are errors on iTunes or the Hello Service.
By default, the Hello service is started and the startup type is set to automatic.
The path to the executable file is: C:\Program Files\Bonjour\mDNSResponder.exe. You can search and find this file?I find a 3rd party software removal tool and then have it remove all traces of iTunes, including the Bonjour service.
Use the control panel to uninstall iTunes and software components in the following order:- iTunes
- QuickTime
- Apple Software Update
- Apple Mobile Device Support
- Hello
- Application of Apple Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Download the latest version of iTunes for Windows, and then try to install again.
I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Marilyn

When I try to uninstall unwanted program I get a message "Installer has sufficient privileges to modify this file" I am the only administrator & user of this computer. I use Vista M.S..
[Moved from comments]
Hi John,.
1. Since when are you facing the issue?
2. you have any security program installed on the computer?
3 did you a recent software or changes to the material on the computer?
Method 1:
I would say allowing you to run the FIXIT from the link provided and check if it helps.
Solve problems with programs that cannot be installed or uninstalled
http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall
Method 2:
I also suggest to try to run the System File Checker scan on the computer. The scan will replace all the Windows files corrupted with new ones.
Click on the link mentioned below for further guidance on the scanning of the file system Checker
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833
Method 3:
I also suggest you to run a full scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner and check for infections.
http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
Note: there is a risk of data loss if all the files are infected and which can be removed in the cleaning process.
