  What cell phone do you have?
  The mic jack records the audio signal. But I guess you want to use the mic line-in socket. Right?

I told where to look for the backup and restoration began, but then I came across an error message that says the following:

  There you can change and set the audio settings for example: level trueBass.
  I think you should open this utility and if you n t know the option use simple help this utility
  You have to press F1 to launch the help document.

  PS: If you have connected the laptop to stereo and use the stereo settings you should try to disable the virtual sound utility on the laptop
