• 32-bit and 64-bit applications side by side on win64?

  Hello!
  I have two applications, which accesses the registry must be 64-bit, and the other that is a COM dll, it must be 32-bit. Both are access an oracle database.
  Is this possible?

  Yes, you can run your applications 32 and 64 bits in parallel. You will need to install client oracle 32 and 64-bit as well as the driver access to data required for each application at separate oracle. The only gotcha is if these applications run as an applications hosted in IIS, you must be sure that you are on a version of IIS that allows to configure the separate application pools for the worker process 32 and 64-bit. That is to say IIS 7.0. IIS 6.0 allows you to configure the process of work 32-bit on x 64, but there must be one or the other. You cannot use both at the same time. See the following: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/894435. If you are running IIS 7, you can configure application pools for applications 32 and 64 bits. If you run IIS 7 and is easy to configure the application pool for your hosted 32-bit application to enable 32-bit support by setting a property of the app pool.

  You can try the following solutions for side-by-side configuration errors. Are you sure the error message on IE5? Windows Vista is installed with Internet Explorer 7.

  Not currently, but I see no reason why they would not to introduce in the next updates. Until then, you can use the trick to launch another browser and split your screen between Safari and Chrome for example. I know it's probably not what you are looking for, as I also prefer my Safari experience (especially with continuity) but it works well enough for now.

  You are not doubling on the use of your iCloud-storage space. The photos you put in albums are not duplicates of the original photo, the view of the photo album is just a link to the original.  If you delete the original photo, the link is deleted and the photo is taken from the album.  You can't keep a picture in an album but remove all photos.

  This is analogous to a song in your iTunes library and playlists that you can put in... you do have many copies of the song, that a copy of your library, and if you delete the song in the library, it is deleted selections, he has appeared in.

  All my favorite links IE disappeared after an incident of scamware "Windows Vista repair".  The Favorites folder was still intact under users //favorites, but each category subfolder icon and each subordinate link icon seemed blurred or indistinct.  I had to create a new subfolder for each existing Favorites subfolder and manually filled again with the links by clicking on each link in the old subfolder as an 'add to Favorites' IE in the new subfolder.  Now, I find the same thing with my photos.  I noticed that each user //Pictures icon subfolder and each file in the subfolder name icon is blurry, but when I create a new folder it is crispy. I also noticed that each listed fuzzy subfolder is noted as empty when the cursor passes over it even if each contains the original set of photos.  I don't understand how to recreate the photos under new folders.  Is there anyway to reactivate these files other than their opening, renaming and save under a new name?  My Corel Paint Shop does not recognize these subfolders fuzzy or blurry image files.  Any suggestions?

  Yes, there is a way to do it in a single generation. Maybe not for the feint of heart.
