  First of all, I took a double machine and downloaded a backup with all the files needed on this subject.  Then I did a Windows Easy Transfer from the old machine to the new machine.  This copyed concerns all the email and settings to the new computer.  I tried everything and everything worked corectly now, so I did a full image backup and restored to the original machine.  Now everything worked on the original machine.

  I don't always have the original problem fixed as I wanted to, but I just did what I had to do to get the system up and running without errors.

  Somehow, I managed to fix it.

  I did not use the wizard, I used the DAQmx Code, but it is very slow... I read all 16 times in 20 seconds, (I read each channel separately) but not everything installed, I thing this is why it takes so long.

I tried to use two calendar controls or a combination of timing and order property node timing with the same result.

  You see that the resource is reserved error because you cannot create multiple tasks in doubles in your program.  Compact data acquisition with modules is essentially identical to one of our PCI/PXI data acquisition cards that you can have that one task duplicate to read from different channels.  So, what you need to do, is use a single daq Assistant and select the channels of all the modules you want to read.  I've attached a screenshot of how to select different channels.

  I work on a project where I need to acquire data from a rotary incremental encoder and at the same time generate impulses that will be sent to a camera high speed.

  I have a c9174 chassis or cDAQ and two data acquisition modules connected to the inside.

  The problem is that when I try to do both tasks at the same time LabView gives me the following error message:

  I made individual screws for both tasks in order to check if the sensor and the DAQ modules work and there is no problem. The generation of pulses program has been verified using a digital oscilloscope and the encoder is giving the desired results.

  However, they do not work when two tasks are performed simultaneously.

  I tried;

  (1) do the two tasks in the same VI

  (2) do both tasks with their screws separate - start them at the same time or start them with a certain time delay, LabView still gives this error.

  I will be highly obliged if there is one any solution to this problem.

  I'm new to programming. I have a four channel USB DAQ. I use CVI to program the channels. One of the channels gives a simple output of a voltage signal while the other generates a square wave. I used the example programs for my code. I use the Volt update for the first string and the Cont Gen Volt Wfm - Int Clk example for the second case. When I run the program it compiles without error and runs. But when I start the generation of any type of wave for the second string and try to change the output voltage for the first channel, the program gives an error and stops at

  DAQmxErrChk (DAQmxStartTask (taskHandle));

  in the example of update of volt.

  The strange thing is that when I'm not generating any output for the second channel it gives no error when I change the voltage to the first string.

  Please please tell me what is the problem

  Please post on the Forums of NOR. If I understand correctly you are two different programs to run different channels? If this is the case you run through what we call that a reserved resource error is because you are allowed to have only one task of analog input running simultaneously. You will need to put all the channels within the same task, this will prevent you from running through the reserved resource error. I hope this helps.

  Hi, this is a follow-up to the issue and my second attempt to find the solution. In addition, it is still connected to my first and second positions.

  My laptop that works with Windows 7 32-bit has 2 two natural questions:

  1. I can't access PC's on the network on the laptop itself and thus get an error:
  "\\(PC Name) is not accessible." You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server know if you have access permission. The specified network provider is not valid.

  2. When you make the file sharing Wizard, I get an error "your folder cannot be shared" and the only option is to click on 'Done '.

  I'm trying to share folders to another laptop that works with 64-bit Windows 8 but I think there must be a problem with the Windows 7 laptop. I can share and access all the folders of any laptop before.

• the Task Manager does not start

  Please read the following article from Microsoft Help on the Troubleshooting Task Manager.  Specifically, look at the sections of the Task Manager does not start, and How to enable the Task Manager if it has been disabled.  Based on the other symptoms you have described, it is very possible that you have some kind of virus.  Please make sure that your antivirus software is up to date and run a scan complete your system.  Please let us know if you have any problems or questions.  Thank you.

  Method 1: Restart Windows and try to start the Security Center service.

  If you still receive the same error, make sure that the WMI service is launched and running:

  (a) click Start, run , and then type Services.msc

  (b) double-click Windows Management Instrumentation

  (c) set its startup type to Automatic

  (d) click Start to start the service, and then click OK

  (e) restart Windows.

  Method 2: Restart the service

  Windows logs an error if the service IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules or the driver does not start, or suddenly, they end.

  To restart the IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules service:

  To perform this procedure, you must have membership in the local Administrators group, or must you have been delegated the appropriate authority.

  (a) restart the service. You can do this from a command prompt or in the snap-snap-in Services Microsoft Management Console (MMC). Do one of the following:

  ·         Start an administrative command prompt. Click Start, click principally made programs, Accessories, right-click guest, and then click run as administrator. At the command prompt, run the command net start ikeext.

  ·         Click Start, type services.msc in the Search box and press ENTER. In the column name of the Services snap-in, right-click on IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modulesand then click Start.

  (b) if the attempt to restart the service fails, restart the computer. This forces all related and dependent services to restart.
