  Mark II Canon EOS 1DX raw files require the raw camera 9.5 version that is supported in Photoshop CC and above.

  Therefore, you must either upgrade to Photoshop CC or Adobe DNG Converter allows you to convert raw files to DNG and access these DNG files in Photoshop CS6.

  I am trying to download the trial version of Adobe Photoshop, but it is not successful and do not know why! I downloaded the Download Manager. I opened, connected with my Adobe ID, selected the program to download (Adobe Photoshop) but then nothing happens. The screen remains as it is, with no option screen son to go anywhere. Not sure if it is of any importance, but I chose for the trial version to be saved in my folder Program files. At this stage I only have about 1 week left the trial download as I registered download the trial around the 17/18 May. So far I could not understand what to do and not a spot not this forum until today.  Help! Thank you, Anita

  It's ok, it sort myself in the end! Seems too many subfolders, in my program files, was the problem. Then tried to save it to my file download instead, and it seems to work.

  One question though - although almost 1 month ago I downloaded the Download Manager is my start of the trial of 30 days from there or it starts from today, when I actually downloaded the trial itself?

  Even if there was 99 views of this post, I'd appreciate if one of you could at least respond if you have an answer to this question!

  Please uninstall the software and then perform the procedure below.

  Rename the folder SLCache of SLCache.old, located at the following location:

  • Windows: \Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
  • Mac: System/Library/Application Support/Adobe

  Once done, restart the machine and reinstall the software and activate it.
