  Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Applications

  Gotcha: when you say reboot, does mean that you tried a battery pull?  If you have a WiFi connection available, try using this connection then the open app world.  You can also try reinstalling http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/appworld/download.jsp AW

  I am writing a VI to control PWM with a microcontroller via a serial port. I wrote a simple code for the microcontroller that allows me to set the ratio of duty cycle on a scale of 0-65535.   It's a good solution, but I would say a battery pull prior to an update of the OS.  With your phone, remove the battery, then replace.

  Not all android applications work on BB10. I know that Snapchat does not work. Snapchat does not work, nor will they let someone else create an app to work. They don't like the BB users and do not plan to support them. Others I have not used personally so I can't say with certainty the current state for these applications.
