synchronize the outputs digital AND digital NI USB 6343 entry

Hello

I use NI USB 6343 to fly 1 TTL devices. This device can also produce a TTL signal to indicate if the door is opened/closed.

I use digital Bool 1 line 1 Point. I was able to reverse the opening/closing of the door on time. But I would like to synchronize the DI and DO it right.

I tried to throw in the clock aboard, but he failed.

Is it possible to synchronize the DI and DOI onbaord/hardware clock?

Any idea will be great!

Thank you!!

Hello

Synchronization of your tasks of DI and shouldn't be possible with your device. You'll need them timeless has a clock that is usable by both. This information is available in the X series user manual

http://www.NI.com/PDF/manuals/370784f.PDF
PG 6-9 and 6-13

You can also find information and examples of synchronization of the various tasks in the article below.

Good luck

Run the following SQL query to your OPRID:

    SELECT A.CLASSID, PSPRCSPRFL A.OVRDOUTDEST, PSOPRDEFN B WHERE B.PRCSPRFLCLS = A.CLASSID AND B.OPRID = '';

Make sure that OVRDOUTDEST = 1.

If it's 0 then you have to fix your configuration profile of the process as follows:

    -Go to the process tab

-Click on "process the profile permissions

  • How to specify the output path and the name of the report file in OSTEOARTHRITIS

    Hello
I need to change the output path and filename for simultaneous work.

By default, all output files end up in the $ folder COMMON_TOP/admin/out on UNIX and the file name is something like o3996093.out.

Does anyone know how I can change both the output path and the name of a report in 11i?

  • How to synchronize the analog input and the output of two different USB data acquisition boards

    Hi all

I have two tips very different USB NI USB 6008 case, which I use to acquire the data (analog input) and a USB of NI 9263 is a output analog only site I use to route a signal (in this case a square pulse). The reason why I use the outputs analog 6008 is because I need to deliver negative tension and need the full +/-10 v range.

Looking at similar positions, I'm pretty sure that I can't use an external trigger or a common clock, I also tried to use the timed synchronization of the structures but no cigar.

I'm including a quick vi I whipped showing how the jitters because of the lack of synchronization signal. The OD of the 9263 connects to AI in the 6008 in this example.

I talked to a specialist in the phone and tols me that's not possible.

Yes quite simple and easy.  You missed a few basics about LabVIEW. See the note to the modified VI.

  • Synchronize the pci-6254 and cDAQ-9174

    Dear all,

    I hope you enjoy!

I intend to synchronize two cDAQ-9174 chassis for an application where I need to acquire data of 8-Thermocouple, voltage 3, 1-Full bridge (strain gauge) and channel 2-meter at the same time. This enforcement action is based encoder (quadrature with 1024 ticks per round) and I need to acquire data very fast and synchronized in all channels!

I bought the material and I'm going to set up 3-voltage channels in NOR-9221, Thermocouples-4-NOR-9211, 1 strain of NOR-9237 and 2-meter gauge in NOR-9401 first cDAQ-9174 chassis Modules. I will then put remaining Thermocouples-4 in the second cDAQ-9174 chassis.

The question is whether it will work?

If Yes! Then, kindly help me on how to have synchronized it data from these two cDAQ-9174 chassis with all such modules as mentioned above?

I hope someone can help me with that and can guide me to do this task! I'm using Labview 2009 with NOR-DAQmx 2009

    Kind regards!

    Tajim!

A few comments after looking at your code:

I don't understand what you're doing with cancel in the task of counter.

You try to use the encoder as your sample clock?  You can do it for the module 9221 and NI 9211, but it will not work with the NI 9237 as I mentioned above.  You can move the NI 9237 in a separate task and from there, you have a few options depending on how you want to synchronize.

How many times you expect to get your clock on cDAQ2Mod3/PFI0?

(This after below is complete) Remove all usb drivers and charging system leave, after reboot, make sure that the item in question is connected before the reboot.

Follow the steps 1, 2 and 3 below.

1: make sure you use Win7 SP1 and all updates are current and responsible.

2: after insurance above, go to Device Manager and remove all THE USB drivers. Don't worry, it will reload.

3: reboot then System Device Manager will research and required load all the drivers.

He must find all the items. If it does not investigate that in question is Win7 really compatible, 100%.

  • Add the date in the name of the output file and settings to email body

    Hello

Anyone has idea how to add to the name of the output file?
Second question: maybe who knows how in Planner put parameters in email body?

    Matt

I found the solution. I used the wrong column with a value constant and later used burst (deliver and divide by this column). Useful: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E21764_01/bi.1111/e18862/T527073T555155.htm https://community.oracle.com/thread/606864?tstart=0

  • Synchronize the beetween HSS and planning question

    Hi all

    Product: Planning 11.1.1.2

We had a problem on the server HSS and we cannot restore file OpenLdap.
We had to re-create groups on HSS, but these groups are not synchronized with the planning groups (I guess that different SID)

Do you know if the UpdateUsers utility I synchronize SID between HSS and planing?
If this is not the case, do you think I can change the SID directly in the tables of HSS or repository of planning so that the two will be the same?

    Is there another solution?

    Thank you very much

    Sébastien

If users were the provision of Shared Services, then you can give the utility updateusers a go and see if it syncs the planning tables save with Shared Services.

    See you soon

  • Typical values for the external resistance of pull-up on a line of output digital NI USB 6009?

