  No, they're unloading such things on this Forum. I doubt you can get anyone at HP who can answer this kind of very technical question. If the 1.35 volts - Data does not work there is no reason to not to install another module of 1.35 volts just like her. Have you checked the JEDEC exit on the memory you have with CPU - Z or something similar? Bet it shows 1.5 volts.

  Hello I had to reinstall Windows after a hacker locked my system. I had not had the unit for a long time, so don't lose tons of files or important data. (Yay!)  But, I had not had the time to really get to know my system either... so now I have the new number to try to determine what the material is that is not recognized.  I thought I'd come to hp.com, find my drivers to download and DO. Instead, I ask help in the identification of "devices", OR to be pointed in a direction that could help me get there?  (When I got to the driver download page and seen everything there was to choose from - this is when I'm here!)

  The days of being able to change RAM in BIOS went Bye Bye a few years ago. It was back in the day.

  You can't make changes to the video RAM settings in BIOS.

  You can reduce the resolution if you want to increase performance in a menu of own game options, but at a cost of resolution.
