Appeal of scam of the person who claims to be from Microsoft
I just got a phone call from a foreign-sounding man, claiming he was from Microsoft and that if I did not comply with certain procedures on my keyboard, I drop windows 7 within a period of days.
To start I found it very difficult to understand and secondly a little suspicious to receive a phone call... (How many phone calls that would take to all windows clients) 7
I asked the phone and a few seconds later, he called again.
I keep my updates of microsoft... to this day and all my other accounts etc.
If someone can advise. Thank you.

Original title: strange phone call
Hello
It's a scam.
Continue hanging up on them if they ring again AFTER that you told them that you contact law enforcement on their subject
And Microsoft does not contact you unless YOU have made prior arrangements with them to do.
Either these so-called "Microsoft" Tech companies want to sell you a worthless software, or remote access to your computer to try to steal your credit card and bank information and also achieve an identity theft on you.
What to do if you gave them remote access.
If you gave them remote access and you do Internet banking, contact your bank, to explain, and change passwords.
If you use your online credit card, cancel and get a new one issued to you.
And the only way that willl you know that you are free to them is to backup your data and do a clean install of your operating system.

Microsoft does not contact you unless YOU have made prior arrangements with them to do.
There is an article in the link I'm you provide at the end of this one

Received a phone call claiming to be from Microsoft
Original title: phone scam?
I received a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft. He said that one of my computers was not related to obtaining updates and I had to fix it. He said that does not connect would cause my computer down.
I did not trust the person at all, it provided no evidence that he was from Microsoft when asked and he kept trying to get me out on my computer for him.Actually one of my computers has been freezing / crashing a lot but I just assumed it was because it is now old enough for a laptop. Is everything "that connects only not updates, causing accidents" actually a thing? Or I was right not to trust this person?

How can I report a phishing email claiming to be from Apple?
I recently received the following:
Dear Apple customer, Your identifier Apple (***@gmail,com) has been used to restore a device of one of your iCloud backups.
IPhone (iPhone 5) of the device: Kewar
If you have recently restored this device, you can ignore this message.
If you have not recently restored a device or you think someone may have accessed your account, we recommend that you visit the link below to verify that you are the rightful owner of the account. Check it out now > Apple support Given that neither the identifier Apple, nor the name of the iPhone are valid, it's obviously a phishing expedition. How can I report it to Apple?
You can use the address below to send the suspicious message to Apple.