    Hi all

I use a digital line on a USB-6009 to control a SSR by the attached diagram (in the manual USB 6009).  I don't have access to a variable resistor or box of 10 years, so I'm hoping to get a good approximate estimate for the value of Re.  When I connect the CRDD at a 5V supply, it shoots 8.2mADC when closed.

Any suggestions?  Is there any other information I can post for help with the guestimations?

    Thank you!

I have found an old box of decade Heathkit and understand the degree of correct resistance 100 ohms.

  • using a friends computer to synchronize the old phones and ipod

Please if anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it.

My laptop is dead and I use my phone to friends.  I want to synchronize my more old phones & ipod which has all my music which has been purchased and downloaded from my cd and then sync it to my iphone 6plus.  I bought ringtones that they came my new phone?  My friend is ok with my removing all their music off the laptop computer, since they have another and it on their icloud anyway.

  • Easy way to synchronize the audio left and right, from different sources?

I mainly filmed concerts of a single camera using a Sony Z1 - when they are available, I'll take a sound card feeds channel 1, and a live auditorium feed a microphone mono channel 2. Because of the distance of the scene (and light is faster than sound, etc.), the power of the sound card is synchronized with the video and power of the auditorium is between 1 and 3 frames behind. Is there an easy way for me to take the tray clips together and just move this auditorium feed back in sync with the video and sound card feed, raw clips?

Previously, I did this by dropping the clips to the timeline, done to separate tracks, sliding manually sync on the auditorium that feed by the required number of frames and link everything back up again. Synchronize audio visually using the waveform display (before first CC).

I have two problems with this in Adobe first CC. First, the audio waveforms are not like waveforms more (and it doesn't seem to be possible to change the display to the old way?). So now that I am syncing the auditorium that feed in sound only, because I don't see anything on the screen to sync any more - both channels just look like random noise (or almost).

Secondly, I film some events of multi camera, and of course, I'd like to be able to use the new functionality of synchronization for the multicam. But I know in advance that the audio channels on all the clips are not synchronized with the video (the camera powered by the sound card will be synchronized, the camera takes live food out as indicated above). Surely, there must be a way where I can fix the sync audio to video on raw clips first, before you say Adobe to synchronize based on the audio clips? Otherwise it will all be misaligned and require adjustment of the manual sync anyway? Again, what I've done previously is set of benchmarks on the identical frames, multi camera sync (so the video is now just good) and then manually set the audio synchronization before editing.

In the context menu for the timeline, you can uncheck rectified of Audio waveforms for their return to normal.  (I wish that Adobe does not have this as default.  It's just weird.)

But to synchronize, you can only do in the order.

  • Need help to synchronize the pre-production and production box init parameter

    Hello

I have a HP - UX 11i production database. The database is the CARS with 3 instances. The storage is on ASM. Recently, we have created a database of pre-production for tests on RedHat Linux 4 worm. Here are the details of the environment 2:

    Pre-production: RED HAT ver 4, 16 GB RAM, 4 CPUS, Oracle 10 g R2

Now, I need to bring to the pre-production environment in harmony with the environment of Production from the point of view oracle init parameter. I have listed down below below the parameters that is different. Please tell me how many of these parameters can be bring in sync. Setting shmmax doesn't set on the two core area is 4 GB.

NOTE: You must be a query V$ PARAMETER ISDEFAULT = "FALSE" only to identify the paraemters which are or have to be defined.
You must identify these paraemters which are explicitly defined by the DBA, rather automatically determined by Oracle.

    1. you do not explicitly set or change cpu_count. Let Oracle automatically set it based on the number of processors / cores he sees as being available. (if you have multiple instances of database on the same server, each instance will 'see' the same number of processors / cores)

2 cursor_sharing must always be the same development, pre-production and Production. However, I would first of all ask allows you to determine why it has been set by the dint of Production. That must be done only after careful consideration and test!

3 db_recovery_dest_file size is relevant for backups RMAN identified by db_recovery_dest disk space. If it is not relevant to this discussion.

4 dml_locks, sessions, transactions, etc. are all automatically determined by Oracle based on the PROCESS.

5 fast_start_parallel_rollback is irrelevant. I wonder why it has been explicitly defined?

6 filesystemio_options really depends on your platform. HP - UX 11i and Redhat Linux are very different.

7 are defined explicitly large_pool_size and log_buffer? Or they remain to be determined automatically by Oracle based on other parameters (SGA_TARGET for example)?

8 open_cursors, generally not be set unless you have an application that really opens up very many cursors by session. Why is defined differently? It is a per session setting.

    9. I suppose that parallel_max_servers is not explicitly defined, but remains to be determined by Oracle based on other parameters (for example cpu_count).

    10. I wonder if parallel_execution_message_size has been explicitly defined or is automatically defined by Oracle and OS dependent.

11 pga_aggregate_target would have explicitly set the appropriate value based on your hardware and its use must be determined.

12 session_cached_cursors generally didn't need to be explicitly defined. If it is set, why he is set on these different values?

    13. Why is SQL92_SECURITY explicitly different?

14 standby_file_management is not relevant here.

15 undo_retention could be about the same.

Your REAL concern should be the values defined for CURSOR_SHARING and SQL92_SECURITY. These are the only ones who are really identical in both environments. The others are "setting buttons" while these "fix"behavior ".
