You can use what you want, there is no such limitation. However when you go to cloud service based like loading or sync files to your cloud storage, you need an active Internet connection.

My creative cloud membership (one year) has expired. I bought the plan with a promotions for students Dec 2015.
It was about 18, 480KRW. As I lost my credit card, so I tried to re - order the plan with other credit cards. But I found that my plan has expired.
Can I get a plan with the same price as 2015 Dec?

Lived so much hassle trying to buy the complete package of creative cloud.
First think I'd be able to get it for a discount because of the offer at the end of the free trial and then finally to realize that I would not be able to. (I wish it was a little more obvious, but hey, maybe I'm just blind.) And then tries to buy it at the price loud and have him try to force me in books and a UK billing address instead of $ over and over again.
