  Sorry, this is probably a very basic question and anyway I have trouble getting a symbol to play when I click on a text.  I have a link to "Map" which essentially acts as a button to open a map of the location of the business.  Map of the place is a symbol that I want it to fade when the button is pressed and fade out when I close.  I managed to get this type of function to work when I had the map of the area placed on the main scenario used a label to do this, but now I wish I had the card as a symbol.

  So on "map of the place" link/button the action reads as follows:

  sym.getSymbol("location").play ("in");

  The 'in' refers to a label in the scenario of the symbol.  I also tried to remove the tag and simply have:

  sym.getSymbol("location").play ();

  Here are the instructions that I followed a certain number of tutorials, but I must be missing something because that none of these codes do anything when I click on the link.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  We studied composition, and found that this is not a bug.

  The problem is with your composition: the opacity for the symbol 'location' in concert is set to 0.

  If you set it to 1, then your problem will be resolved, and you no longer need the code I mentioned above.

  Figured it out.  I had a certain naming convention for my (m:video_1) symbols. It turns out that this CS6 disliked the colon and was duplicate my symbols in the library and screwing up a lot of other stuff too. I changed my naming convention in my library at m_video_1. Adobe take note!

  Create a project report that has a ridiculous amount of command set. When I did it... i had the command to receive messages by clicking on text. In the end it wouldn't work because even when I was not hiding no longer necessary texts, they overlap texts newly inspired and were still cliccable.

  So... i tried it by creating and by separating the texts in 5 symbols different (one for each chapter of the draft report).

  Now I admit im a noob when it comes to code, and I can't understand what the code is necessary to ensure that when I click on the text (which is part of the symbol) it invites the control panel.

  I tried to add the symbol get or get the item symbol predefined channels, but im clearly not to fill all the details or something.

  When you say 'hide' the text, were you changing the property 'Display' OFF, or just set it's alpha to 0?

  What version of prelude do you use?

  You can search the different markers in prelude. In the timeline panel, enter the keyword you want to search for in the search text box. Timeline would show only markers that have that keyword.

  It appears the product links to a help system with outdated information. I was searching for the insertion of information named anchor tags and there is information - but it is not relevant to CC. Is it possible to make a help system that aligns with the current version?  Is the help system itself a deprecated feature?

  Named anchors are deprecated in HTML.  DW them removed from DW CC quite awhile.  Use IDS instead of named anchors.

  As you can see, the tag * < ShipAddress > * there are two
  -Sub * < invoice > * = > global shipping address

  In an XML file, I can only have < ShipAddress > at a certain level, for example
  -the tag * < invoice > < ShipAddress > * appear in XML that if we have a unique address for the invoice
  -the tag * < order > < ShipAddress > * appear in XML that if we have more than one address for the invoice
  
  Logically, in my RTF model, I want to print the address of delivery at the level if one header tag * < invoice > < ShipAddress > * is in XML format.
  I tried a lot of syntax If but none works according to the needs:
