  1-2 second ago stops whenever I try to open an application or switching between applications. The animation of the application icon in the status bar at the opening of the starts, pauses for 1-2 seconds and ends before you open the application. When you click on an inactive application window it pauses for 1 to 2 seconds before making the active window. This only happens after a reboot. It takes about a day being initialized for this problem to occur.

  This does not seem like behaviour expected of such a new machine with charge card. All advice is appreciated.

• Rearrange the spaces when switching between applications

  When switching between apps spaces can reorganize, which is disturbing for users with specific workflows. For example, right now I have 6 places with different applications in each, and I have these in a specific order. However, since upgrading to El Capitan, I find continues to reorganize themselves. I can reproduce this by opting for an application by opening a window in a non adjacent space. For example, I have a window open in 4-space and I am consulting a window in space 1. If I pass this request, space 4 will be moved to position 2. It always seems to move space to the next position to the right of the current space. I can reproduce this reliable either by opting for an application by using cmd - tab, or if I have multiple windows for a single application running in more than one space, using app expose.

  I edit with Premiere Pro on a Mac Pro running OS X 10.10.2 cylinder (3.5 GHz 6 - Core Intel Xeon E5, 16 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC, over-pants D500 3072 MB), when I connect the images with Excel, I noticed after some time switching between Excel and Premiere Pro or all the other apps, first Pro STILL crashes with the error serious.

  
  

  Project is very disappointing and frustrating that you need to open the recovery file, creating another file and have to get timecode all over again, lost a lot of time to. Expect First pro to work smoothly on a Mac Pro.

  Anyone have a similar experience or know a solution?

  I dug deeper reading crash log, and discovered that the reason of my crash is primarily due to the confusion of audio output my mac has as he move from an internal speaker and speaker output and causes the crash. Since I had bought a DAC (digital-to-analog converter) and set the audio output of the DAC first and have no accidents since then. It will be useful.

  When to (for example), Illustrator and AE program seems to have a greater likelihood of crashing. I was not able to determine exactly why this is happening.

  I often copy - paste forms of AI in AE, but it is not always plant AE. It could be the speed with which I switch between programs, but I'm still not sure about this.

  Just got my new HP Jet 7 Tablet and when I boot, a suspicion-tip appears on the left side of the screen with a big arrow. He told me that I can go back to the last application by sliding to the right side of my screen.

  Apparently, I failed to take into consideration that you would not be using the version of Windows 8 Pro and have therefore not access Local Group Policy Editor.

  We can turn off the tips through the registry instead:

  • Type a Long right click on the desktop and select the new text file.
  • It will have the name put on evidence and you prompt to name the file.
  • Name the file Disable_Help_Tips.reg (note the extension is .reg, not .txt).
  • Make a click right to long tap on the file and select Edit. This should open a blank Notepad window.
  • Copy and paste everything between this point and the following in Notepad exactly as it is:

  [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\EdgeUI]

  I wish I could tell you how to turn it off, but it is not part of Microsoft Windows.  The manufacturer of your computer is the one who built the touchpad, and they also who understand these "sweeping gestures" in them.

  More disturbing is that the options are not always in a standard place, because computer companies that build the touchpad will decide where to put the options.  Sometimes they build it in mouse options in Control Panel, so check it first this:

  1. Right-click the start button (lower left corner of your screen) and choose Control Panel
  2. Go to hardware and sound, and then click 'Mouse' at the top
  3. Locate the touchpad settings. If you do not see a tab for this, check the Hardware tab for a settings button (you may need to highlight your touchpad in the list before clicking on settings).

  If it is not there, who knows where your computer company might put it.  You will need to consult the manual or give them a call.  Toshiba computers even require an additional of the Toshiba support page download before you can set these options.

  Sometimes I wish that the computer just manufacturing companies leave the system alone and stop adding all that junk!  Sorry you must pass it.

  Welcome to the Microsoft community forums. I'm sorry to know that you are facing problems with the new computer of Windows 8.

  Normally, when you start the Windows 8.1, you get the default tips help. Follow the instructions on the tip and it should disappear and never come back.  How to make it go away is to just open the feature he's trying to teach you.

  Thus, for example in your case, you can get rid of it by moving your mouse pointer to the upper-left corner of the screen, then move down until the recent applications and click on one.

  If the problem persists, try restarting the computer once and check if help.

  I use OS X Capitan version 10.11.13 and I'm trying to find an easy way to switch between multiple windows in the same application by using CTRL + alt or different keys.

  Here is what I feel...

  Let's say I have Outlook, Google Chrome, Safari, iTunes and apps 'about this Mac' open.

  I open the new message window in Outlook and another Chrome window. I have therefore 2 separate windows in Outlook and Chrome.

  With that, I'm unable to move the composition and the window main outlook which is so annoying. Let's say I want to read the emails by the prospect main window and transfer of the content of the compose window! The command + tab doesn't take me to the main window of Microsoft outlook! Even if there were the last visited / applications window. This constraint is not intuitive, unless it can be configured in the settings?

  Strangely, I can't switch to the "about this Mac" window.

  The work around is to use the function (F3) mission button and click on the window, that I want to use or click the "Outlook" application on the dock icon and choose the window in the list.

  Does anyone know how switch between different windows in the same application by using a key combination or one another method other than listed above?

  Did you meant Windows Mail app like in Windows 8 or Windows Live Mail, which is part of Windows Essentials?

  If its application Windows Mail in Windows 8, when you add a new account to have multiple accounts, it displays including all e-mail accounts, you have on the lower left side as shown here. You can click on any account you want access to switch between them
