  It's a phishing e-mail (music Apple, purchased on "Phone of Ronald", is a current favorite), you can transfer it to Apple: [email protected] and then delete him.

  Recently, two of my contacts said that they have received the suspicious email me.

  We have an e-mail address of * address email is removed from the privacy *, but watch my name.  The second, to another contact, shows my name and a date sent June-, 1969.  I ran Microsoft Essentials scan and Scanner security of Microsoft and no virus, spyware or malware was found.

  This is probably a fraudulent phishing e-mail, try to find the details of your credit card.  Do not respond to emails asking for your billing information, unless you are sure it's good, a sender of that trust.

• How can I receive suspicious emails?

  I've been using web mail accessed from my Earthlink home page and have the installer of my Thunderbird program. I can't find a way to receive emails which can be 'suspect' by the address of the sender not having is not in my address book. I know they have to be somewhere, but I just looked at it so long, I'm sure it's beautiful in front of my face and I am very frustrated. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.   I don't have an Earthlink account, so I guess here, but it looks like you may be focusing on EarthLink instead of Thunderbird. I do not think that Thunderbird requires white list by default, if you don't turn it on, it should not apply. In addition, Thunderbird should download all the mail for any account it connects, so looks like EarthLink cannot show Thunderbird the email in question (in both cases) when it connects. If the address book to have addresses on it is on the site of EarthLink, then you certainly not be able to change the behavior of Thunderbird. Perhaps you're new to e-mail applications (webmail vs), so I am going to mention that if you connect using POP, EarthLink can only display e-mail in your main Inbox and not by e-mail in subfolders. This is perhaps why you can't download all relevant messages. In this case, connection via IMAP could work for you better because you can keep your folder structure and continue to take advantage of the whitelist of EarthLink (if it is indeed one thing). To this end, if you configure an IMAP account instead, and you want to be able to access your emails without using your Internet connection, you need to configure the account accordingly. In my view, it must be configured as an account in cache or set mode caching to store messages locally. If you want to try IMAP, you should be able to set up an IMAP account without deleting a POP. Then you could disable the POP, move e-mail to IMAP, one protocol and then remove the POP one so you don't lose any message in the passage. That would send mail to EarthLink e-mail server, so if you go to a program of messaging because you run out of space in your webmail, then you'll need to use local folders and move your mail to them rather than to the IMAP account records.

  It is a scam and trying to access your account (no doubt ask your hotmail, live mail, same login and password to "verify" the account, right...?)

  I hope that you ignored it. If not, change your account passwords as soon as POSSIBLE.  Use strong passwords and the unique passwords (never use the same password on several sensitive accounts such as enamel and anything financial.)

  3. Click on Security & Privacy
  4. Under account security, click on manage advanced security
  5. You could get to type the verification code, please choose the appropriate media the way you want to receive the security code
  6. Type the security code to the next page
  7. On the next page click on set he later places
  8. Then, you will get the page that says to help protect your account
  9. When you scroll down the page completely, you will find the possibility to close the account

  It is not an official email and is very probably passed by outside the jurisdiction of Microsoft. Delete it...

  If it is a real e-mail and it shows on the purchase of your account history, and no one else has access to your account or computers/devices, please contact iTunes Support: https://support.apple.com/contact . And change the password of your account http://appleid.apple.com - after changing: what to do when you have changed your Apple ID email address or password - Apple support.
