  Usually, this can happen due to data execution prevention.

  In order to diagnose the problem, you can check in the event viewer to determine the cause of the error and after return with details of the event viewer.

  What are the information in event logs? (Event Viewer)

  You can try to add it in the exception for the prevention of execution of data and check that it works.

  a. go to Start, Control Panel and click on System.
  b. now, click on the Advanced tab, and under performance, click settings.
  c. click on Data Execution Prevention , and then select the Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select: radio button.
  d. now click on the Add button and navigate to C:\Windows\System32 and choose the regsvr32.exe file. When you receive the message indicating it could make your computer becomes vulnerable to attack and unprotected, simply click OK to continue.
  e. click OK , and then click OK to exit

  I have a very unique situation, and I couldn't find a solution.

  I have a site that needs a printer.  There is no internet at this location so I can't do a full blown eprint.  The other tweak, it's that users have only the Android phones.

  I tried to set up an old HP 5510 printer on a print server Linksys on a wireless router that was not connected to the internet and then put an app store google game called "lets impression" on the android phone and see if it would print.  Look like that would work except he didn't.  I could see printing will the router, print server and even what looked like go to the printer, but noting posted.  If I have connected my laptop to the router and printed it work.

  So, if I buy a new HP all-in-one (say the Officejet 5740) who has capabilities eprint can I just point the android app eprint to the IP address of the printer and he can send the work or the internet absolutely need?  Understand that I should go to the local wireless network that the printer will be on the android phone and in fact, the android phone can have internet through his cell phone provider, but the printer won't.  I don't know if the internet is needed to make that's why I'm remembered.

  You will need to install a printer capable of direct wireless to print from a mobile device.

  You may need to use two separate sync accounts, if this is not possible with a single account.
  As you cannot use both accounts at the same time on a device, you will need to disconnect the computer which is the main device and (temporarily) connect to another account only synchronize to the other account to sync bookmarks.

  The Canon G1X Mk II would be ideal for this. There is WiFi capable and with a sensor size of APS - C and M4/3, he has a fantastic image quality.

  Hello Snowflake123, please try to pair the two devices like this:

  1. on your android phone, go to the application of the system settings and in Accounts & sync (could be worded slightly different on different android devices), go to firefox sync & tap pair a device.
  2. on your desktop, go to firefox > options > synchronization > configure firefox sync > I have an account that will show you a 3 x 4 character code that you will need to enter your android device to complete the process.

  I have used to have an iPhone, but had to switch to an Android.  However I still have my iPad (Wifi + laptop) which I would still like to be able to Facetime with my family.  When you migrate from iPhone to Android phone I had to turn off iMessage and Facetime on my iPhone and my iPad so that I can separate my number with iMessage and continue to use texting on my Android.

  Even though I have an Android phone, can I still use Facetime on my iPad?  Turning on Facetime again my settings will mess with my ability to send SMS messages?  I only ask because I thought that it was strange that I had to turn off Facetime as part of the process to separate my Apple number.

  Yes, you can still use FaceTime on your iPad. You will be activate FaceTime with your Apple ID, not a mobile phone number. There should be no impact on your ability to text with your Android phone.

  1 connect the Android to PC / laptop. (The USB will not install).
  2nd pull toward the bottom of the screen of the phone. This will reveal 3 menus: a) connect as USB device, b) Connect as a Media Device and c) Connect as load only.
  3rd select the button to connect as a media device.
  You should be able to use it to synchronize your device with the pc.

  WARNING: Watch you to download software on your pc to solve this problem, as most of these viruses and spywares. I know because I lived it!

  I have a laptop Windows 8 and an Android phone and seeks to find a way to sync calendars between them. I am not too restless on the use of any particular calendar system, but just want to have the same info on the two and be able to change both.

I just need to be able to synchronize the calendar on Windows 8 with google calendar app (if anyone has found a solution that works really...), a Windows Calendar app that can sync with a google account or an Android app that can sync with one account Windows (hotmail) or a third-party calendar that can synchronize with both...
