Supposed to have replacement Fuze intant

I sent and received on 24 June, it was supposed to be here no later than August 10, and I called Sansa two days ago. They told me to wait for an email between 24 and 48 hours of this call. I had to have a status update email to the subject about an hour ago and a half. Really, what will be the end? Help or the update would help - I have the ID and serial number. Thank you
