Suspicious and sudden change of address IP by RN314 (aka The Russian are coming)

Hey everybody,

I used my ReadyNAS 314 for several weeks with little or no problems. However, today my NAS spontaneously changed its IP address to 5.19.18.xxx from my usual internal IP 192.168.1.x. I see this change on Windows Explorer (Win 7). You can also see my old static connection for music in the internal address. Am I being hacked? How can I resolve the IP address to my internal address?

I understand having an address dynamic IP from my cable provider may cause a change, but it does not change a model of internal address that is followed in the Federation of Russia! I use ReadyCLOUD to access my data, but I did not any unusual changes in the last few days such as switching to a VPN. Some people suggested in other posts that ReadyCLOUD uses Russian IP addresses. I do not use ReadyCLOUD remotely, however.

Last week, I have updated the firmware to the latest version OS 6.4.1. A few days ago, I deleted files that the ReadyNAS said have been infected with the virus. But, these files were 10 years or more and were not reported by Windows Defender, BitDefender or Kaspersky which I ran over the years. I delete them immediately. Yesterday, I noticed a very big performance drop in ReadyCLOUD, but he is back to his normal performance today. To add to the mystery, I typed this in the last 10 minutes, the Russian INVESTIGATION period has disappeared from Windows Explorer all on its own. I can always connect to the same local admin via my browser page, and the eth0 link always displays the same internal IP address.

This IP address is generated through ReadyCLOUD and ReadyNAS remote. I suggest that you continue to access your ReadyNAS files using its local IP address. I just wanted to know if you see the same address in other local computers?

    For windows, right click on the PDF? Open with > choose default program > set Acrobat DC as the default PDF Viewer and click OK.

    Since neither updates Jan - 10 have installed, I'm going to hand you Support MS in the hope that they can resolve the problem. See below.

    That being said, is an interpretation of the 80070017 - cyclic redundancy check error "a device attached to the system does not work," which suggests that a hardware problem might be the cause of the error (although I must say that it is a very low possibility in this case).

  • How to change IP address of Agent connection on the server running?

    I have problem with the change of IP address of the agent as opensource Hyperic 4.0.2
    I changed the IP address of the agent system and after a reboot it show up on the dashboard for autodiscovery with note new IP address. I can open in Autodiscovery and click on 'OK '. So far so good. Can I browse the resources and find this platform and I'm taking the inventory. Now, it is not so good - I can see old IP address in 'properties Type and network '. I can add the new set IP address, mask of MAC manually and remove them manually the old IP address and it seems better. But the big problem is "Agent connection" field - it's still shows old IP agent. I run the query to change the IP address in the EAM_AGENT table for the corresponding id. It still shows the same old IP address in 'Agent connection' and it's drop-down list where I can't find the wiring is correct!
    Now, it's a way of communication - it seems that I get the measures defined previously, but I can't define new service to monitor. A quick test is to run live Exec 'df' command -, error message indicates that the server is trying to connect to the old IP address of the agent.
    I searched through all tables in database and it is not there. My guess is "cache". Is it possible to invalidate cache entries? Or hide it all?
    I restarted the Hyperic server, which is already bad in itself - why I have to restart the server if the broker IP address? This solved the problem with value of agent connection - now it shows the right IP address (it looked really as if it were in the cache), but it did not help too much. Now when I do ' live Exec - df "I get"unauthorized"error message. I have not deleted the directory of 'data' still on the side of the agent, but it seems a little too much work when the stockbroker IP address:
    -Restart agent
    -recognize the IP address change in the dashboard on HQ Server
    -to run the query to edit the EAM_AGENT table
    -(via user interface or through SQL query) remove old IP address manually and add a new IP address in the network platform properties
    -restart the server
    -delete data on the agent, and then restart the agent.

    Is there a better way to deal with it? I'm mainly looking for a workaround to restart the HQ server to change 'Agent connection. And blowing all directory data is not a good approach either - I have spent some time to add and configure the log files and services to monitor. If I understand correctly, it must be configured again.

    I suggest you try the following steps

    When I go to "Tools" then click on "Add-ons" and then click "Plug-Ins" and then click "Check if Plug-Ins are up-to-date", it goes to Mozilla, check your plug in Page it does sit and turning to checking on the status of your plugins with Mozilla. I use Win7 Pro and just download the update of Firefox to 32.0.

    Can now access the page to update my plugins, this problem has been resolved by Mozilla.

    I'm trying to make sure that when people sign my form fields that I put as 'compulsory' are comeplted. Currently my form does not :-(

    Of the last 100 people who came here to complain that the mail of a person was in fact someone else. Their book of addresses for this person was the cause in probably 99 of them.
